Belmont Village

She was well taken care of.

We've been very pleased with Belmont Villages facility, staff, food, rooms, etc. All of it has helped make it such a great experience. We felt very comforted knowing Mom was there. Yes, we would recommend Belmont Village. A Place for Mom found the perfect place for Mom's final years.

It's truly the best place in Nashville, based on what I have observed and what I have been told by a trusted internal medicine doctor who has been in practice in Nashville for decades. Communication is excellent and staff really do care. I had an experience with another facility that was much more expensive and the care was incredibly bad. Don't go by price alone. Belmont Village is excellent. I would recommend it to anyone.

Staff is generally friendly to visitors unlike previous facility. Relatives who have visited my dad have made numerous comments to that affect. Facility have live activity leaders in memory care to personally engage residents throughout a good portion of the day. Previous facility that charged quit a bit more just turned on the tv or YouTube. They also on occasion take residents out for a drive in their bus to give them a change of scenery. More activities in general are used to engage residents

I honestly can't say enough positives about Belmont Village. My mom moved last June from a house she had lived in for 46 years. I never thought she would be happy living in a studio room and senior center, but she really loves it there. The staff was so accommodating from the beginning. They left if up to me whether or not to allow her to visit before the move. I was so unsure about how to make the transition, but my mom really wanted to see it first. I had only given her 4 days notice, and those were a rough 4 days. We went to visit twice before the move, so she was familiar with the place beforehand. The staff was so welcoming each time. Once she moved into her room, with all of her favorite stuff, she was very happy and has been ever since. Her large studio is very nice, with two large closets, a beautiful bathroom with a walk in shower, and a kitchenette with a sink and refrigerator. They let me stay overnight with her the first night, when other places told me that I should stay away for a couple of weeks. That may not work for everyone, but it did for us. The staff is always welcoming whenever I visit. They all know my mom and greet her by name, as well as her dog, which they actually allowed her to keep (as long as she can care for her). The room is cleaned weekly and her laundry is done as well. The food is really high quality and the waitstaff is very accommodating and friendly. I love that they "plate" the specials in the dining entry for every meal, so residents can actually see what they want to order. They are also able to order from a menu, which is usually what I do when I join her for meals. The facility is beautifully decorated inside with coastal décor, with a fireplace and grand piano in the lobby, where they often have great entertainment. Outside, there is a lovely fenced in pool, grass area, sidewalks, comfy couches and tables where my mom spends a lot of time walking her dog. The Wellness Center seems very organized, although busy around meal times, and there is good communication. I just signed mom up with SeniorDoc, so her GP actually comes to the facility. If you make a reservation, a bus will take the residents to Dr. appointments. My mom is in the "Circle of Friends" program which is for residents with memory issues. What is so great about Belmont Village, is that this group lives among the assisted living residents, so there are many opportunities for social interaction. They offer a wide variety of classes twice a day, every day. My mom goes to some of them, and especially likes the art classes. What I really appreciate, is that they meet my mom at her level, they encourage her to participate, but don't force her to do everything if she isn't up for it. I highly recommend Belmont Village Rancho Palos Verdes.

My sister and I did the research for months to find the best for mom. Belmont Village Burbank was and is the best. I would recommend Belmont to others. The staff was amazing. My sister and I have monthly meetings with the staff and now hospice nurses. I'm in Missouri and my sister is in Washington, so our monthly meetings are so very informative.

My husband is actually there two days a week to visit and their whole family goes every weekend. The staff is very friendly and very communicative. I don't know what it would be like if we weren't there so often, so we tend to just communicate in person when we're there. The housekeeping is terrific. All of the supports for my mother-in-law, including medications and nursing noticing when she's not doing well, noticing when she needs new clothes, making sure she gets showers, walking her to every meal....those things are wonderful. We would recommend them.

My loved one is currently a resident at Belmont Village Alison Viejo and this facility and her experience there has been outstanding. Based on our experience, I would recommend Belmont Village Alison Viejo to others.

I wish we had gotten mom there sooner. Treated like family. They think of the details that you don't even know you don't know about. Excellent programming to stimulating the brain. Good food!! But the best leadership & care.

Much better than I expected. Staff are very friendly and responsive to individual needs. Restaurant menu and serving staff We are in one of the smaller one bedroom apartments and it is perfect for us. Weekly maid service and daily rubbish/trash pick up are a very nice touch. 24 hour nurses and med tech staff are very responsive and fitness/exercise programs are excellent, including water aerobics.

Staff works well with family members and is very accommodating. Clean and Happy place. Nice food/restaurant style eating. Very friendly clients welcoming new people and making them feel at home. Very nice outside areas

The fact that most care is given by long term employees means more than I could have expected. The amount of detail and just plain old caring, about my Mother, cannot be explained by a small comment in a box. It's not just a job for them. Every success from my Mom was celebrated by all. Once you get to know the people there, the facility seems much smaller as everyone knows everyone. I could not ask for more caring and attentive people to care for my Mom. I struggled when she moved in but quickly was satisfied and no longer worried. ALSO The amount of activities was so satisfying to see. 5 stars isn't enough.

My husband and I are currently residents at Belmont Village Fort Lauderdale and most everything has been great for us here, so far. Overall, it has been a great experience. The care here is excellent. I would recommend Belmont Village Fort Lauderdale to others.

Based on the experience we have had so far with Belmont Village, we would have to give everything a 5 except for the value for cost. What our family really likes about the Belmont Village is probably the quality and cleanliness of the facility and we would recommend this community to other families.

I'm very happy with Belmont Village, have said so many times. I have told a couple of friends that when their parents get to that point, Belmont would be a good place to consider.

5 for all. We lost mom in November and could not have been better supported and loved and cared for until the end. I never felt any anxiety as I left the parking lot after a visit. I absolutely trusted them to take as good care if not better than I could have myself. I think the value for the money is absolutely key. It is pretty expensive, but she was 100% a member of a family there and all of the caregivers and medical staff cared for her like a mother or grandmother from sitting with her when she got scared to rubbing her hands or face with lotion to having private jokes with her. She felt so loved and so safe.

Although my father has been a resident of memory care for less than three months, I can’t say enough about the excellent care he has received from the entire staff in the memory care unit and also Vitas hospice care team. Each and every one of the staff members are professional providing exceptional care in all aspects including physical, emotional, and spiritual, while doing this with dignity and lighthearted humor (which is so appreciated). I am so very grateful to have Dad in a facility that cares so much about their patients.

Though I had to change contacts in the middle of the process, both the folks were very helpful. The move-in process was painless, and the staff are very approachable and responsive to questions and concerns.

Everybody was so caring there. My dad had struggled so long with his disabilities as he refused any help at all in his old assisted living facility as it unfortunately was not run very well. The care staff at Belmont really tried hard to meet his expectations. He even participated in a few of the activities, which was amazing. It was more expensive than what he had been paying but the old saying you get what you pay for was very evident at Belmont. Food was very good and that made him much happier. It was sad that he passed away so suddenly. So for the short time that he was there, he was pretty comfortable and satisfied.
