My Mother-In-Law is thriving at Spring Gardens Assisted Living. The staff are extra caring and they go above and beyond in there care of the residents. The Head Nurse is the best we have ever experienced. Her care for the residents is above and beyond what you would expect. The sincerity is very genuine and heartfelt. Also the food is outstanding and the dining hall is first class. We love Spring Gardens and would highly recommend it.

I moved my dad in last year. Everything is provided for at a very reasonable price. Everyone is caring and concerned for each resident. It’s clean and the food is good with a big variety. The activities calendar is full all week long with several daily activities to pick from. Church on Sunday is right upstairs which is so wonderful. Weekly excursions included as well as grocery store trips if needed. My dad loves that he can get a good and cheap haircut right upstairs. I know if I need to travel he’s in good hands and cared for. I can’t say enough great things.

I placed my Mom in Spring Gardens Memory Care in May of 2024. I live near by so I see my mother at least 2-3 times a week and spend 2-3 hours with her each visit. I have a background in healthcare and have worked in many hospitals and several skilled facilities. I have been very pleased with the care my mother receives. The staff are kind, pleasant, and cheerful. They care for the residents as if they were their own family. It seems everyone in the facility knows my mother, even residents on the independent side. The activity director and staff keep the facility decorated with bright cheerful colors and decorations and it seems there is always an activity going on. They do a good job rotating the nurses in and out of memory care (it has to be mentally exhausting). I have not seen much turn over in staff. The first week I was nervous (I have a camera in the room) but now I know Mom is safe and well cared for at Spring Gardens.

This is a great place to stay. The help are Great- They all seem to love the residents (Good and Bad). Food is wonderful.

Communicate well with the family if any issues are a concern. The staff knows my mother in law by name. The food is amazing and offers many choices for the residents with special diets to choose from. The facilities are clean. They have many activities and outing for the residents to do. They encourage residents to stay active and provided extra actives for them.

In the 4 months of [name removed] stay at Spring Gardens Heber I have gained confidence in the staff and their program to care for [name removed] . I go most every day and assist [name removed] in eating lunch.. I get to know most every staff member and patient. I see the continued kindness expressed between everyone. The frequent rotation of staff keeps them fresh and alert in their dealings with patients. I have no complaints at this time.

The staff at Spring Garden Heber are amazing. They have become like family to my mother, as well as to my wife and I. Everyone has and does go out of their way to make my mother feel loved and appreciated.

I visited the Spring Gardens Heber facility with my parents in preparation for future care. Right from the start of the tour it was very apparent that the facility is was going to be the right fit for the future. [name removed] and other staff were very professional and you could tell the residents were comfortable and well taken care of. My parents are not currently ready for this stage, but when the time comes, Spring Gardens Heber is where they will call home.

We love Spring Gardens Heber. The staff is great and makes your loved one feel so loved. The admission director is great to work with while getting everything ready and done to move your loved one in. She goes above and beyond and truly loves everyone there.

My mother was at Spring Gardens for a year or so before she passed . It is a beautiful place. It is clean, and safe. The staff is so kind. Her apartment was great. It is so much more spacious than any other we looked at. I would recommend it to anyone that needs special care she loved the staff. And she made many friends at all the social activities that they provide

Spring Gardens Heber City has been such a blessing for our family. My mom and dad actually love it ! They keep busy with the creative and stimulating activities, take excursions, attend Sunday church right down the hall, they have met terrific friends already and love the food !! My dad has root beer and cookies every day! I wish I would have moved them in sooner !! The staff is outstanding. Kind. Resourceful. Professional. And most of all they care for the residents like I would care for them if I could be there 24/7. They keep us well informed as to any changes in their health and I feel very secure they are safe ! My parents love their view of Mt Timpanogas and the American Flag from their window! Thank you to all at Spring Gardens!

I met with [name removed] , several months back and took a tour of the complete facility. Was very impressed with the facility, the staff and [name removed] . When the time arises, this will be a place in my final consideration.

The staff at Spring Garden’s has been remarkable. They’re so kind and extremely patient with all of the residents in assisted living and memory care. I feel confident and at ease knowing that my mother is cared for in such a loving environment.

I am happy content and well cared for. My meds are delivered accurately and on schedule. Staff is happy and very competent as well as friendly and caring.

I find this home fine in every aspect, the staff, quality of meals and activities suitable.

I have had a wonderful experienced here at Avista. Everything I have done with this group has exceeded my high expectations.

We had a wonderful experience overall. My grandmother felt that the staff were super kind, and she felt well supported. We enjoyed coming to visit her and the facility always looks beautiful and smelled nice. They didn't do well with specialized diets (no diabetic dietary changes). For the price of rent, it felt like they didn't get their value regarding food. Not very healthy overall. They tried to accommodate, but in general she often complained that she didn't like the food. I think this is a common complaint from other residents as well.

Everyone there is very helpful and all very kind. Lots of fun activities for the residents. Food is really good too. It is really close to our home so that really helps too. My Dad is very happy there. We are all very happy with Avista

My mother has resided at Avista Senior Living Albuquerque for 11 years now. I am very happy with the facility and even more so the staff. My mother is very well taken care of and I have zero worries about her care or needs at Avista. I've often visited on varying days of the week and at varying times and the level of care is always very good. They have many core staff members that have been there for the entire time (and longer) that my mother has been in their care. The current Executive Director has been in her current position longer than any other ED at this facility and has all of the staff and residents concerns at heart. The consistency, the cleanliness, the care, the food are all at the highest benchmarks in the industry. They also engage the residents in many activities from group exercises to arts and crafts to singalongs. I could not recommend Avista more highly and know that anyone's loved one would be very well cared for at this facility.

I was searching for a place near me for my mom to live and found Avista to be just the right size with friendly, helpful, caring staff. My mom is happy with our choice of assisted living and really enjoys the staff.
