This is a nice community that has gone thru some changes. My father is getting great care by the staff. The food does need some improvement. They offer alot of great activites to stay active. I would recommend this great care from this community.

My mother is doing well here at this community. The staff are taking good care of her and her needs. They have also been very friendly. They are providing her with great care, and I'am pleased. She is safe and in good hands at this community.

This is a lovely community. My tour went very well. Everybody was very kind and welcoming. Everything looked amazing, they do a good with the cleanliness. They have nice resources available for the residents. It was a nice experience.

My aunt is doing very well here at this community. We are pleased with all they have done for us. It is a lovely community, and everybody have been very kind. They have a very caring staff. They have been great to work with. Overall she is being cared for well at this community.

Mom is still adjusting to living at Atria. The staff are helpful. They encourage her to participate in some of the daily activities. The food is good and the community is clean. I would recommend this community.

My experience with Collwood staff is to witness, from Tech to Nurse, empathy with the families, residents and a great ability ''anticipating needs of residence. Only complaint is she does not have enough room in the bathroom for all her things; and her closet bar is too high. Showers just twice a week for a woman who (like most men and women) bathe daily. She comes from a time period that taking pride in appearance was just normal. Men wore their suits and hat even if unemployed; as a former mental health technician we found less disturbances and brighter personalities with daily bathing this had a significant drop in the use of psychotropics.

The staff are helpful for the most part. She likes the activities and being taken to places in the golf cart. The food tastes good. The community is clean, bright and cheery. They could work on the cleanliness. I would recommend this community.

My mother-in-law likes the community very much so. The meals that are served here have been fine for her. She likes that her room is spacious, clean and the housekeeping service is good. The staff has been good help and keep very good track.

This community was our second choice. They offered a huge dining room. The food and the chefs were good. We were looking for a first floor apartment and they did not have available. The community is nice, however they are a little expensive.

My loved one and I were very impressed with this community, the staff made us feel very welcome upon arrival and gave us a detailed and informative tour of there community. The price was just a little costly for my parents budget.

The facility is very nice and the service is a four star as well. However, my mother in law likes [Removed] better because of the convenient built-in laundry room and the in door pool which the [Removed] does not have.

I really really like the staff here. They are super friendly and they really care for the residents. The community is always clean and tidy. The community is wonderful and has a great layout. The only thing is that my loved one does not want to stay. They were great in trying to help my loved one transition.

My tour of this community was a nice one. The community looked nice and clean. The staff was pretty kind and friendly. It is pretty nice community. budget was an important factor, and their prices were expensive. Overall it is a good community, and my tour went well.

So far everyone has been really great, the people that provide care are very patient and truly care about everyone there. I realize Atria just took over so I'm sure some there will be improvements, but the one thing my dad has complained about is the quality of the food. While I understand the reasoning behind it, I don't like that the staff has to let you in and out, or that I can't call my dad's phone directly, but have to call the main number and be transferred. Aside from the few minor issues above, we love the staff and the facility is kept very clean.

I'am still getting adjusted to this community. Overall it is a very nice place. Everybody has been very kind and helpful. There are activities offered, but I would say there needs to be more of a variety to choose from. The food for the most part is good, they do a have a nice healthy to selection to choose from. It has been a very nice experience for me here. I have already recommended this community to some of my friends.

This community seemed to be very peaceful and relaxing for all of the residents. There seemed to be a lot of activities going on and the lobby and dinning room was very open and inviting. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a senior living home.

The tour my loved one and I had at this community was wonderful. The staff was informative and gave my mother and I a lot of useful information during our visit. The complex was kept clean and very well maintained with a fresh smell throughout the building.

The care is going well for my friend. The staff try to accommodate him but they are nice people and They let me address any issue. He likes to eat a vegetarian diet and it has been a little difficult. I also realized that on the first day he was suppose to get a life alert, a month later they gave one to him. On the first day no one told him that they don't serve dinner on Sundays and I was disappointed by this. Overall it is a nice community.

This is a great home for me. The staff is great. The food is very good and a nice variety. They offer great activities. I would recommend this community for other families.

The staff have been really helpful. My father in law is in memory care and the director of the unit keeps us updated on his care. The community is clean. He likes the food. They offer a variety of daily activities. I would recommend this community.
