the facility is very "home like"/ with a loving family feel. I feel like the staff are very compassionate and caring, it seems like a place that you'd want to live. they do offer transportation for doctor appointments once a week. the grocery store transportation may be delayed right now because of Covid. I've never personally attended any activities, but I did hear the residents having a lot of fun when I came to visit. I do believe that they are adequately staffed for the amount of residents they have there. they communicate via phone call on an "as needed basis". overall, I would recommend Franklin Place to others.

This was a nice community and I felt good about this community when I left. The only thing is that there was another community that was able to care for my loved one better in her condition and we had to go with the other community.

We like this community a lot better and it has been a much better experience. The memory care is set up well and it is a lot better than the previous community that my loved one was at.

The staff that I have met are very happy, friendly, and professional. This has been a good community for my friend. There are lots of activities for the residents to choose from. I would recommend Foothills Place to others, and already have to friends. Some of the activities available include movie night, games, cards, exercise classes, and more for the residents to engage with.

We have some lack of communication issues. They have had plenty of turnover and seem understaffed. My loved ones were quarantined with covid and we had to initiate communication with staff for updates on there well being during that time. The staff has been very nice and helpful regarding communicating messages to our loved ones to have them call us. This place is very community eccentric. This place is easy for our loved one to get around. It fits well for them.

The experience seems to be pretty good for older people. My loved one has already made new friends. It's a clean facility, and more updated than others we looked at. The staff I've met have ben really nice. And the cost seems reasonable. I would recommend them to other people.

I loved Aurora Place, I told my husband we should even look into it. They had so many things offered amenities wise for the residents. My favorite that I saw was the happy hour that they have. We were thoroughly impressed by the tour.

Copper Place is a very clean community and the staff members are fantastic. With the covid restrictions we are still not able to really see the meals, dining service and activities but we do know our loved ones activity board is always completely full with things to do.

I never have to worry about his safety, they are very on top of things. He loves the food that is served, the kitchen staff prepares everything on site. We went for Christmas lunch and it was very good. They do have transportation available but they have not been able to find a driver so we have had to take him to his appointments. His room is on the smaller side. It is a very casual, home like atmosphere because it is a smaller facility. We like that because he is not overwhelmed and it is all on one floor. I would recommend to others looking.

This place is amazing! My mother has been there since Jan 2021 and what a great place to live the grounds are immaculate, the staff is kind, caring, attentive and professional. They are a fabulous team and the true leadership shows. I know my mother is loved and cared for at all times. Best place in the valley.

We like the place a lot. We like the size, and the people that we've worked with have all been very helpful. They're having to bring in a lot of people from outside agencies, but I have no complaints with the overall staff. I think the food is nutritious, and they have a lot of activities.

It's a very small retirement center. They've taken very good care of my loved one. She has actually quite blossomed since she moved there. She's going to be 94 in January, and she feels comfortable that there's somebody there in case something happens. She's made friends, and she's not isolated like she was in her apartment. She really likes the small environment. She says the food is good overall. They've just had a little bit of trouble keeping a relief cook, so sometimes they bring in pizza or things. And they have a lot of really good activities if you choose to participate.

My dad only lived here for a few months but during that time it was an amazing experience. The staff were great with communication and always called me when needed. I would definitely recommend Avista Prescott to other families.

Overall it has been a very good experience. The staff are fantastic. They're very responsive, friendly, and informative. The facility is good. It's nice and clean. We got to hear some music while we were there visiting, which was fun. We wish we would have more information from the hospice service we chose though. They were supposed to call us after every visit, and they have not. In fact, we haven't heard from them at all. All the info is coming from Wind River. But Wind River is doing a great job of giving us updates, and our loved one is doing well and showing improvements there.

They're great. I like it because it's a small community, and my mom gets a lot of one-on-one care. It's easy for her to remember where things are. I think it's a good place for somebody who needs that sort of care. Everybody there is fantastic The staff are very helpful. The care they provide is awesome. I haven't tried the food, but Mom has gained weight, so she must like it. She's participating in the activities, which is huge for her. She's receiving 24-hour care, meals, and a watchful eye, so it's a good bang for my buck.

This community was good for what they had to offer it was just not the right fit for my loved one. The right fit within our budget was the most important. The tour was wonderful.

We had a great tour with Foothills Place. The facility was very clean, it is a bigger place and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

This is an AWESOME facility! My mom lived out the end of her life in 2 'other' facilities, and they were no where near as stellar as Franklin Place. Though I live in another state a whole day’s drive away, I just am so very happy with this wonderful, clean, calm facility, and the personable, trustworthy staff! My 88 yr old father (who still has all his mental/cognitive faculties) is very happy here; enjoys every staff member that does or has worked here (bright, positive people), the food, and the activities, and other residents, and in all, has actually improved in health and emotional state since being HERE. He just seems to be his best self now, and that is really 'big' for me. So, I dont intend to be moving him back to my own state as long as he keeps doing so well here. And this little town of Sumner is beautiful and peaceful , and I often entertain the thought of moving here myself. :-)

My 98-year-old dad has resided at Copper Place Assisted Living Center for 2 years. We've been blessed with his daily care and support as well as Copper Place's links with local hospice organizations for residents with chronic, debilitating conditions. His care has been exceptional! Like many seniors, Dad was initially reluctant to leave his own home. We were assured that with all of the activities, he'd transition mentally / emotionally in about 6 weeks, and he did so, "right on schedule." The daily socialization and attention he receives from all of the staff have truly worked miracles, and he's said more than once how he considers Copper Place his home. He loves the meals (prepared on site) and his ability to choose from the daily menu. He also appreciates the communion services available each Sunday. After so long in isolation in his own home, his personality has "blossomed" with the care and attention that he receives each day at Copper Place, and we are grateful!

This community is "outstanding" the building design is beautiful & easy for the residents to get around. Very light and cheerful. The staff is wonderful & the facility is well run. They are all caring people that take the extra steps to give the residents the best possible experience. My mother feels like she lives in a resort with friends!
