Belmont Village

Belmont Village was a great facility, unfortunately my mom passed away. They have fantastic staff and management. They all truly care. Highly recommend this facility to anyone.

The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+ and the value for cost is well worth the peace of mind. We like the layout of the community so staff can see residents. The friendliness and personal attention to residents as well as family. They worked with us for the best possible outcome for my dad's stay. The training staff received so they knew the best way to help residents

The facility is about 5 years old so still "new". It is well laid out, the memory care unit has two common areas for activities and another area for small groups. There is an outdoor secured and sheltered patio area which is also used for activities when weather permits. Bathrooms are roomy with roll-in showers. Staff has always been friendly, caring and accommodating. Turnover is significant as expected but all new staff seem to be well trained before they hit the floor. The activities staff is more stable and are outstanding. They mix interactive activities with exercise and less intense periods. They are what makes the facility truly special.

I find the Belmont Village Albany to be a great place, but my father would appreciate quicker response to his PAL calls. The staff really cares for the residents and whenever there's an issue, I receive a call.

All fives, I'm very impressed with Belmont. Of course I should be at [fee removed] a month...The food is real good, and a couple of the "pals" are really nice to my mom. You know caring...Based on the experience we have had we would definitely recommend them to other families!

My mother-in-law was moved from another large well-known facility in Burbank that was absolutely horrendous and we were desperate to find a new place for her. Thank goodness for the recommendation by our place for Mom advocate because they recommended Belmont and it was such a fantastic move for her. She requires the beginnings of memory care and she went from, pacing the halls and not eating to having friends memory improvement great nutrition to a wonderful life now. Her quality of life is just so good and it seems like her memory issues have actually slightly improved and get better every month. I cannot recommend them high enough.

They were very helpful from the start with transporting my uncle from nursing home to their facility. Everyone is helpful. Building and rooms are very clean bright cheery atmosphere. Had everything I was looking for. Meals are tasty and variety of meals if do not want the special. Close location.

I love the excellent care the staff give to my sister, and she loves living at the Belmont Village Memphis community, Based on the experience so far, I would recommend this community to other families

What we liked the most about Belmont Village was the people. All of the people that work there were great as well as the other residents living there, they were also great Based on the experience we had, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families

I would highly recommend. We were very pleased. My mother never fully acclimated to her stay there but my sister and I were pleased with it.

Stability of staff, friendly, great communication, and clean facilities. I would recommend to others.

Very honestly, I would give a five for each of the categories. I know my dad was only there for a few weeks but overall the care and consideration everybody had for him made myself and my sisters so happy that he was able to be in your facility. Our only wish was that we could've talked him into coming to Belmont months earlier and he would've made some friendships with the people there but he was a little too stubborn for us to do that. Thanks for all you've done for him. I would definitely give high marks to your staff including the nurses and the assistants. My dad made a great connection with a couple of the gentleman who helped him and always came quickly when called. Everyone was so pleasant and more than willing to sit down and talk to us when we had questions. The atmosphere of the facility I felt made people feel comfortable when they walked in and it felt more like a living room and not a sterile type of facility at all. My Dad had a studio which we didn't know for sure would work since he came from his own home when he first came but the way it was designed and the fact that he could hang up different things from World War II and family pictures was another great feature!

Overall, excellent to exceptional!(I consider a 4 excellent and a 5 exceptional.) Common areas are totally immaculate, but my mother's floor could be cleaned more thoroughly. Quantity and quality of activities is excellent, though selection of movies has declined with the appointment of a new programmer. Also, a facility of this quality and cost should have more comfortable seats in the theatre.

Staff is very conscious of the residents and are willing to do anything to make them comfortable. You need only to make them aware of your needs.

The staff is very caring and patient. Good communication too. I really have no complaints and I'm very satisfied with the care and concern given to my husband

My mother quickly needed a place to transition as her mobility rapidly deteriorated. Belmont Village made it a smooth transition for her. Six months into her residency, mom is very comfortable and has found her new home away from home. The care my mother receives includes medication management as well as additional hospice services that BV helped us identify a provider. The Pals take excellent care of my mom including the resident nurses.

We've been very pleased with Belmont Villages facility, staff, food, rooms, etc. All of it has helped make it such a great experience. We felt very comforted knowing Mom was there. Yes, we would recommend Belmont Village. A Place for Mom found the perfect place for Mom's final years.

It's truly the best place in Nashville, based on what I have observed and what I have been told by a trusted internal medicine doctor who has been in practice in Nashville for decades. Communication is excellent and staff really do care. I had an experience with another facility that was much more expensive and the care was incredibly bad. Don't go by price alone. Belmont Village is excellent. I would recommend it to anyone.

Staff is generally friendly to visitors unlike previous facility. Relatives who have visited my dad have made numerous comments to that affect. Facility have live activity leaders in memory care to personally engage residents throughout a good portion of the day. Previous facility that charged quit a bit more just turned on the tv or YouTube. They also on occasion take residents out for a drive in their bus to give them a change of scenery. More activities in general are used to engage residents
