We chose The Glendale because the staff is extremely friendly and the location was close. She has a shared room which makes the price cheaper and it is suitable for two people. It has a nice layout and my sister enjoys the person comes in to play music for residents. I would recommend to others who are looking.

We virtually toured this community and the tour was fine. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, but there were a few things we didn't like. They had no TVs in the residence rooms and you had to use the furniture provided.

I think the community handles dementia residence

Our experience has been that the staff members have been responsive and kind. The admissions process was difficult for us, and they really worked hard to help us move through that. We feel extremely grateful that our loved one is here, safe and healthy. I would recommend to others looking.

I would recommend The Woodlands for other families for their loved ones. There was some frustration over the furniture that was bought for my loved one. Then the community told me that they couldn't use that bed. So I had to provide another bed.

They really try to take care of their residence, they seem to really care about the residence and socialize with them also. The room sizes were a decent size and the food was good. I would recommend this facility to others.

I really liked the Atria at Hamilton Heights. Like many similar facilities some apartments are small, which is a change for many. This facility has a selection of unique apartments, and the bathrooms are very accessible. The food is good. Currently it is very difficult to see how residents enjoy activities due to covid. We did inquire about the possibilities for trips into the community. My parents really liked the concept of being able to get out to restaurants and other activities once this ends. This director really worked with me to ensure this was the most appropriate choice for my father's needs. Setting up initial care plans and knowing just what to bring is challenging. Atria assissted living allows an affordable option for my parents to be in an accessible apartment, continue to be part of the greater community, and still have staff to assist my dad with activities of daily living. He loves maintaining as much independence as he can. He can now relax and enjoy life without worrying about maintaining his home or helping his wife with the heavy housework he can no longer do. Thanks so much to the director and nursing staff for evaluating my dad honestly to ensure his physical needs would be met. I appreciate the extra time and concern they took to ensure he will get appropriate care.

My wife was a resident for 1 year. The care was fine. The food was fair. She passed in 2018.

My husband lives at this community. They take good care of him. It is a nice clean and caring community.

We really liked how caring the recreational therapist was, she was very nice and seemed like she really cared a lot about the residents. The community was very nice, it is a little smaller but it felt very cozy. It has a smaller dining room and living room area. They have nice size rooms, i would say it felt very homey. The food was good, but they didn't have much of a variety for the residents to choose from. We would recommend this facility to someone who is older and more advance in memory care.

It was good. We thought they took good care of my mom. The room sizes were very good. My mom was there for a respite. She got a double room for herself. They had outdoor space for the residents to use. Overall it was a positive experience.

You need to stay present and involved in your loved ones' care. The food is terrible. The room sizes are good. They have a center courtyard that is not kept up very well. You have to be with someone to go outside.

Nice, clean place with a great staff

We were impressed with facility and staff the first time we were there. The place reminded us of a high class Hyat rathet then a nursing home. So far we are very happy with Rittenhouse.

Lovely, large facility; however, apartments were too small for me. [name removed] was wonderful guide and very helpful, and they are obviously in close touch with the occupants.

I went on a tour at this community. The staff was nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions. It seemed very crowded to me. It was a little further out than I wanted.It was nice and clean. I would recommend families tour this community before making a decision.

Mom chose Maybelle Carter herself for the community she wanted to live in. It is very homey and inviting with a living room off to the side of the lobby, with a T.V., games, and puzzles for the residents to engage in. There are also a lot of other organized activities that the staff encourages the residents to participate in. I think the food is good, my mom thinks it is sometimes too repetitious. The staff is friendly and caring and attentive to her care needs. Outside there is a patio area where they recently had a BBQ and grilled hamburgers to celebrate the eclipse. The landscaping is very nice and they have a nice garden where vegetables are growing. I would definitely recommend this community to friends and family.

I really enjoy living here. The people from the staff to the residents are very lovely. They are kind and friendly just a pleasure to spend time with. I enjoy doing activities here such as the Wii bowling and doing the crossword puzzles. They do offer daytime trips which I intend on going on. I have used the complimentary transportation to go shopping however for doctor appointments they need to be a little more flexible with the dates and times they bring you. The food most days are good sometimes they miss the mark and it's not as good. The housekeeping is wonderful they do such a good job.

We were given a nice tour of this community by the staff and everything was nice and clean and the residents appeared to be enjoying themselves there. We felt that this just was not the best fit for our mother and we were looking for something a little closer to us.
