Bellevue Villages

I had chosen this community for my brother because it was the best place for him that could medically meet his needs. The staff are very attentive to his needs and make sure that he is comfortable in his new living environment. He has had no complaints about the meals and has been enjoying some of the activities as well as the social environment with the other residents. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

So far it has been a good experience for my father with his move to this community. They are doing a good job with caring for him and his needs. I know it is a good, safe community. They have a good staff, and they have been helpful and kind. There are activities offered for the residents. The meals are nice. I tried some of the food, and it is good. Overall I'am comfortable with his move to this community, and I would recommend it.

I'am very pleased with this community, and all they have done for us. This is a wonderful community, with an outstanding staff. They do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. There isn't any bad odors lingering around the community. I'am comfortable with the care my mother is being provided with. I'am satisfied with my mother move to this community. It is a very nice place, and I would recommend it.

We toured with Tony from the maintenance department and was floored on his knowledge in senior living. He had a great answer for ever question. He showed us the model then a room that was beautifully update by him. The work was finished professionally what I saw and my husband who builds homes up the road. The staff was really nice and friendly for working on a weekend. We plan to move my mom in when she gets better after her fall

It has hard to find a place our family felt comfortable with for Mom's care after hip surgery and with dementia. I visited six different facilities and chose Brookdale, Neece Road because the staff was so friendly and helpful, but even more the residents were happy and friendly. It was like meetings friends or family who watch over one another. Mom adjusted within a week, which was amazing to us as she required a family member with her at all tiimes while at the rehab facility. She has been there for one week and is doing so well and is so comfortable and happy that we know we made the right decision for her.

Very pleased overall, the staff seems friendly and caring for the residents. People there like the food. The facility is a bit older then some but appears well cared for and clean.

Everything is just hunky dory. Things are going just fine. So far, we do not have any complaints with Brookdale Bellevue. We are having a good experience so far.

My cousin moved to Brookdale Bellevue about 6 weeks ago and so far she has been really please. She is a picky eater so the food doesn't always suit her but pleasing everyone in this type facility is hard. I feel her level of care has been good. I like that each resident has an emergency pendant around their neck. The nursing staff has been top notch so far. The facility is smaller than some others but gives a more homey feeling and is easier to navigate for older folks. The bus to take residents to the doctors two days a week is great. The driver even takes the patients in to the office before leaving.

I recently had to move my father into an assisted living facility (memory care). The staff at Brookdale Woodstock were extremely helpful and caring. They made the entire process easy. The facility is a few years older than some but is clean and well maintained. My father is receiving excellent care at Brookdale Woodstock.

I gave this facility a raving review on Google, but that was when [Name Removed] was the executive director. She left in May for an ED job with another facility. The activities director left as well. The new ED seems pretty nice but I hear she doesn't do much. She has not replaced the activities director, so there are not many activities--a church friend of mine plays the piano there on Wednesdays, and they have a religious service. The quality of the food was really good when I first moved my friend there in January, but the quality has declined since [Name Removed] left. All things considered, though, I'm still keeping my friend there because this is the least expensive (and closest to me) facility in the area. I love the residents and try to visit at a mealtime so I can see everyone.

I like that the memory care is limited to 12 people. The nurses are absolutely awesome and the facility is always clean. [name removed] was our Administrator going in but left due to differences with the owner. We had some difficulties getting some invoices however that has been corrected. We are happy here.

The Administration strives to make each resident have top notch experiences in all aspects of their stay.

Everyone is super nice. Mom says the food is okay but it's getting better. They don't have a ton of activities but Mom has made some great friends.

They are under new management and everything looks to be improving. Very satisfied with new management.

They have been kind and inclusive. The transition was not easy but they were very supportive. It is very clean and well kept. There has been some staff turnover, but I think that is to be expected. Overall, very pleased with care provided.

It is an older community but recently renovate with apartments with adequate square footage. Staff was easy to work with even with a full upper management change. They were very caring when my father passed. I would and have recommended the community and A Place For Mom to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Village at Bellevue and everything has been very good. The cost is very affordable, compared to other places in the area. The staff has always been nice and friendly each time that I visit. The maintenance guy has been most helpful. The facility is always very clean and trash is picked up daily. I would recommend The Village at Bellevue to others.

Most of the stuff were friendly and nice specially front desk stuff' My brothers situation got worse and he lived at Rehab center ! It is nothing to do with facility! I definitely recommend Bellevue at Neese Road.

The staff is great. When an issue comes up, they address it immediately. The housekeeping is good. The room is always clean, but trash is not picked up every day. The housekeeping personnel are always friendly. They communicate very good with us. After the initial move in, she's been moved a couple of times and the staff handled it all without problems. Better food and more activities would be good. Overall, I would highly recommend The Village at Bellevue to others.

Very friendly staff and mostly attentive. Always polite when interacting with residents and families of residents. Sometimes they are a little slow to respond when a resident or family member asks for assistance. I have had to hunt down staff when my mother needs help every now and then. But overall, I believe Bellevue to be a competent facility.
