My family and I are so blessed to have found Atria Newport Plaza for my mom’s placement . Everyone in the community are very pleasant , friendly and professional . Special mention to Resident Director [name removed] and her assistant [name removed], they are both very responsive to each of my inquiries regarding my mother’s care. All my questions were answered in a timely manner .I don’t have to worry about mom, I’m confident [name removed] and her team will take good care of her. They made her transition seamless and worry free. It’s a place where I can say ,” Mom is Home.”

The food service is very good. A wonderful wait staff is what we have here at Atria Cutter Mill. Management is caring and very concerned about the health and welfare of our Residents. The wellness department does a good job in doing what they need to do. We have a very good Activities Department. All in all Atria Cutter Mill is an excellent place to live.

As I have mentioned before, I found Valley Manor even before it was an Atria home, when my mother needed a place and was certain she didn't want a high rise apartment. Valley Manor is perfect for those who love to open their door and step outside. After searching six homes for myself, with each one my decision was more clear. I too belonged at Valley Manor. I've been here over a year now and have never regretted my choice. My family thinks its wonderful and even during the pandemic, each of my three "kids" were allowed to come care for me because of my accident. I fell and broke my hip a few weeks ago and two of the staff members were here within minutes to call 911, to keep my calm and stayed with me until help arrived. Wonderful friendly staff, always willing to help without a negative attitude during a time that is trying for us all. I love Valley Manor. I'm recovering now and am fine, I'd have given them a full five but not crazy about the food.....nothing is perfect. So be it.

For the Executive Staff of Atria, I just find it necessary to acknowledge the more than incredible job that our Executive Director, [name removed], is doing at Atria Valley Manor in Tucson, AZ. Not only has she strongly implemented strong Covid-19 restrictions, she has done it in a safe, understandable and acceptable manner since early March, 2020. There are over 70 independent seniors (some with underlying health conditions) fortunate enough to live here and not ONE since [name removed] implemented her safety regulations has become ill with the Virus. When I share this story with my friends and family they find it almost unbelievable. And, in June and July, AZ was the Epicenter of the Virus!!! Please find a way to acknowledge [name removed] and her equally healthy staff for the great work she has done and continues to do. As a 5 1/2 year resident here she has made this safe, secure and a family for me. She exemplifies everything you want in your managers. Please honor her for a National Award and most worthy Recognition.

Putting our mother into Life Guidance/memory care was one the hardest decisions we have ever made. It is hard enough to to watch your family member suffer from such a debilitating disease thankfully the staff and members of the Atria community puts us at ease. [name removed] specifically have gone above and beyond to make sure they are doing all they can to make our mother comfortable. It is a tall order to make my mother happy where she is so confused because of this awful disease but the staff is constantly trying to find new ways to entertain her.

Longmeadow is handling the COVID 19 pandemic in a superior manner. I know of nearby assisted living center that has had staff infected and, very tragically deceased. Here, there's been very little resident infections, constant testing, and no resident-to-resident transmission that I'm aware of. Beautiful facilities. Very nice and caring staff. Fine dining. Loads of activities, from live music to museum trips (during normal times).

My loved one has lived at both atria place and atria park for many years. At place she made many friends and enjoyed dining in the pub where she could get her scotch. After a few health setbacks she has moved to park where she is very well cared for. Yesterday I called the nurse and my call was received immediately, and the nurse talked to me for a good long time which I appreciated. It’s been very tough on these seniors during Covid as they are restricted socially, but the staff is loving and fun and fills in the gaps lacked by the ability to socialize.

My father has been living here for over a year. Recently, I checked with him to see if he wanted to relocate. He adamantly wants to stay. As I considered his position, I realize why. It all boils down to his relationship with the staff and care providers here: they make him feel like family! The director and staff make me feel and my family welcome too. They encourage me to visit and be involved with my father's residency. They are flexible and responsive. They work hard to win our trust and make this the place where my father wants to live. The pandemic has thrown many monkey wrenches into the mix, but the facility has continued to provide great care and quality of life. We still feel safe, and we still feel like like can continue much as it was before the pandemic.

There are so many great things to say about Atria Hertlin Place. The staff are all very kind and caring. There are a variety of daily activities for the residents and just a very friendly atmosphere at all times. The building is spotless and the grounds are lovely and well kept. Most importantly we know our mom is safe and well cared for by everyone at the Atria!

