Belmont Village

My husband is actually there two days a week to visit and their whole family goes every weekend. The staff is very friendly and very communicative. I don't know what it would be like if we weren't there so often, so we tend to just communicate in person when we're there. The housekeeping is terrific. All of the supports for my mother-in-law, including medications and nursing noticing when she's not doing well, noticing when she needs new clothes, making sure she gets showers, walking her to every meal....those things are wonderful. We would recommend them.

My loved one is currently a resident at Belmont Village Alison Viejo and this facility and her experience there has been outstanding. Based on our experience, I would recommend Belmont Village Alison Viejo to others.

I wish we had gotten mom there sooner. Treated like family. They think of the details that you don't even know you don't know about. Excellent programming to stimulating the brain. Good food!! But the best leadership & care.

Much better than I expected. Staff are very friendly and responsive to individual needs. Restaurant menu and serving staff We are in one of the smaller one bedroom apartments and it is perfect for us. Weekly maid service and daily rubbish/trash pick up are a very nice touch. 24 hour nurses and med tech staff are very responsive and fitness/exercise programs are excellent, including water aerobics.

Staff works well with family members and is very accommodating. Clean and Happy place. Nice food/restaurant style eating. Very friendly clients welcoming new people and making them feel at home. Very nice outside areas

The fact that most care is given by long term employees means more than I could have expected. The amount of detail and just plain old caring, about my Mother, cannot be explained by a small comment in a box. It's not just a job for them. Every success from my Mom was celebrated by all. Once you get to know the people there, the facility seems much smaller as everyone knows everyone. I could not ask for more caring and attentive people to care for my Mom. I struggled when she moved in but quickly was satisfied and no longer worried. ALSO The amount of activities was so satisfying to see. 5 stars isn't enough.

My husband and I are currently residents at Belmont Village Fort Lauderdale and most everything has been great for us here, so far. Overall, it has been a great experience. The care here is excellent. I would recommend Belmont Village Fort Lauderdale to others.

Based on the experience we have had so far with Belmont Village, we would have to give everything a 5 except for the value for cost. What our family really likes about the Belmont Village is probably the quality and cleanliness of the facility and we would recommend this community to other families.

I'm very happy with Belmont Village, have said so many times. I have told a couple of friends that when their parents get to that point, Belmont would be a good place to consider.

5 for all. We lost mom in November and could not have been better supported and loved and cared for until the end. I never felt any anxiety as I left the parking lot after a visit. I absolutely trusted them to take as good care if not better than I could have myself. I think the value for the money is absolutely key. It is pretty expensive, but she was 100% a member of a family there and all of the caregivers and medical staff cared for her like a mother or grandmother from sitting with her when she got scared to rubbing her hands or face with lotion to having private jokes with her. She felt so loved and so safe.

Although my father has been a resident of memory care for less than three months, I can’t say enough about the excellent care he has received from the entire staff in the memory care unit and also Vitas hospice care team. Each and every one of the staff members are professional providing exceptional care in all aspects including physical, emotional, and spiritual, while doing this with dignity and lighthearted humor (which is so appreciated). I am so very grateful to have Dad in a facility that cares so much about their patients.

Though I had to change contacts in the middle of the process, both the folks were very helpful. The move-in process was painless, and the staff are very approachable and responsive to questions and concerns.

Everybody was so caring there. My dad had struggled so long with his disabilities as he refused any help at all in his old assisted living facility as it unfortunately was not run very well. The care staff at Belmont really tried hard to meet his expectations. He even participated in a few of the activities, which was amazing. It was more expensive than what he had been paying but the old saying you get what you pay for was very evident at Belmont. Food was very good and that made him much happier. It was sad that he passed away so suddenly. So for the short time that he was there, he was pretty comfortable and satisfied.

I like the place a lot, it is very close to where I live so I can stop by frequently. It is crazy expensive, but they all are. It is clean and often decorated for seasonal activities. Mom can't hear well, and has speech aphasia, so activities are nearly impossible for her. She has hated almost all food since her stroke, so hard to say about the dining experience. Whatever I have eaten is fine. They seem to be able to retain people, there are several people who remember my mother in law who was an assisted living resident, and passed in 2017.

Knowledgeable and compassionate staff, clean and safe, and excellent activities programming for Mom.

So glad my husband is living at Belmont Assisted Living. He feels safe, the attendants are professional and caring and a lot of the staff have been working there for over a decade. They are quick to answer questions, the on site doctor visits and physical therapists are a nice convenience and transportation, when you need it, is available. Lots of activities and a real sense of community and friendship. I highly recommend this facility.

The executive team is very responsive and very hands on. Easy to communicate with and get questions answered. The team is compassionate and understanding in regard to the magnitude of the transition for my parents.
