Bellevue Villages

I originally worked with [name removed] at A Place for Mom when this facility was an Emeritus facility. When my mother needed extra care, we looked again. I looked at the new places that looked great and had a "main street" floor with lots of activity, but they didn't have a feeling of home and residents were just sitting at their door. When we came to Legacy Ridge at Neese Road it had a feeling of home and community. My mother had a say as to where she would live and she immediately made friends at Legacy Ridge during a visit and decided this is where she wanted to live. She was cared for very well. Her room was cleaned weekly, more if needed. There were activities to attend, even during Covid (with proper care and distancing). We chose a place that was attentive to her needs, comfortable, friendly and clean. If you're looking for someplace to provide that extra care needed for your loved one, I highly recommend that you take a look at Legacy Ridge at 756 Neese Road in Woodstock.

I toured this communtiy recently and found it to be lovely. I was met by friendly staff and residents. It was clean and the people seemed well cared for. I am on a tight budget and they are able to work with it. I liked that they have memory care area so that if my dad ever needs it, it will be available. We plan to move my there next month.

Legacy Ridge at Neese Road is a wonderful place for seniors. The care staff and management truly care about every single resident. Family atmosphere filled with love!

I moved my Aunt into Legacy Ridge a few months ago and the experience has been wonderful. She has made new friends and is getting the care she needs. Thisfacility feels more like home. She was in a newer fancy faclilty but didn't get the care we were paying for. Legacy Ridge has better prices and better care. I highly recommend

We chose Legacy Ridge at Woodstock because they made time to get him in, other places did not seem to care and it was more about the business. This felt more like home. The room sizes here are average compared to others we looked into. It really did feel like home here and we made a good choice. I would recommend to others.

This is a wonderful place to live. The staff is most helpful and really nice. They are protecting us from the virus and no one has caught it. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs help and is a senior.

I like the meals and everything about this place and can come and go as I please. My family visits and that is great. Everyone I have met here is friendly and nice. Also staff is on a name basis. I live it here.

This place is awesome. I have been here for 3 years and I love it. The people here who care for us are the best in their field. They are the cream of the crop! I agree it was hard to sell my home and move here but I would do it again in a heartbeat. Anyone looking for a place to go, look no further than here. I thank God every day for these people.

I have been a resident here for over a year and I absolutely have nothing negative to say about the community or the staff. The rooms are very well kept and the common areas are fantastic. Under normal circumstances, there is always something to keep us busy. This COVID period, the staff still has done the best they can.

My father lived at "The Village at Bellevue" for almost 3 years. My family visited him almost every other day. I ate with him once or twice a week, and participated in activities with him. I interacted with the staff and nurses and got to know most of the staff that took care of my dad. In all those years, I watched how respectful and caring they were up to his last days. I will always be grateful to "The Village" for providing the greatest level of care for my father that I could ask for.

An inviting and warm place. Price seems reasonable.

They were great and have everything we would want in community living but they are unaffordable.

Mom and I had lunch at Brookdale Neese Road yesterday and I can't thank them enough for how special they made Mom feel. [Removed] and the rest of the staff made us both feel so comfortable, the residents reached out to Mom and asked her to be part of their "club". Mom was smiling and talking and cracking jokes like she used to do! It made my heart sing because she has been thru so many tough changes recently and has cried a lot worrying about her future. Thank you Brookdale for giving me my Mom back for the afternoon and showing me she can be happy again!

This is a nice community. The staff are caring and we like that they keep us informed on her progress. The menu is appealing and she seems to be happy with the nice variety. They have a clean and good environment for the residents. They do offer activities for the residents who want to participate. We would recommend the good care and value for a loved one.

I would really like to have my mother at this place. I would have to figure out the 2500 community fee. I toured this facility the first of June.

My mom went home recently and she never complained while she was there. It was a good experience. She was there for recovery. If needed I would recommend this community to family or friends.

While my loved one stayed at the Brookdale, I thought it was a very nice place. The staff was all very nice. The meals were very good and it was definitely the best of the places I checked into. MY loved one is no longer there, but it was a positive experience.

The tour we had was good. We liked the people and they were all nice. It had all what we were interested in. The common areas were nice and I got to see nice activities during the tour. It was our other option but felt it was not the place.

Mom had to transition to memory care and she is starting to accept the community. They have many activities and things but she could benefit from interacting with residents who are more social. She enjoys the choices for her meals and at times when she forget things with her meal the staff changed things for her to enjoy. We like a lot of the staff they are really nice. The staff mostly have over 5 years of experience from what I have discovered in conversations. I picked them because I really liked the staff and the openness when you walk in. It has a much better and larger grounds.