Two years ago we had to move our father into a dementia care facility in San Jose. We new very little about the process and what is the most importin thing to look for when selecting a home. We selected a facility that was new and clean and very friendly. But little did we know the one importin thing we didn't ask was the tenure of the employees, come to find out it was a revolving door. New employees at each visit, with not consistence of care for our father. We relocated dad this late spring to Atria, top of our list of question was tenure. We were blown away with the the longevity of the staff, every personal has a name tag and on it is how may years they have worked for Atria. We are truly thankful we found the right home for dad and how caring they are, there is laughter and joking abound. The team really feels like a second family. Don't let the old of the building stop you from coming in, because the warmth of the hearts will win you over. We are a believer

What an amazing place to live and call home i would recommended Del Sol to anyone looking to place there family in a well rounded and established community with compassion and love. My dad has lived at the Atria for 5 years and loves the staff and his neighbors. The many activities keep him engaged and happy such as bingo and happy hour, and the live entertainment during happy hour is a big hit. The chef and dining room staff are always ready and happy to serve. Also the administration staff is always looking out for the residents and making certain they are enjoying their day. We also appreciate using their transportation service to doctors appointments. The Atria gives us peace of mind knowing our father is in “the happiest place to live”.

We have lived at Atria Canyon Creek for four months. We looked at 18 different Independent Living facilities and felt that Atria Canyon Creek best met our needs. We have not been disappointed. We most like the atmosphere and natural environment of trees and creek. The employees and residents at Atria Canyon Creek are even more friendly than we had hoped for. The pandemic has reigned since we moved in. That means that we have not yet been able to experience many of the activities and amenities that are offered. We truly look forward to sharing these with the other residents in the future. We have had no reasons to regret our choice of Atria Canyon Creek.

I've lived here for over a year. The people are friendly, the staff is helpful and the activities are great! Before COVID19, I would stay busy all day with great exercise classes, walking clubs, contests, big parties where we got dressed up for dances, and lots of music entertainment. Now that we're dealing with the pandemic, the activities are limited but I feel safe. We social distance and wear masks, of course, but I can still talk to people and I'm never lonely!

Atria is a great place to live. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The resident ambassador program works very well to make sure new comers feel welcome to the community. Although interaction between residents has been limited because of the pandemic, the engage life director has continued to provide many programs and activities through zoom, telephone, and recently actual activities for a limited numbers of residents. Themed Happy Hour carts have provided laughs and entertainments to the residents. Importantly, exercise is encouraged through exercise programs, yoga, and walking--both indoors and out. The Kitchen and Dining Staff have done an outstanding job of delivering our meals to our doors. A flexible menu allows for personal choice on selections. The wait staff that delivers the food is always cheerful and efficient. We all want life to return to normal, but Atria has done an excellent job of keeping its residents healthy and happy.

One can never find the right words to say to a parent “Its time to move into an assisted living facility. “ My mom, who really gave me a hard time at first, now is so happy and truly living a fabulous life. And its the wonderful loving staff at Atria. She’s at Atria for 4 years now, and has become the resident who always sits with newbies, introduces them to others, Just because she doesn't want them to feel alone. My mom has made so many beautiful friends. Friends that all enjoy life in the same way. Fun times. Music. Sing alongs. Movies. Bingo. And so much more. Its special to watch. I live far away. I am so grateful for Atria because I know that she is safe and loved by staff everyday.

My family and I evaluated 14 senior citizen centers in the Dallas metroplex area before happily choosing Atria Canyon Creek as my home. It was the best choice we have made and has exceeded my expectations at every level. One of the many advantages of Atria for me is that you do not have to leave the main building complex to go to any of the common areas such as the dining room, gym, library, movie theater, post office, activity room, indoor pool, shop mailroom, etc. which is important during Texas in summer and winter. The staff has been most very accommodating with regard to any reasonable request from residents which is not always easy with a large group of diverse residents. We have a spirit of camaraderie here among residents, a feeling of community, and friendships are easily formed. Premises are well maintained. There is an abundance of activities and outings to chose from and parties throughout the year. GREAT JOB, ATRIA.

I had to give a Fair rating to Activities because Covid restrictions make it unable to really see what activities will be like when there is an opportunity for my family member to participate. So far the experience has been quite good, the administrative staff has been responsive to my calls and questions. My family member likes the food, the staff and the room. They are dealing with Covid very responsibly. The only issue has been the maintenance staff (director) who promises her something will be done soon and doesn't seems to get there. Very frustrating. But all in all, this is an improvement over the facility she was in before. She and I are both glad we moved her when we did (July)

My mother really thrived while living at Atria Southpoint Walk. She was more active, more mobile and smiling more than I've seen her in years. There was always fun things for her to do and the dining room lively at meal times. Legacy on site was a wonderful benefit for getting her some PT. Staff is always friendly and willing to help Overall would recommend this community as a wonderful option for your loved one
