My uncle is loving his time at Brookdale Bellevue he really like it. This community is a wonderful place I'm really happy with the choice we made to move him here. The grounds are really nice and clean looks amazing. He is very happy now after finally settling in to the community. The staff here is just wonderful they have been nothing but kind and helpful to us with everything. There was a time when one of the staff member went with him to a doctor's appointment and rode with him and sit along with him the whole time and take was just really nice of them to do. They have been very accommodating to him and his needs, the only issues I have here is the food you think for the price we are paying the food would be better. He does feel like he is at home here and very comfortable. The residents have taken him along on lunch trips so he's slowly getting out more and more. I just love how wonderful everybody is to him I would highly recommend to community to anybody just make sure you try the food first.

My uncle has been so happy and every time we are in and out of there we have felt really good about the place. As far as showing love and how well he is taken care of... It's just a very loving and caring place.

So impressed that the phone is always answered by an actual person! Staff seem to be well-informed and extremely helpful. My husband's mother is a new resident there and is having trouble adjusting to being any where other than her own home, but each day seems to be getting easier for her. She says the food is very good and the staff are responsive. Daily activities are well-organized and there is quite a variety for residents.

The staff at Emeritus at Woodstock Estates have been a joy to work with. They were great from the first meeting with my father-in-law all the way to getting him moved in and settled. Our family has been very pleased with every aspect of Emeritus. Getting the prescriptions setup was simple. They were clear in the expectations and monthly costs. I would highly recommend Emeritus at Woodstock Estates.

Wonderful! We are very happy. The food is really good, it's great, she loves it. They have done excellent, we are real pleased with them. We chose them because of the price, and the facility itself, their attitude. We went to tour and the administrator was sitting and playing hangman with the residents. She didn't even know we were coming.

They were very clean and very nice but they were also a lot more expensive, it was over 6000 a month

My mom is a little hard to handle; she is nice enough but can be demanding and sometimes nasty. The staff at Woodstock Estates are wonderful and have helped me making choices for my mom so that everyone wins. Thank you all Joyce, Cheryl, Shavanda, and Vernicia ....and many others.

Beautiful, sunny open spaces. A coffee shop, outdoor garden and TONS of activities. Friendly, relaxed people going and doing.

Absolutely LOVED this place! Director was wonderful & patient & answered all my questions. VERY informative!!! They even had a frame on an easel saying "Welcome to the tour from everyone at Terraces of Woodstock" with photos of the residents. It was a wonderful touch. Small things like that are impressive for first time visitors! It made me feel welcomed.

assisted living community.can do sliding scale insulin. does do respite care/assisted living. in bellevue in between 70/100 split. dir nice. They have male caregivers who have been there from get go. checking respite rate with care cost. less expensive to commit for a month and then give 30 day notice. fee includes meals/etc. and is furnished with the highest level of care at that rate for a month!

The community is very clean and the staff members are incredible friendly. When they are open they have wonderful activities, but right now going in and out of lockdown they are doing the best they can. They are doing a great job following the state mandates, and testing everybody. We like how it is all on one level and our loved ones apartment is just perfect for her.

All i can say is WOW!! They new renovations are beautiful. I encourage you to visit this place. The staff was kind, residents look very happy.

I could not have picked a better place. They are renovating the facility with all brand new furniture, a new dining room, and carpet. The food is great and the staff is amazing and truly cares about the residence. I would recommend this community to others

I had chosen this community for my brother because it was the best place for him that could medically meet his needs. The staff are very attentive to his needs and make sure that he is comfortable in his new living environment. He has had no complaints about the meals and has been enjoying some of the activities as well as the social environment with the other residents. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

So far it has been a good experience for my father with his move to this community. They are doing a good job with caring for him and his needs. I know it is a good, safe community. They have a good staff, and they have been helpful and kind. There are activities offered for the residents. The meals are nice. I tried some of the food, and it is good. Overall I'am comfortable with his move to this community, and I would recommend it.

I'am very pleased with this community, and all they have done for us. This is a wonderful community, with an outstanding staff. They do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. There isn't any bad odors lingering around the community. I'am comfortable with the care my mother is being provided with. I'am satisfied with my mother move to this community. It is a very nice place, and I would recommend it.

We toured with Tony from the maintenance department and was floored on his knowledge in senior living. He had a great answer for ever question. He showed us the model then a room that was beautifully update by him. The work was finished professionally what I saw and my husband who builds homes up the road. The staff was really nice and friendly for working on a weekend. We plan to move my mom in when she gets better after her fall

It has hard to find a place our family felt comfortable with for Mom's care after hip surgery and with dementia. I visited six different facilities and chose Brookdale, Neece Road because the staff was so friendly and helpful, but even more the residents were happy and friendly. It was like meetings friends or family who watch over one another. Mom adjusted within a week, which was amazing to us as she required a family member with her at all tiimes while at the rehab facility. She has been there for one week and is doing so well and is so comfortable and happy that we know we made the right decision for her.
