We liked the staff we met at this brand new community. The community looked excellent. This community is not yet open and was a little farther away than the community we chose.

IT has been great for my aunt being here. all the staff are friendly and wonderful. They are providing the right care for her needs. She is in the memory care and it is wonderful it is clean everywhere and good. She has plenty of activities to choose from if she please. It does get difficult for her to talk with the staff but it is great the staff talk with her. Housekeeping is better than average. I picked them based on the staff, facility and everything else.

We liked this community as the staff we met seemed nice and it looked clean. They did not however seem to be as active of a community as we would have liked.

My mom has only been there a month and a half but the staff has been so kind and helpful, making her transition as easy as possible. The place is bright and airy, very clean and the new renovation is beautiful. Wonderful food and lots of activities and services along with an inviting community. We are so grateful to have found this place. My mom was only going to stay for a month while she was recovering but she liked it enough, feeling safe and well cared for, that she has decided to make it home.

Everything is fine and I am happy with the care my mom receives. I picked them because they are close to me it is very convenient for me. My mom she likes everything and they do a lot of activities. They have current events, work out sessions, walking and show or movies in the evening.

The staff where on time to our appointment of this community and where very welcoming to my loved one and I upon arrival. They gave us a great tour of there facility and showed us all of the different bedrooms and packages they had available. I have very few complaints about our visit, it was just not the right fit for my uncle

We have had a positive experience with a little issue getting use to my mom. At times her things are mixed with other residents. Otherwise all the caregivers are wonderful and caring, they become the residents family. Pets are allowed and if they like special meals it is accommodated. I see this resident eating filet mignon everyday. The facility is great with a great dementia program. They have a variety of activities and that is what I like, they keep her engaged through the day so she can sleep at night. The staff are good with medication and pick it up for her too. I liked that it is all inclusive and no surprise at the end of the month.

Great place. Most places are comparable to current home. No longer searching. They will budget other expenses. Thank you so much for all your help

This facility made it to our final list of top two places! After a second tour, my mother regretfully decided that her vision was not good enough to navigate the numerous outdoor paths between buildings. However, we are telling all of her friends about Atria Willow Glen because it is just a beautiful facility with many great programs and staff!

My father has only been at the Atria for a short period of time but so far the place is great. The staff has been trying to pull him out of his shell and encouraging him to interact with other residents and join activities.The staff is very friendly and happy, they engage with other residents that live there encouraging him to interact. The community is very clean and the meals are great, I ate there a couple of times and the food is in good portions, not over or under feeding them. The main reason we chose this place is the activities are more stimulating. They even have a professor \that comes in for a lecture.

This was a clean community and it was also a great price. The people I met were nice and this was one of my top three communities.

We visit Atria in Malden recently. It's a nice building with great common facilities. The residents seemed very content and happy. There were no vacancies when we toured. The occupied room we toured was very small and I'm not sure if others are larger. I feel my father would do well there but he's not ready for the move just yet.

I am happy with the care at this community . My mom likes the music which is very comforting to her. The staff is very friendly and helpful. She seems to like the meals that are served. This is over all a great community for great care and a good value.

My mother had a good experience during her stay at this community. Everything went well, and I was pleased with all they have done for us. The community looks nice and well kept. The staff did a great job caring for her and her needs. Overall this is a caring community.

I am very pleased with the how well the staff have treated my loved one since she has made the move into this community. They have welcomed her with open arms and even took a few of the residents up to her room so that she could get to know a few of them. They also are very encouraging on helping her get involved in a couple of the activities they offer throughout the day since she is having a difficult time adjusting into her new living environment. Friends and family are always invited to come hang out and are even able to join in on the activities and meals with there loved one.

My tour went very well of this community. Everything was well-kept, and smelled good. The residents looked happy and comfortable. You can tell they really care about their residents.

This is a nice clean community. The people I met during my tour were nice and answered my questions. They seem to offer a lot of daily activities and they allow pets.

I really enjoyed the environment and the positive energy that was at this community. The staff was very welcoming upon our arrival and made my loved one and I feel very comfortable during our visit. It was defiantly one our top choices of all the tours we had taken of different community. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The community overall has a very positive atmosphere. The place is kept very clean and the maintenance is quick to respond to any issues. The only issue we have had so far is the move in date, there was miscommunication between us and the staff on delivery times for my loved one's furniture. In the end, it was all resolved, The meals are very healthy and in good portions. The staff is really nice and my loved ones are really enjoying all of the activities. I feel like we made a good decision by choosing this community.
