I have had a wonderful experienced here at Avista. Everything I have done with this group has exceeded my high expectations.

We had a wonderful experience overall. My grandmother felt that the staff were super kind, and she felt well supported. We enjoyed coming to visit her and the facility always looks beautiful and smelled nice. They didn't do well with specialized diets (no diabetic dietary changes). For the price of rent, it felt like they didn't get their value regarding food. Not very healthy overall. They tried to accommodate, but in general she often complained that she didn't like the food. I think this is a common complaint from other residents as well.

Everyone there is very helpful and all very kind. Lots of fun activities for the residents. Food is really good too. It is really close to our home so that really helps too. My Dad is very happy there. We are all very happy with Avista

My mother has resided at Avista Senior Living Albuquerque for 11 years now. I am very happy with the facility and even more so the staff. My mother is very well taken care of and I have zero worries about her care or needs at Avista. I've often visited on varying days of the week and at varying times and the level of care is always very good. They have many core staff members that have been there for the entire time (and longer) that my mother has been in their care. The current Executive Director has been in her current position longer than any other ED at this facility and has all of the staff and residents concerns at heart. The consistency, the cleanliness, the care, the food are all at the highest benchmarks in the industry. They also engage the residents in many activities from group exercises to arts and crafts to singalongs. I could not recommend Avista more highly and know that anyone's loved one would be very well cared for at this facility.

I was searching for a place near me for my mom to live and found Avista to be just the right size with friendly, helpful, caring staff. My mom is happy with our choice of assisted living and really enjoys the staff.

We’ve had a great experience at Spring Gardens. Our loved one has felt welcome and comfortable in new surroundings at a difficult time. He enjoys his meals in the dining room. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and kind to him.

I am confident Dad is getting the best care at Spring Gardens. There is a Dr, dentist, and hairdresser on site. Very convenient for him. He enjoys going outside in the sunshine in the morning. Staff keep in touch with me.

We were in a desperate situation trying to find somewhere for mom to live. Evergreen Village really worked with us on getting Mom into a room. With regards to the food... It's a bit hard to answer. I've noticed there are some meat items that are tough/dry/hard to chew. I think the age of the clientele should be considered in menu planning. That being said, some meals are good. I suppose it's like any place that you eat, some things just aren't good. I will also say that they seem to have a staff shortage sometimes. Mom's shower is sometimes delayed a half a day to a day. Seems like the dining area struggles sometimes with timely service. The cleaning schedule has changed a few times. They do always seem to be able to get in and make up what they missed. Overall, I'm seems good and Mom hasn't had any complaints. There are just little things off and on I think could be improved.

My mother died last [date removed]. The facility was great taking care of mom. They were great to mom. I would highly recommend them. Rooms were always clean, staff was awesome!

We chose Evergreen Village because of the services offered, the cleanliness of the facility, friendliness of staff and activities. The only thing is to make sure they contact who is listed in the notes. My sister who lives in Prescott and the primary contact left on vacation and I was put in charge as the primary contact. My Aunt Jackie was taken by ambulance to the hospital and I was not contacted. I think we have corrected this.

White cliffs staff is the most caring and kind professional care I have ever witnessed. There is no need of any resident that is not meet with the most compassionate and kind hearted staff. All needs and concearns are addressed immediately. Wonderful experience to see all the love. Flawless transition moving my mother to next chapter in to her new beginning. It's great seeing her thrive and celebrate life. Food is incredible, better than most high class restaurants. Thankyou for enriching your residents life's.

The facility itself is very open and spacious. Very inviting! The staff is amazing and so so friendly. They all get to know the residents in a first name basis. It's awesome! The staff are seriously the best!

There was no option to make changes to what was offered. What was served is what my dad had to eat. In general it's a shame elderly people pay astronomical rates for long-term care. More than a general mortgage and most have no income and have to pay these prices. Faculty and staff were great. Every time we visited everyone was friendly and helpful!

We placed my mother in the memory care unit at Avista. The staff from the receptionist, office and caretakers were absolutely wonderful. They took very good care of my mother and were very compassionate with us. I would highly recommend this facility. I would also like to thank [name removed] for everything she did for us and for her loving compassion.

I like the facility and would live there myself. It is clean, good meals, and it is close to family. They provide activities to keep you active.

The CNA's are amazing! They have all been friendly and go out of their way to make my dad comfortable. Housekeeping has been good. The nurse has been great with communication. The meals are mostly good It's a small community and that's what I like about it. I would highly recommend.

The facility was recommended from a relative who knows the nurse that works there, and she highly recommended the facility because of the nurse. All of the staff in my experience since my father moved into the facility, have been extremely friendly, go out of their way to make my father feel welcome and are all are very active and involved with the residents well-being and care. They have activities to keep the residents busy every day. My father has been there for a year now since his stroke, and his health has improved due to the care, he receives at the facility. If you are looking for a place for your loved ones, I would recommend speaking to this facility to find out if it's a right fit for your family.

All the staff was great! Everyone was very helpful when I had questions and answered them immediately! They showed you what the possibilities were for the rooms. So you could make a decision based on needs and financial ability. We found the rooms to be very accommodating.

The reason we gave the activities a 3 is because [name removed] doesn't join many of them so I'm not sure how well he likes them. He's still working on breaking in to the idea. With the overall value for cost, we are still having trouble getting long term care insurance to pay which I had hoped they could help more with. However, based on the experience we have had so far with Spring Gardens, we would wholeheartedly recommend them to other families.

We are not sure on the activities, but as for the value for cost that is so far so good. Spring Gardens Draper community really has a good atmosphere . The building is beautiful but the employees are all so great and that's what really counts.
