Not the Atria Del Sol I remember! Newly remodeled, nice grab and go area, and my dad has a fellow Vet friend already a resident!

Nice facility, people extremely friendly, staff very professional.

The Professionalism of the staff, from the nurses to the doctors, and other staff members was so positive and energetic. I feel like it made the mood of the residents better and more positive. Everyone seemed very happy and active.

The Atria has this amazing dining area and helpful staff. The kitchen is so nice, that it sets the mood right off the bat. We loved it there. Thanks Atria Golden Creek.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. This was a very nice looking place, it was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. However, it was also very expensive. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one if money was not an issue.

Although I do like this place very much and has been very good to our family, my one concern is its slightly understaffed. I feel like there could be a little more staff and then it would be perfect

Overall our experience with Atria Bethlehem has been a very positive one. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff have been professional and easy to work with. The people here are conscientious, considerate, and very customer oriented.

Lots of broken promises from the staff . Broken tv service . Feels like she has to solve the problems herself.

Atria's overall environment is pleasant. clean and quite pretty. The staff . especially the directors , are very friendly and helpful. Food service, however, is quite boring and simple. Fish almost every day with little variety. Activates they provide are mainly for very elderly and disabled people, like book talks, singing songs, , old movies, religious services, etc. Could be quite monotonous for some less disabled people. I think Atria is a very high standard and well supervised nursing residence for elderly people with some disabilities. However, for healthy and normal elderly people, the residence is too high priced and not really for independent living .

I like everything about Atria Hometown, except the management team. They told me one thing and did another. If Connie [removed] were still there, this would not have become a problem. I have not ruled out the possibility of living there eventually, mainly because of Deanna who has a warm, caring helpful attitude, but I can't say the same for the other two I've dealt with. Hopefully we can get this worked out, and soon.

I really do like everything about the Atria Willow Park facility. Everything except for the food that is. I do think that the food they serve could definitely be improved, but that is about the only thing.

Well personally, I have a problem with the food that they serve at the Atria Valley Manor facility, but I think that it might be just me. I am kind of a picky person when it comes to that and I am just having a hard time finding something I like.

Things are going fine. It's been a month and a half for us and she is still getting acclimated to it. This is a new situation for us, and she is still getting used to it.

If anything needs to be mentioned about the Atria Cranford, I would say something about the memory care facility. I would have to say that the head of the nursing there, Mike, is just an excellent caregiver.

I do not know of anything they could improve. They provide great services.

Excellent food. Also appreciate the little dog park because I have a large dog, and not many places accept a large dog. This was the most suitable place for me. Also the main building, an old mansion, is quite elegant.

My dad has been their for two months. I would like to see him more involved in some of the activities. However, I am not there 24hrs so I don't know if they are encouraging him or not. What I will say is that, I haven't had any complaints from my dad, and I don't have any thing bad to say about this place.

I think they do a good job at Atria West Side, however it didn't end up being a great match for my loved ones needs. It's a very clean, attractive, upbeat feeling facility, and the staff is helpful and responsive. Any questions or maintenance issues we'd bring up with them would get resolved immediately! They also have a great variety of services, activities, trips, and things of that nature. All that being said I think this facility is probably more suited for those without many serious care needs. Their med service wasn't as reliable as I had hoped, and they had some odd rules like wheelchairs not being allowed in the dining room that made things difficult for my loved one. It's a very nice place, but also very expensive.

They seem to be pretty happy there and are settling in very nicely. It looks like they are going to be there for the long haul.
