Bellevue Villages

The staff at The Village of Bellevue are dedicated and hard working. During Nashville’s recent snow event, many of the Sr staff and others stayed at the facility for the week. Housekeeping is done once a week and one’s caregiver tidies up the room, empties trash, etc. on the other days. I feel communication with the family could be better. I’m never exactly certain what decisions are being made, etc. Moving in was easy. Maintenance provided a dolly and was very helpful. The meals have greatly improved with the new ownership. There are at least two choices at each meal and there are always alternatives. The program director offers a variety of programs and events for the residents. The health professionals are all professional and caring. One thing we like about The Village is the size. As a smaller facility than many, it offers a sense of family, intimacy, and warmth. I do recommend The Village of Bellevue if one is looking for a smaller and caring assisted living facility.

Even we he was not easy to get along with they try very hard to stay positive. I do wish I could be informed more from them on when he gets a shower and how he is staying clean. I think that is a struggle for them some on keeping him clean at his level. He doesn't like the meals but he is picky. I know they have to cook for a large group so pasta, soup, and lasagna is easy but there could be more variety. They seem very well done. They have done well to keep the cost affordable for the level of work it takes them.

The main reason we chose legacy Ridge Neese Road over others that we had initially looked at was because the location was lose to my house and the facility also had great reviews! The staff here were all extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend Legacy Ridge to other families who are looking.

We toured The Village at Bellevue virtually and in person. Personally did not like the set up at all. The director was great, but the place was small and dark, and living area in the two bedroom apartment would have been impossible to furnish and unpleasant to sit in.

Our family had an in person tour and it was nice but it was to far away and it is multiple stories and we wanted something all on one level.

The Village is currently going through a huge change in their staff, so the people we met in the beginning are no longer there. The only issue our family has really had so far is with the security, there doesn't seem to be any. Visitors can just come and go through the community and there is no receptionist there checking people in and out so that makes us a little uneasy at times.

I think it is a good community. People are generally nice here. I wish there was a bit more attention to my loved ones; however, I think happens in any community. Specifically during COVID.

They are going through some management changes at the moment from what I understand. When we moved in here it was Brookdale, my mom was moving from FL Brookdale, so it was a very easy transition. Legacy Ridge has since then taken over. My mom moved into memory care a few weeks ago from assisted living and I do not have a lot of experience with it yet, but they did make the move very easy for her. The head nurse here she has been awesome. Very responsive and helpful to me in a lot of different cases. During COVID, they have done everything they can to prevent it from coming into the building. They have done a very good job.

This was nice, The things that concerned me were Imwas able to walk in and look around before I found the right person. Love the pet friendly atmosphere and enjoyed meeting a few of the residents.

This community was very nice to tour. The staff was very friendly and helpful on the tour. The community was very nicely decorated and the landscaping was very nice. There is a fenced in backyard with a walking path.

I have no complaints about how things went for myself when I had taken a tour of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. It was just not the right fit in the end decision.

I'am very pleased with my move to this community. Everyone has been very kind, and welcoming. My room. and the community are nice, and clean. The staff is great, and very helpful. Everything has worked very well for me in this community.

I toured this community for my mother, and her needs. The tour went well. The community looked nice, and clean from what I saw. The staff was kind, and friendly. There were many factors that played into where to place my mother for her needs. My tour went well, but this wasn't the community for us.

So far everything is working out pretty well for my mother with her move to this community. This is a nice, safe community, and I'am comfortable with her move here. They have nice staff, and they are attentive, and very helpful. She is receiving good care. When I come to visit her the facility, and her room is well maintained. She has gotten involved in some of the activities they offer. The meals are nice. This is a community I would recommend, it has worked out well for us.

There have been many upgrades to the property since my mother was a resident there when it was the Waterford. Although it is an older senior living facility it is decorated nicely and everything seems to be cleaned regularly. It is a smaller community which provides for a little more homey atmosphere. The administrators and staff have been very accommodating and helpful to me and my mother to make her transition go as smoothly as possible. The tenants aren't quite as active as my mother would like, but she knows that that can change in a community very quickly. Thanks so much to you and A Place for Mom!

I was at this community for a respite stay, and for the most part everything went well. My only issue was that I requested a hospital bed, and they never delivered one. Other than that issue my respite stay went well. They took good care of me, and my needs. The community is very well-kept. They serve nice meals. Overall it is a community I would recommend.

Nice facility we had lunch and it was great. The menu looked good and really looked like food my mother would like. [Removed] was awesome, she really asked great questions about my mother which prompted questions for me to ask. I believe they would be very good to my mother.

I thought that staff where very friendly and professional at this community. They gave my loved one and I a great tour of there facility and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. The only complaint I had was that there was community bathroom area and I do not think my mom would be happy with that, she would want her privacy.
