Avista Senior Living

The staff at Aurora Place were wonderful to my mom and to our family. Mom was on Hospice for two months before her passing. They all worked together to give her the best care possible. I would recommend Aurora Place to my family, friends and neighbors. We could not have picked a better place for my mom to spend her last six months.

Spring Gardens Heber is an excellent facility, and I have already recommended to several friends. The facility is clean and bright, and the staff is friendly. There are ample activities that are wide ranging. The only thing that limits the resident is if they choose not to get involved. I have seen over time how my mother in law has gotten more involved.

My Mom became a resident of Terra Pointe in [date removed]. When we began this difficult journey, we were overwhelmed and emotional. Then we had our tour with [name removed], and she instantly made us feel comfortable and put our worries at ease. The facility is beautiful, clean, welcoming, safe and the rooms are peaceful. The thing that stuck out for me and warmed my heart was as we toured [name removed] knew every resident’s name and said something personal to them that made them each smile. I knew then that this was the place for my Mom. [name removed] and the staff are the absolute best – caring, friendly, knowledgeable and greet our family by name. I love when I visit, and I see the residents and staff in the activities room laughing, smiling, dancing, and singing together. Most important they care for my mother as if she is a member of their own family. I would most definitely recommend Terra Pointe to anyone who has a loved one suffering from Dementia/Alzheimer’s.

My mom was only there a short time (21 days). I never was able to eat there but mom said she liked the food. Other than that I would give them 5s across the board. My only complaint with them was that it took a long time for the parent company to refund us for the days after her death that were paid for. The staff in North Ogden were great.

The staff was very understanding and helpful when we first contacted them. We were in a kind of emergency situation with trying to find somewhere for mom to live due to family issues. They went out of their way to accommodate us. The staff seem friendly and always greet Mom by name. Mom says the girl who helps her shower is very nice and gentle. Mom seems to enjoy most of the meals they serve and she's made a few "table buddies". Overall it's been a good experience.

The main reason we went with this facility was just because they had an opening at the time. The thing that has stuck out most to us about Heron Place would be the staff that work there. They really sincerely care for their residents.

Everything has been fine. Everyone had been kind and understanding. Very respectful, kind staff. Could improve on wait times of food to table, coffee refills, dessert.

I'd like to recommend Caliche Senior Living, I toured the community, I loved the feeling you get when you walk in, Very welcoming, the employees are very friendly and smiling which it makes one feel like we walked in our own home. Although My mom is not ready for assisted Living, I know that this will be the place to move her to when the time comes. She was very pleased with everything, from the décor, the fun filled activities and party's, the variety of outings Caliche has to offer, not only that but the friendly environment is one of a kind. Very home like , which it is very important to our loved ones. Management was very attentive and open to questions and answers, I truly enjoyed it. Over all I recommend Caliche Senior Living and look forward to when we need their services.

Avista's team headed up by [name removed] is wonderful. Always friendly, willing to help and very caring for our family member from day one. We have experienced their care/love and patience and that is truly appreciated. It's good to know that your family is in great hands when you move them to a memory care facility and we are glad we picked Avista!

My father-in-law had Alzheimer’s and we thought we had found him a loving home. However, the rug was pulled out from under us when he started presenting with behaviors a previous home didn’t want to deal with. Avista was a God send! The executive manager and managing nurse worked tirelessly with me to ensure my father-in-law had a safe home to be discharged from the hospital to. The entire staff here was incredibly loving and supportive. I felt that I was always informed of his state and they guided us with love as he entered the active dying stages. Though he recently passed away, I still feel like we are part of the Avista family.

The care here is amazing... all the staff are amazing. You definitely have to go in and take a look... the court yard is a plus! The over all experience is great... this place welcomes you with open arms!

Caliche  has been home for our Mom for almost 2 years. Our family has appreciated the care and concern for Mom. The community is clean and inviting the moment you walk in the door. We have been greeted and felt welcomed to be there when we visit. We have been thankful that the community has been so careful in protecting the residents from COVID. We want to thank all the staff for all they have done for our Mom.

Spring Gardens of Draper is the most beautiful, welcoming Assisted Living I have ever visited. The staff are kind, patient, and caring to the residents and their families. They have many wonderful daily activities that help the residents cultivate friendships and develop talents. Spring Gardens also opens their doors to the local community for parties, concerts, and craft fairs. They have so much fun. I wish my dad could have lived here when he was in need of assisted living. My family and I love to volunteer at Spring Gardens of Draper. There is a wonderful feeling here. It feels like home.

I toured this facility and really liked it. It was clean, everyone was friendly. The tour was during a busy time of day and I got to meet some of the residents and see them interact. My loved one needed a higher level of care, so it wasn't a good fit for her. But it was really nice!

This was a great community! The only drawback was the location as it was too far from family.

My 94 y/o mother has unfortunately experienced living in 5 different Assisted Living facilities over the past 6 years. However, we feel that we hit the Jackpot when finding Blossom Place. The onsite leaders are compassionate, friendly and always keep me informed. The care givers are amazing, and attentive. My mother has come to love all of them and is finally comfortable to rely on the facility staff at Blossom Place, rather then always calling me. The facility atmosphere is beautiful, immaculately clean, bright and cheery. The front doors are locked which helps give my mother an added sense of security. The Blossom Place residents are happy, cheerful and engaging with one another. My mother, for the first time in several years has made friends that she actually enjoys "hanging" with. From my perspective, they get 5 stars. The staff are very helpful and friendly and kind. He raves about the food that he gets, they are chef prepared meals for the most part. Overall we have been pleased with the experience and would highly recommend Garnet Place to others looking.

We picked this community because, it was smaller, it was more one on one, close to where I live (location). Price was the best. I was able get into a suite for my loved ones. They really like the residents, make them feel like family. I love the outdoor garden to sit and visit. Their activities really get them out of their rooms. Great guests have come there.

Generally, we have been very happy with the staff and the atmosphere at Summit Senior Living. They are kind and friendly. Dad is pretty picky about food...therefore pretty critical. We have not experienced it with him, so it's a little hard to judge.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a great tour experience the community was wonderful
