Belmont Village Green Hills was a great place. I'd highly recommend it for senior living. All the staff was friendly, willing to help in any way and went above and beyond to make sure my mom was taken care of . 5 for sure!

The management and aides are very friendly and welcoming. My husband is much happier at Belmont Village. He lives tge circle of friends with their activities and presentations. The staff is very concerned about his experience and looks for ways to improve his health.

A place for mom was very helpful for us looking for a place for my mom. We visited 5 places and queried a few more. We made a second visit to Belmont. it was by far the best place though very expensive. They have been very supportive and helpful. There have been a few glitches but I would give them a 5. My mother says it is a very nice place and she likes it there

This was the first time I have looked into assisted living facilities and I reviewed five different ones. Belmont Village Aliso Viejo is very organized and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The dining facilities offer very good food and they have quite a variety other services such as med management are well structured. I’m very happy with the facility so far.

[name removed] and staff have taking great care of Uncle [name removed] and he tells me that I could not have picked a better place for him.

The facility is clean. The staff are very friendly and kind. The food is good. They have lots of entertainment.

*When you walk through our front doors, you're greeted by a pleasant & helpful concierge, everything you see is clean & you smell flowers & delicious scents from our kitchen *Management staff is always responsive & helpful *Nursing staff is excellent, & the attending staff are all always smiling, considerate, capable, helpful & attentive to our needs *There are, at times, shortages of attending staff, but the residents are always well taken care of *Activities are available, but need more options *Transportation services are available as needed *It's wonderful to have Independent Living, Assisted Living, & Memory Care ALL in the SAME building! We lived together until Memory Care became necessary *The Memory Care Team treated us as family & treated my husband with utmost care & compassion. They mourned my husband's death when his time came *Since his passing, the love & care I've received continue to assure my son & I that I'll never be alone & that Belmont Village was our best choice!

What we like the most about Belmont Village is just the overall experience in general, as well as the cleanliness the friendliness of the staff, the care services, meals and dining, activities and the value for cost. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

The staff in general helpful and professional and kind. We chose Belmont over others places because the staff connected well with my brother and I immediately.

I'd love a weekly or bi-weekly update on my mother, but I would absolutely recommend the Belmont Village San Jose to other families based on the experience we have had.

Starting with my tours, and throughout the move in process and getting my mom settled in, we have had nothing but support from the staff at Belmont. I made the decision to move my mom here because they do not have a one size fits all approach to Memory Care. They offered more options and flexibility than any other facility that I toured. I moved my mom from another facility, and within a matter of days, I got to know more staff than I had in months in the place I had moved her from. It is very apparent that the staff is trained in managing the memory care population and even the non-patient facing support staff know all of the residents and are very friendly and helpful. I have had to use some third-party support due to my mom's hospitalization since she has been there, and that was very well orchestrated as well. This place has a highly positive, homey atmosphere, and the residents are kept engaged with a lot of activities. I am very satisfied with the choice that I made!

Friendly, they ask if you need help with a smile and then try to resolve the concern. They know their clients by name and greet them with a caring demeanor.

I love that everyone is so friendly and love my dad. All the staff at Belmont are friendly, kind and supportive. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families and I have recommended this community to other families.

I absolutely have to give it a 5 in each category. No matter when I was there, the place was spotless. Many employees there for many years. Very outgoing staff. Very good staff to patient ratio. Amazing admin staff ([name removed]). Wide variety of food.

For my parents, the transition from Senior Living to adding assistance, as needed, was seamless. Consequently, they are 'technically' Assisted Living now, little over a year after arriving. but it was never an issue. It was more like the Belmont offered to help them out here and there with this or that! Yes, happy to help. Belmont does an amazing job of building community, too. I stopped by at 4:00 to grab some tax documents this week, and bonus! I was able to enjoy a Happy Hour in the Belmont Bistro w my parents and their friends! Most importantly, we would not have found Belmont w/o your team!

love the place. took awhile to get medication management sorted kaiser makes it difficult), billing not accurate at this point but will get resolved...wish they included ingredients on menu, allergy handling could be improved. I love that so much is offered even though my parents are not taking advantage of the. at the moment. the value seems good, but I think some of the addons are on the high side. yes, I would recommend this community to other families
