Assistance I have received here has been excellent. Everything in every aspect of this whole ordeal has been just perfect. They assisted in the whole moving process and the girl that helped me with a place of mom was the best. She is wonderful in everyway.

We had our step-mother in another facility where the price kept going up and the care kept going down. So we were given a list of 5 different places in our price range. In looking at the list we left The Manse to the last because we thought mom would like a smaller place. Upon entering the gate we were impressed with the grounds as to how peaceful and lovely they were. The building could use some maintenance. But visiting the administration convinced us this would be the place for mom. We live several states away and were very pleased with the communications throughout mom's stay. And what really impressed us was the staff and administration never knew when we would show up. But mom was always clean, hair cut. The facility did not have the smell of the other places we visited. The care was always first rate. And most of all the cost did not keep spiraling upward. We have been very pleased with the care and so thankful we found The Manse.

I am pretty happy with them. I would like to have a more explicit bill. The billing is hard to understand. They give you a bill with a lump sum on it which makes it hard to understand. They need to itemize the bill so that you can see what you're paying for.

So far the staff members have been very nice and have done all that they can. My loved one has not been there for very long, but they are trying very hard and the place is clean and warm and it is just a really nice facility.

My friend is very happy with Atria Collwood. They absolutely wonderful. There are no complaints with the staff or the facility that I am aware of and he is doing great.

They were always very friendly, from the first time to even now, both the residents and the staff. They try to be as helpful as possible and will do whatever it takes to help us. The food is outstanding and I like the way that they actually come to the table and serve us. I am very happy with it so far.

They have been fine. I don't have any major complaints or concerns at this time. I would score them five out of five. It's been working out well. A good place.

Our experience with Brookdale Carlsbad has been a very good one. It's a nice looking place, the staff is friendly, and they are taking good care of my loved one. We're entirely satisfied.

My mom loves it there. The staff is warm and friendly, very willing to help in anyway, and always happy to see you when you visit. The ambiance is like a fine hotel, from the furnishing to the linen napkins.

They could have a few more people on staff at night. They have a ton of activities.

Everything is going good at Brookdale Yorba Linda. The staff are very attentive there. They go above and beyond at keeping me informed. I don't see that they need to improve on anything. Really anything that does need improving they are on top of. I am really glad we made the choice in this facility.

Our experience with Emeritus at Carmel Valley has been a very good one. The staff here is friendly and professional, and they really helped me get everything arranged and set up for my loved one. The sales/marketing person I worked with really was a huge help. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and they do an excellent job looking after the residents. I highly recommend the place based on my experience so far.

They've done a great job so far with my Dad at Brookdale Oceanside! The staff here is very friendly, and they've really bent over backwards making him feel welcome and helping him settle in! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they seem to have an excellent memory care program. Dad says he likes it here!

We are incredibly pleased with how things have turned out with Brookdale Oceanside. The staff here is just amazing, they are all wonderful people! I'm a nurse and I've been to many memory care communities, I thought I had seen every version of memory care... Then I went to Vista Gardens. This is by far the best I've ever seen. The community is beautiful and offers every amenity you could ask for. However, it is the care for the residents that I was so impressed with. The staff at Vista Gardens cares for their residents as if they were their own family. The respect the staff gives to the residents was something I haven't seen in memory care. If my mother were to need memory care, I wouldn't look anywhere else. The compassion the staff has for not only their residents but also the families of the residents brought tears to my eyes.

The only negative comment my mother has made is that she had a roommate at first that liked it really hot, so temperature wise they did not match up and she had to move to another room as she was constantly burning up. Other than that everything has really been great. The staff there is very friendly and helpful.

When my mother was there at Glenwood Gardens we never had any problems. The only thing they might could improve on is the quality of the food. That was the one issue that she had, she was always complaining that the food was bad, and when we visited her for a meal there that was indeed the case, at least in the memory care unit. Other than the food everything there was really good.

The staff at Brookdale Oceanside is simply wonderful. They have really good communication with us, proactively seeking our feedback, always calling to let us know how things are going, etc. It has been really good all the way around.
