Atria

I have been living at this community for some time and I like it here. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and respectful at all times of the day. My room is nice and always kept clean with weekly cleaning and my own tidying up. There are lots to do here and we even have a bus to go shopping or for outings. I also like the food that is served to me, I think it is tasty with enough to fill me up. I would recommend this community.

I'am doing well here at this community. It is a pleasant community, they do a good job with keeping my room and the facility clean. The staff is great, they are very attentive and helpful.There are many activities offered for me when I'am ready to participate. The food is okay for the most part. Everything is working out well. This is a community I would recommend.

My dad has only been at Atria for a short time and he is now moving to another state. I have only been at the community once when we took the tour. This community was the choice as it is kosher. The person who took us on the tour was very knowledgeable and my dad seems to like it there. I have heard no complaints from him.

Dad is still getting settled into this community. He likes the food and is eating better than he has in the past.They are responsive to my dad's needs, as you did. This is a smaller community so it is not as overwhelming. The community is very clean and they offer a different variety of activities. I would recommend this community.

I took a tour of this community and was happy with how it was managed. The staff are generous with their time and knowledge, they even helped me see the better things needed. During my tour I notice the residents were doing activities and pretty much it is an active community here. The only thing I did not like is the layout, it seemed enclosed and panoramic.

This is a very expensive community, but it is worth it. My mother in law in being cared for very well. We know she is safe and in good hands. The community is well-kept, her room and the facility looks nice and clean. They have a good staff. She is trying the activities they offer. The food is good, she enjoys the meals. She loves it here and I would recommend it.

The staff at Atria Las Posas were super friendly and welcoming when I took my dad there for a tour. We were looking for a place for my mom to go and were in a hurry because she was going to be discharged from the hospital imminently. Everywhere we went on the tour, staff were friendly and warm. And it was clear the staff were familiar with the residents, greeting them by name. I felt sure that my mom would be in a safe, secure place with caregivers who enjoy their jobs. Even though I live across the country, I know my mom is happy and getting the care she needs.

My loved one was only at Atria Park of Glen Ellyn for 10 days. While she was there the interaction with the staff was good. There were no complaints about the food. The community is clean and well taken care of. She did not participate in any of the activities offered.

Atria was a very nice place, light and bright, nicely decorated, clean and no odors. Staff seemed friendly and polite. Food looked and smelled good.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Lots of activities for our grandma. Her studio apartment looks brand new and we get lots of help to customize to grandmas needs. We feel very safe leaving her in their hands and live to go visit her.

New management has made a huge effort to invite family and friends to join in activities in the past six months. These efforts are appreciated by all, with the recent Memorial Day Cookout being a standout event!

Come back in a couple of weeks for another survey. I love this place, but my Mom's schedule is still not in place after two weeks.

I took a tour of the community and enjoyed the friendly staff. The community is very beautiful on the high end of living. During my tour I was offered cookies and baked bread, I also notice family member were able to order food too. It is a small community but also very qualified to provide the best needed.

I enjoyed the tour at this community. The staff are all wonderful and friendly. I like the open community walkway and the cleanliness. I did not choose because the price was high for me and no private bathrooms. The community seem organized.

My mother is doing very well and I am very pleased. They are caring for her very well and she is happy. The community is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and nice. There are nice activities and good food. Overall everything is going well and I would recommend it.

My mom has not been at the community long as she had to leave for a brief stay at the hospital. Since returning though things are going well as the staff are friendly and keep me updated on her progress. While my mother is not a social butterfly there are plenty of activities for her to enjoy. I was able to enjoy a lunch with her when she moved in and we both agree the food is good. The grounds and community are kept clean and beautiful. I am still rating the community but I have not seen anything that would stop me from recommending Atria Cranford to family and friends.

Atria Westchase is an excellent Assisted Living Facility. It has a lot in common with a cruise ship. The food is very good, the staff are very friendly and helpful, it is very clean, and the Certified Nurses' Assistants (CNAs) are usually prompt to respond to a press of the call button. But remember, an Assisted Living Facility (such as Atria Westchase) is not a Skilled Nursing Facility. Atria has one nurse on staff, and that is only during normal business hours. If your loved one needs medical care at night or on weekends, someone else will have to help him/her.... I was so impressed with my initial visit to Atria Westchase that I did not even visit competitors, so I cannot comment on comparative prices.

It's early days but of the many positive impressions we carry thus far, the strongest is the caring that staff at all levels demonstrates. Careful observation to determine the sincerity of this caring revealed only that it is indeed real. Some early difficulties in adjusting to community life by our new resident were met with patience and attentiveness by staff.

Staff all friendly and accommodating. Dining room is high spot compares with top restaurants in the city. Som disappointment when I first took my apartment. Both the sink and toilet in bathroom were dysfunctional. Seems to me the working facilities of an apartment should be checked out BEFORE the renter arrives. I think the service people should be asked what questions are mostly asked by the renters and then make a compendium of it. Would make life easier for both service people and new renters
