My father lives at Woodstock and it is wonderful the staff is so nic and caring. The food is fantastic! [name removed] is always on top of the care for my father. We love this place.

I toured last week. It is really nice. Everyone looked happy. [Name removed] gave me some homemade jelly and it was delicious. I recommend this place.

We toured last weekend with the receptionist she was so kind and friendly. She was very helpful even though we did not have an appointment. [name removed] calls us immediately to make sure we had all our questions answered.

My brother and I toured here. It's very lovely we cannot wait to move our mom here, when she is able. The staff were so friendly, residents were welcoming and happy.

I really liked Legacy Ridge Neese Road. Out of all of the different places that we have been to and toured, I felt that they were the best qualified in memory care. The staff there actually seemed to be happy and it looked like they enjoyed their jobs. This facility definitely had a more private feel to it, if your loved one is more introverted and does not like to be out and about as much I think it would be a great fit. The one drawback for us was they only had one room available and she would have had to have a roommate.

We couldn’t ask for a better place for my mother in law. Being in early stage dementia, she is needing more assistance but still wants her independence.. [name removed] and staff somehow make it work, and mother in law is happy! Legacy Ridge at Neese Road is designed beautifully and everyone has been so friendly and accommodating. There are lots of activities and the food is yummy. Anything we’ve needed, it’s been addressed without delay. We are grateful to everyone at LR for valuing each resident and ensuring their safety and happiness!

A family member of mine is currently a resident at this location and she always raves about this place. From the food to the staff it’s awesome. I’ve visited a few times and just say I’m impressed. [name removed] the activities director stood out to me. Her knowledge and enthusiasm was impressive, she is definitely a great asset to the company. Overall this location is 5 stars.

I visited the other day and was amazed how beautiful it is on the inside. The staff all welcomed me by introducing themselves. The residents look very happy. They were having music and happy hour. [name removed] answered all my questions and I look forward to my mom moving in next month

We really appreciate their open communication with us, they always update us with anything regarding our loved one. Based on our overall experience so far with Legacy Ridge at Woodstock we would recommend them to other families.

I was amazed how much better it looked in person, the pictures do not do it justice. Once you come inside, they are welcoming - the staff & residents are cheerful & happy.
