Bellevue Villages

We really liked how the Legacy Ridge has more of a family atmosphere to it, it is also not super large which we like. The bigger communities can be intimidating. The activities director is awesome, she is so sweet and always goes and visits our loved one. She just goes above and beyond.

One of the nurses there is wonderful. I love her. She knows everybody, and remembers everybody. She just has a great personality, and she's one of those people where there's no gray. There's either black or white, and I like that. I think it's a very nice facility, and I love my loved ones room. The food is good, and they offer lots of activities.

We loved Legacy. The director was great who gave us the tour. It was sweet and felt homey. The only downfall was the square footage of the rooms. This was a close second option for us.

I toured with [name removed] she was very helpful. The place was nice, clean, and active. I would recommend this place to a friend and family. We gave a deposit to move in this month.

The staff is very nice and caring. My sister is very happy. She has many friends there. Things worked with our budget as well.

My mother lives here and I couldn't ask for a better place. She is getting the care she needs.

I toured with [name removed]. She was very knowledgeable about how to help my dad and his needs. She was able to point me in the right direction for VA benefits. The community was clean and lovely. We are moving my dad in next month.

My mom moved to Legacy Ridge last summer in the height of the pandemic. While there were many challenges for the staff and residents, they worked hard to manage the crisis for the residents. Not everything is perfect in these times and I never questioned their motives because they are there to serve the residents. It shows in their actions and communications. I would pick this facility again and recommend it to anyone. My mom is complimentary of the staff and she feels the compassion they have for the residents. Many times they have gone above and beyond expectations. That is what matters to me.

My grandmother lives at this place and she loves it. She is always telling me the manager, [date removed] always coming to acivites and makes sure she is doing good. She has lots of friends. They have been doing PT with her since she has moved in she has gotten so much better. I recommend this place for your family.

I visited this community with my mom. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and building. I was greeting by friendly staff. You cannot beat the cost compared to other places. I am looking forward to my mom moving there.

My Aunt has lived here for a few months and loves it! I am so happy with the care she gets. She used to live at a fancy newer home close by and by far Legacy Ridge is so much better. [name removed] the activies girl keeps her busy with fun things to do, my aunt loves her. She has made so many friends as well. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

My grandfather lived here for a year and he was VERY happy. We visited often and at different times of the day and I was always impressed with the cleanliness of the community and how "homey" it felt. I LOVE the high ceilings and windows in the entry way that bring in so much light. The staff is amazing as well. It is obvious they LOVE their job. Thank you Legacy Ridge Team!!

When I toured the community I was greeted with friendly and helpful staff. Everybody there made me feel so comfortable just like I was part of their family. The Chef made us lunch and it was delicious just like a 3 course meal at a restaurant. I really enjoyed seeing how many of the residents participated in the activities on the day I visited. The best part is they are pet friendly environment. Now our family dog Bo can come and visit dad when he moves in. Thank you Legacy Ridge at Woodstock!

I have 3 friends that move into this community and not knowing each other they have become like a family. Before covid they had outing every week and had all their meals together, which game them something to look forward to, but this not happening now to keep everyone safe. The activities department do a great job trying to keep all occupied. My friends are now allow outside visits which is a step in the right direction.

I originally worked with [name removed] at A Place for Mom when this facility was an Emeritus facility. When my mother needed extra care, we looked again. I looked at the new places that looked great and had a "main street" floor with lots of activity, but they didn't have a feeling of home and residents were just sitting at their door. When we came to Legacy Ridge at Neese Road it had a feeling of home and community. My mother had a say as to where she would live and she immediately made friends at Legacy Ridge during a visit and decided this is where she wanted to live. She was cared for very well. Her room was cleaned weekly, more if needed. There were activities to attend, even during Covid (with proper care and distancing). We chose a place that was attentive to her needs, comfortable, friendly and clean. If you're looking for someplace to provide that extra care needed for your loved one, I highly recommend that you take a look at Legacy Ridge at 756 Neese Road in Woodstock.

I toured this communtiy recently and found it to be lovely. I was met by friendly staff and residents. It was clean and the people seemed well cared for. I am on a tight budget and they are able to work with it. I liked that they have memory care area so that if my dad ever needs it, it will be available. We plan to move my there next month.

Legacy Ridge at Neese Road is a wonderful place for seniors. The care staff and management truly care about every single resident. Family atmosphere filled with love!

I moved my Aunt into Legacy Ridge a few months ago and the experience has been wonderful. She has made new friends and is getting the care she needs. Thisfacility feels more like home. She was in a newer fancy faclilty but didn't get the care we were paying for. Legacy Ridge has better prices and better care. I highly recommend

We chose Legacy Ridge at Woodstock because they made time to get him in, other places did not seem to care and it was more about the business. This felt more like home. The room sizes here are average compared to others we looked into. It really did feel like home here and we made a good choice. I would recommend to others.
