My husband has done all of the work with them, but he gives them high marks. They have been very good to my father-in-law. Beautiful clean facility, helpful staff.

Staff were very attentive. Very clean transportation was very convenient mom was not happy with the food. Very pleased that if her needs became greater she did. It need to change rooms or section of facility.

I would recommend Atria Newport Beach to others looking.

•They feed me 3 meals a day • The food and the menu are not bad. I'd give this category a 3.5 • They clean my room once a week • They change my linens once a week • They do my laundry once a week • they provide transportation to doctors appointments • they provide trips to Walmart, Target, & CVS twice a week •They provide trips to other miscellaneous appointments such as the bank, haircuts, even to the DMV. •. They provide weekly trips (every Wednesday) to sight seeing of local places in San Diego (The SD Zoo, Museums, and Bowling other SD attractions - never the same outing in the year. I've been here) They also buy everyone lunch on these Wednesday outing. •Every third Wednesday they take us out to lunch at a nice restaurant (This is my favorite). Places like PF Chang's Buca de Pepo's and Mexican restaurants in Old Town.. • they also provide things to do with in the community like live entertainment (musicians, actors, and dancers). Board games like Uno, Black Jack, and Bingo to name a few, Movie Night in the community room • and from my research is probably one of the most affordable senior living facilities in San Diego

The staff is really supportive of the families as well as the seniors

When we signed up they were going to put my mom in a one bedroom apartment. But it needed the shower to be installed as a walk in. When we were ready to move in the shower had not been done. So we were able to negotiate for another apartment which was bigger at the same price. Other than the shower issue everyone has been very helpful and my mom likes the facilities.

The activities coordinator is fantastic. She is super friendly and works so hard to get everyone involved. It would be great if there was more flexibility on where people can sit at meals.

Nice place. A little expensive. Inside had an incline to walk up. If on a walker or had to wheel yourself up or down it was hard to control if you weren't strong enough. There is a church service. The food seems good to me. A lot of games and activities. The one thing I disliked was an incline to get to the different floors. If you aren't real strong it is hard to navigate. The place is really clean.

The staff is very helpful and kind, which I appreciate. Atria Foster Square was my second choice. Fortunately everything has been wonderful. My sister really likes living there, the staff are amazing and the food is very good. I think she was meant to live there.

I wish I could give the food 10 out of 10 (I have Celiac Disease and get plenty of food including gluten free (GF) bread/toast!! I think Chef has somewhat enjoyed finding GF recipes and food.

What I like the most about the community is that it is close to my home. Everyone is very friendly. Large windows are nice, and very clean facilities.

Well, we ordered some supplies for my father in law that were delivered but apparently someone else took them while they were sitting in the lobby.

The location is great. There seems to be some sort of activity. My mom takes part in every day. I think the cost are too high and could either include more or price could be less

Everyone is very nice.... the food is not very good. Sometimes the wrong stuff comes out, takes too long and is cold. I would recommend. I do like the homey atmosphere. Everyone I've spoken with is very friendly. They need to improve on the food and wait staff in dining room.

I like being at Atria. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, The staff is very helpful and do food is fine. I compared Atria to other facilities and I was very impress with their overall appearance. I also like the fact that the location makes it easy for my family to visit me.

What we like the most about Atria Hacienda is the safe and ideal location with many services / shopping close. What they could improve on would be the Variety in menu options - refresh more routinely. Housekeeping - pay attention to common areas and keeping them clean and orderly.

Service in the dining room should be faster, but it has improved lately. I enjoy the camaraderie with some residence, and the staff is just wonderful.
