I am glad to be here but it's expensive.

He really likes Barton Creek. The workers and the residents. He has been in there a lot of years. The biggest disappointment is the food. Food was good years ago but new is the worst it's ever been.

Lovely Staff; clean environment. Located in a nice neighborhood.

Very nice, lots of amenities. A little pricier than I had hoped, but because of the extra attention required for my husband. We will arrange an evaluation to get a solid quote. [Name removed] was very informative and helpful. 4.5 rating for antiseptic smell in model room and hallways.

Brookdale was nice. Clean and roomy common areas along fair outdoor courtyards. The rooms were a bit smaller than I expected. Good nutrition choices and lots of options on the menu. Lots of activity choices.

Liked the safety features, the activities available. The team members we met were very friendly and seemed kind and engaged with the residents.

My mother made a decision to start looking for assisted living places in the desert area. After visiting quite a few she decided on Brookdale Rancho Mirage due to the friendly atmosphere when she walked in and because they provide assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. She wanted to be sure we wouldn't have to find another place when she needed more services. She has lived at Brookdale for 6 years and we have been very satisfied. Just recently we had to move her to the memory care wing of Brookdale. This is when we found just how caring and supportive the staff of Brookdale is. Not only for our mom but for our family and our requests for mom's comfort. The staff is the best and there are activities to help keep mom engaged. They treat her as I would and I am so appreciative for their care. We rest a bit better when we are not with mom knowing she is cared for by the knowledgeable and compassionte staff.

The staff and nurses were all loving, kind and helpful. My mother enjoyed the food and she was very picky. They were also able to get her out of her room and active with others. Prior to coming here she would not leave her room. The only reason they did not get a full 5 star rating from me was their house cleaning. My mother's room was not kept up and her washing was alway behind and she ended up with other people's close all the time.

Good folks, caring staff, nice environment. The activities staff are great at engaging the residents. I especially appreciated those willing to engage with my mom, one on one as she was often disoriented and hard to understand.

A gorgeous new facility that feels like a posh hotel. Great features and activities. Excellent security. Love the all inclusive billing plan; regardless of the resident's level of care. The only downside for us was the lack of an open outdoor area, garden, or walking path. There is an enclosed sun room or atrium with planters, but everything is enclosed and our mom really likes being out of doors in the fresh air.

The two story large mansion is surrounded by tall trees. There is ample our door walking, charming space. All gated and secured for my auntie so i feel it is safer for her. she was actually participating in the "activity" when i arrived. it;s like an organized jazzercise class for seniors! it was fun to see her involved with the other people living there. she likes the warm cooked meals especially the desserts... the lady doing the group class was polite and i could tell she liked her job too. the people were outside which it looks like a park with all the greenery, shaded areas, very ncie. it is affordable for our family compared to other places. multi diverse and some staff are bi lingual in spanish.

Our father lived there. He had dementia and had lost a lot of weight prior to moving into the Manse. We were concerned about his diet so we were glad he lived in this great community. He gained weight within a few weeks. He also had improved appetite. We are convinced it is because he was with so many other people, It was a good improvement in his activity level as they have different events and weekly activities that he could participate in. The caregivers were great and could see his improvement also.

In regards of my mom, her shared room is always clean when we come by even on s "surprise" visit. The cook in the kitchen makes good meals. We have been there when all the residents are enjoying dining together. There is music playing for them on a c.,d., too. I greatly appreciate the staff and caregiver [name removed] also, Thank you! [name removed]

Just a quick note for the caregivers at this senior home in Vista (The Manse): Thank you for the WONDERFUL care you all provide for my mom [name removed]. We are grateful she is happy and safe there.

My dad is in this brand new community. With all new places there are things to be worked out. They are doing pretty good with my dad. The caregivers are good I have no complaints with them. It is nice and clean. The food is great and he eats 3x a day and snacks are available too. In fact we asked them to cut back on the portion size. He joins in the daily activities and I will receive a text alert when he checks into an activity which I love, they will send pictures too. Last week they were frosting some christmas cookies and they were giving them to the paramedics and firemen.

When I went on the tour it was nice it had a good feel to it. It was clean and looked well kept up. They answered all of my questions. The people were nice there. But my social worker messed up and we couldn't come stay here.

My brother seems to be pretty happy here and hasn’t had any problems with the staff. He’s really enjoying where he’s at. I’ve had dinner there before and they actually invited most of our family to get together and have a meal with them so we could get acquainted with the facility and the staff. I don’t know if there are a lot of options to choose from, though, or if they have the same foods each time. The cleanliness of the facility is very nice and I’m always impressed with it. Housekeeping comes by once a week to clean the apartment and the staff checks in on him every day just to make sure everything is okay. Overall, he’s been very satisfied with being there. They’re easy to get along with and offer to help anytime they can. This place just seems to be comfortable to him. I would definitely recommend them to other people, I’ve even told some friends about it.

I first decided to tour this community because I heard a lot of great things from people. When I first walked in, I noticed that it was a very attractive facility. It looked very nice all around. I very quickly ruled this community out because they were on the expensive side for us. I liked it but it was just too expensive.

The staff here is extremely friendly and is always helpful when we are there. The facility is always clean; it seems to be very professional and well managed. The only thing that I did not care for is the central showers in the memory care section of the facility. They would have their own private bedroom, but would have to share bathing areas. What I liked about this location is that they have a beautiful outdoor courtyard that residents were free to go outside and enjoy it when they please. However there is no separate building for the memory care. It’s behind a locked door that you would have to walk through assisted living to get to it. I would still recommend this community. What I really like is that they have a rehab hospital that is a part of the community. If there were any medical care that is needed that could not be accommodated by the usual facility, they still have that capability on site.

Dad has been here a little over a month and seems to be settling in well. The staff has been very friendly and kind helpful when needed. The community is well kept very clean. The food is good no complaints.We would recommend this community
