Atria

This was a beautiful well maintained home. All the staff were very freindly and very attentive to all residents. This would be a perfect place for my mother however, too expensive for us.

We weren't here long before our loved one took a turn for the worse. We were very happy with Atria while we were here. I don't really have any complaints about them, at least not in the dealings we had.

I really am glad that I put my mom in this place. At first I was really worried about her but she is beginning to have fun and do things with other people which is so important. She is not alone any more.

We used this for respite once. It was pretty nice, looking back. We have been a few other places, and this was nicer than we thought it was at first. It's big with more people and more things going on. There are lots of opportunities to socialize. The food isn't bad, and they keep it clean. We haven't had a chance to come back since, but are keeping them in mind for our next need.

This is one of the places we considered. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the visual setting. I ended up choosing a different Atria facility due to circumstances, and locale. The other Atria didn't seem to be as connected and coordinated with approaching a new client, which was a complete 180 from my experience with this Atria.

A very friendly atmosphere. Many workers have been here for many years but are still very caring and loving toward all residents, no matter how difficult. Cleanliness is a top priority. Communication is not what it could be. New residents are left to find out many little details about meals and activities on their own. Some of this may be in the paper work but there are many pages to 'wade' thru. Long time residents do help 'newbies' get acquainted. Activities are many including outings and entertainment. The food is plentiful and good overall. There will always somebody who is not happy. I feel I am definitly getting my moneys worth. The biggest complaint I hear has to do with service in the dining room. It is very slow and disorganized.

It's going very well so far. He is really happy there. The food is pretty good, and we don't have any major complaints. Overall I would say I would give them a four so far. We are pretty happy with it.

We visited this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This was a very nice looking place overall, and was very well kept and clean. The staff were friendly, and they seem to take good care of the people who live here. It was on the pricey side, however.

I think they do a good job overall at Atria El Camino Gardens. It's a beautiful community, and the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. She really seems to enjoy the activities here, she has never been a big joiner but she participates in all kinds of things here, and says the people are very friendly and sociable. We did run into an issue when we moved in where they got her to sign a few days before she moved in, and charged her for those days even though there was still someone else's furniture in the room so she couldn't have used it if she wanted to. I didn't think that was an appropriate way to handle that.

My brother and I both toured this property on February 16th & 17th. Both of us loved the apt size and the amenities of this property. The Atria is definitely in our top 2 selections.

very impressive. I arrived in the afternoon & found the residents sitting at tables in the lobby & at the cafe chatting & certainly seemed animated. Diana was very knowledgeable. The rooms were adequate, but dark. The available 1 bedroom was ok, but the living room had 1 window facing a brick building & the bathroom was extraordinarily small, a closet. We reserved the room & are on wait list for a better one. There are a lot of activities & outings geared toward the independent resident. Any assistance is extra. Good vibe as soon as I walked in, price is the downside.

It Is a very nice facility, but has no buy-in option. It is a straight rental with a one-year lease.

So far they are doing very well.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. Atria Draper is a very nice looking place, and would have been a very convenient location for our family, however they were just too expensive to be a real option.

My Mom recently moved into this community. It is a very beautiful, modern and updated community. Mom is very happy to be a part of the Atria community. Their friendliness and care services are excellent. There are many activities available for residents to participate in. Since most communities are expensive, I hesitate to rate the value as great.

It's going pretty good, so far. She is content with the food, and the room. The people are nice. We are happy with them.

I think they do a fantastic job at Atria Palm Desert. The food an accommodations are first class, and all of the staff I have interacted with have been friendly and professional. They are also very affordable for the level of service they provide, we saw a few other options in the are that were not nearly as nice while also being more expensive. I would certainly recommend taking a look, if you are searching for options in the area.

So far we're very pleased with how things have gone at Atria El Camino Gardens! The staff here is very friendly, and they take great care of the people who live here! Everyone from the maintenance to the administrative staff are friendly, helpful, and know each of the residents by name! It's a very nice place, overall!

We are happy so far. It's kept clean. The activities could have some more variety. We chose them because their staff seemed to be easier to work with than some of the other places we looked at. I am a pretty detailed person, and they were able to answer every question I had.

Very nice facility. Top tier among communities I've visited. It is however quite expensive for a strictly personal care home.
