Atria Oakridge has done an incredible job keeping their staff team and residents safe, anytime someone comes or goes they have to sign in/out and everyone's temperatures get taken. Our loved one seems to enjoy the food, the recently was a little transition that took place, but the food is getting much better. They do have a wide variety of activities for the residents to participate in. They have a bus service that takes them to the grocery store, their appointments, and out to lunch dates now that the restaurants have opened back up.

We chose Atria Cranford because it is super close to me, the value for the money is great. It is lower priced than most others I looked into, and it is a smaller facility so it is more personalized care. The day to day aids from dietary to housekeeping are very sweet and they do really care about the residents. The facility itself is a little older so not super modern. The room sizes are on the smaller side. They seem to have a lot of activities provided, we just have not had any experience because my mom does not participate. I would recommend to others looking.

If you're talking about a patient who has dementia, then having 24/7 care in an independent care unit is not nearly as good as the care they can receive in a memory care unit. In independent living, your loved one would be in an apartment in front of a TV all day. But in memory care at Atria, they get them up and moving, going on walks, keeping their minds occupied. My loved one seems fairly happy there so far. And it's much more cost effective as well.

We chose Atria Harborhill because she felt the most comfortable here. It is a beautiful facility and she has been happy with her experience so far. Her apartment is very nice size for what she needs. She does have a dog and the dog is not feeling at home yet, so she has not been able to take advantage of the dining room yet since she does not want to leave the dog. Overall I would recommend to others who are looking.

With any assisted living facility, you have to maintain communication. Atria Newport Plaza was good at communication, and good at responding. They were very friendly, and they did their best in the most difficult of situations. One thing that was a learning experience for me was realizing they have limitations on what they can and cannot do regarding medical care. For instance, they can't attend to any oxygen. But other than that, I would say it was a safe, lovely place for my loved one to spend her last days.

We chose Atria Golden Creek because of the convenient location, the value for the money, and the sales staff lady was great, she is my go to person. The rooms here are private rooms which is nice. I would recommend them to others looking.

Atria Bell Court Gardens was pretty good. The people were nice, it was clean, and the meal we tried was decent. Another place we ended up choosing just struck us the best. I liked the size of the apartments and the location there, and with the quality of the food they just knocked it out of the park. Atria was good, and there was nothing wrong with it, but we were just really wowed by that other place.

The community is friendly and it is a good value for the money. My loved one enjoys being here. The community doesn't always have the softest food to eat, and this can make it difficult for my loved one to eat.

We went with this facility because of the price as well as the location. We do live out of town, but I have seen that they have a beautiful courtyard in the pictures online, they have places where they can BBQ for things like the 4th of July. She does not need a lot of care but the staff do come and get her to take her to the meals and the activities. She really enjoys the meals here, they are chef prepared. [name removed] was extremely helpful to get the ball rolling for us. I would recommend to others who are looking.

The people and staff members there sold us on our decisions. Every single person we have dealt with has been kind, caring, considerate and respectful. They treat our loved one like a queen and they are constantly in communication with us. Always been transparent during the pandemic, there communication is fantastic. The food there is good, its not gourmet but its not horrible, and they have a boat load of activities. They do a lot of roving stuff, they have happy hours, and holiday parties. Our loved one is always kept busy and they just increased the capacity to eat in the dining room. For the experience we have had, the value is definitely worth it.

We toured Atria about 4 years ago. It was a very beautiful facility and the tour was great, the director is the one who showed us around. I do remember it being expensive but I would definitely recommend that others go and check it out.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. My loved one had some issues when she moved in, and they were very patient with her. It's expensive, but compared to other services, it's comparable if not a little less. There is a peace of mind in knowing that my family member is taken care of and there's someone there to help her if I can't be there. One thing I wish they would do better is transportation. Even under Covid, they're supposed to give transportation to doctor appointments within a certain radius. But their time restrictions are so tight that it ends up you can never use them. They'll only provide transportation on Tuesdays and Thursdays, between 9:30 - 3:00. And with Covid, you don't get a lot of choices on when your doctor appointments are going to be. I've not been able to go inside much to visit, but from what I'm seeing in the lobby it looks clean. The hallways by the rooms could be a little cleaner. Activities have been restricted due to Covid, but things are opening up more and getting better, which is great. I think that they're trying to do as much as they can with the restrictions the county has given them.

We chose Atria Bethlehem because she needed care but I wanted her to be someplace nice and Atria seemed to be the best fit for her at this time. They have been really good with communication and updating me. She loves the meals here and they are chef prepared. It is a very expensive facility. My mom has only been here a few months but she seems to be enjoying it.

Overall with the pandemic the community has handled it well. This community seems like a very well run place, their meals are good, and the staff seems to know what they are doing. This is a new community. I would recommend this community for your loved one.

We chose Atria Chandler Villas because I liked that it was more like a patio home, it has a front and back door we can go out and walk around. The grounds are so pretty, they have waterfalls, coy pond, and putting greens. The food is also excellent and the people seemed very friendly. The meals here are chef prepared, there is one special and you can order anything else off the menu. They have been bringing our meals to our room, but next week we are going to have set hours to go to the dining room. I would and have recommended this community.

We chose Atria Maplewood Place because we had an emergency situation and they had availability when we needed it. I am so grateful because it worked out great. There are a lot of really fantastic staff members here. The dining room upstairs is beautiful, its like a 5 star restaurant. They also have an inside courtyard, everyone here seems to be pretty happy. I would recommend to others.

Atria Park has been great and we have really enjoyed her experience here so far. The only thing that we are not excited about is the price increase. I think their food for memory care residents could use improvement, it doesn't seem like they have very many fresh, nutritious options and they do not have a lot of variety. Overall I do think it is a good place and if I was in my moms position, I would like living here.

My dad is a new resident here. They were so helpful facilitating the move to make it a simple transition. Everything we needed from Day 1 was addressed to make my dad feel at home. Yvette Moran was our initial contact and tour guide. She has gone above and beyond with all of our requests. Shiron Ruff is great with email communication for the residents. Chef Mike accommodates all the food requirements and requests . The staff is respectful and friendly when they stop by. Everyone really cares about the residents and it shows!

It a really nice community, The room sizes are good, and the food could be better. They are delivering food to the residence room due to covid. I would recommend this community to others.

Atria is a wonderful place to live. Everyone (employees and residents) are very friendly and helpful. A new resident is made to feel right at home here. There are many classes to participate in and crafts of your choosing. At mealtime you have a menu with a variety of options. Culinary staff always make an effort to please you.
