The family activities, it us light and. Right and everyone if kind and helpful. Great staff. Good atmosphere. Caring and compassionate. Very positive in every way. So accommodating to each resident.

I had to place my mother into assisted living. We were so happy with everything at Spring Gardens Lindon. The director of nursing is absolutely amazing. She hires all of the care staff and does not use outside third-party healthcare staff. I can't say enough about the care my mother received. They all knew her. They got to know us and we felt welcomed every time we came to visit. The food is homestyle and good. Mom mostly ate the homemade soups and pastries. We loved that the dining room was open all day and she could order breakfast anytime of day that she wanted. Even the dining staff knew her and called her by name. It was an amazing experience for the whole family to know that my mom was well-cared for and known and recognized by everyone there.

After attempting to care for Mom at home , we found out she needed 24/7 care which I could not provide. Avista Senior Living facility was selected after reviewing other facilities. The professional help and care that AVISTA provided was exceptional. All staff treated Mom with the utmost kindness and was attentive to her needs. I would definitely recommend AVISTA for a loved ones personal needs.

Love the place the med teck was great The activity director is the sweetest and kindest person!!!! God bless you all. I hope when I need help In anyway that I am able to get into one of those beautiful rooms.

What we like most about this community is that it is smaller so you do get to know everyone that is there. Also I am there enough that they even know me when I call over the phone. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

We toured with Avista Albuquerque and it was wonderful in all areas. We just felt at the time most of the residents were much more advanced in their dementia than my Aunt was and therefore it was not going to be a good fit.

My dad was only there about six months before he had to go to the VA hospital and then hospice at the VA hospice wing. He liked it there, especially the staff and the food. It always seemed clean. They are all expensive, but he was able to afford to be there with his retirement pay. There was a change in nurses at the end of his stay, but we never got to really get to know the new one. I would say the nursing care was just average.

Syringa Place is a small, quaint, homey facility that will care for elderly family members. The room sizes and accommodations here are perfect for what my loved one needs. I will say that it is extremely expensive for an elderly person.

We toured with Garnet Place and had a very good tour experience. It was a very nice facility, but it was on the smaller side and did not seem to have enough of the amenities that we were really looking for for my loved one.

All five stars. I would tell others that this was the only facility that we even looked at. It was clean and the staff were compassionate. Since moving in they have continued to be very friendly and efficient. I would absolutely recommend Windriver Place to other families looking.

My mother was a resident at Syringa Place. The facility and the staff were awesome. The housekeeping was good and the communication with the family was good. They answered questions from the family very well. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

My first interaction with Joshua Springs was my beautiful [name removed]…what an inspiration and such positive vibe. She was very accommodating. [name removed]the receptionist also. Very friendly and helpful with each person we met after that…[name removed], [name removed], [name removed][name removed][name removed]etc. very happy. I would encourage everyone to experience the beautiful rooms and the excellent food here. All things happening in the apartment also taken care of soon. [name removed] continues to chat with us every where even though she is done with her process with us!

Our mom has been in Caliche Senior Living since February. I feel so secure knowing she has such attentive staff caring for her. They know her by name and even in the dining room they know her choices without asking.

Move in was very easy. The facility and staff provided what was needed so we could get in. Everything went well. [name removed] did the coordination and was available to answer questions. She was wonderful to work with.

This is a great place. Our mother has been a resident for a year an a half there. They are always willing to listen and to work with us in any way to help our mother. The nurses there have given me their personal numbers to call if we have any concerns and they call me with anything issues that arise. We have found the communication with us between the administration and nursing staff to be excellent. The CNAs and med techs are so kind, patient and loving towards our mother. They involve the residents family in so many activities that involve the whole family such as holiday parties, spotlights on the patients, breakfasts on the patio, art shows, etc The kitchen staff interacts with the residents like family. We watch interactions between staff and their patients in the hallway, at meals and activities. They show genuine interest and concern for everyone and laugh and talk with them and know them as individuals. Most of all my mother feels loved and cared for Highly recommend

We picked this community, because the staff felt very welcoming, and it turned out to be a good fit. It was a caring, loving community. I would recommend to other families.

I gave care a 4 because this is a manpower issue. Sometimes the staff is short and they do the best they can. Economy issues being faced by so many companies. Food is their biggest issue. Constantly going thru cooks. The food can be bland. But again they are doing their best. The activities are very good. Lots of outings. And activities inside the facility. Very good interaction with the residents. The cost has been going up steadily over our 4 years here. It is still a good deal, but the raises need to slow down. We love the staff. The front desk ladies are all great. [name removed] and [name removed]. [name removed] is the director and has been doing a great job. [name removed[ is in charge of Meds and she is on top of patients need and changed in meds. [name removed] the Maintaince man is always available for repairs. The grounds are always well kept and clean. As you can see we are very happy. My wife and I say all the time when it's our time in life we will be moving here.

To the director, head nurse, and all staff at Wind River, I have been a caregiver, off and on, for more than 20 years. I have worked privately and overseen the care of clients who have entered facilities. In the lockdown year, I hired on at a sister facility of yours just to be near one of my clients, as she had been as dear as a mother to me. First hand, I know that the care filters down best from top to bottom. A singular caregiver can struggle along, but when a facility is run with this kind of excellence, it shows on the faces of all the residents. The change in our family member since coming under your care is almost unbelievable. She transferred in under a 'few weeks' Hospice diagnosis, and needless to say, the time frame is now happily extended, all because of the unprecedented, cheerful, care. When the front desk girl will pause in her duties to assist a resident until a caregiver is free to step in, something is definitely going right!

I am very happy with the support we receive from everyone that works there. They are going through a shortage in their personnel. . . Sadly they no longer have a chef, which disturbs my mom. But she loves all the people that are there to help her.

I definitely would say that this is an awesome place. The residents love the staff. The meals need a little improvement, but I love everyone here at this facility. They keep the facility very nice. As soon as we walked in we knew this is the place, everything is taken care of. It's a very nice facility. I'm a perfectionist and this facility passes my expectations.
