For over 3 years my mother has received daily kindness from EVERY staff member at Atria Crossroads in Waterford, CT. I've witnessed acts of kindness coupled with patience and respect that have helped her maintain her dignity and her purpose. The staff know her: her humor, her food preferences (ice cream), her likes (music and dancing, manicures, hugs), and honor her rhythms and moods. My mother is safe and secure in the family of RSAs, front desk staff, directors, and even the chefs! Thank you, Atria.

My Mom just moved in about a month ago to Atria Del Sol and we LOVE the people and the wonderful community feeling of Atria! The caregivers go that extra mile; to reach out and make sure my Mom feels at home, as do the residents of Atria! :)

The food is excellent, good selection, all the staff and everybody is so accommodating and it amazes me they remember everybody by their first name. Location was perfect, we have a view of the golf course from our studio. We thoroughly enjoy walking the grounds and watching the rabbits. Atria Del Sol is a great place to live and the people here are so friendly!

Scheduled a tour because we are looking for a place for my mother that is comfortable. After looking around we scheduled a tour and I couldn't be more impressed!!! We met with [name removed] and the only reason I remember her full name is because of the amazing job she did!!! She cared about us and our mom unlike a lot of places we went, she took the time to answer our questions and actually cared about what we wanted for our mom. I am blown away by the service here, the facility and staff are extremely friendly and almost go out of their way to make you feel at home. Our mom will be ready to move in shortly and this is the place we are choosing! If you are in the search for a place for a loved one stop looking and call, ask for Jessica and you will not be disappointed. Everyone I know will be referred here and to her because she actually cares and listens to what your needs and wants are!

I am thankful the caring and kind Atria Staff. My new family and friends who have my stay here so pleasurable. Most of all for the employees who dedicate themselves to making sure were happy and healthy

Everyone at Atria is special in their own way. When we moved in, we were both a bit scared of what "Senior Living"; entailed. Luckily, the staff at Atria made the transition easy, and fun! From the smiling receptionists, to the hard working servers, the welcoming activities team, the helpful housekeepers/caregivers we knew this is where we were supposed to be. We are grateful for all of you.

I'm grateful for everyone in the Atria staff here at the facility. We are well cared for, respected, and our needs are always met. We have a great group of caregivers, servers, receptionists, and housekeepers who make sure we get 5 star treatment every day. Great job everyone!

[Name removed] and her staff were very helpful helping my mom transition into the community. It was hard to admit she needed help, but my family and I are happy we found this place.I wanted to wait at least a couple of months before leaving any reviews just to make sure everything was going well. It has been three months now and I can honestly say I'm pleased with the care and attention my mom receives. All I can say is thank you.

I visited this beautiful Assisted Living/Memory Care community this week. I was so impressed with the warm welcome I received when I walked in. The community is bright and clean and the location is very convenient to Hoag Hospital, shopping and freeways. I met several team members that took the time to stop and say hello. A big thank you to [name removed] for giving me a tour. I can tell that she really enjoys being the Executive Director and has put together a great team to include [name removed] and the caring team in Life Guidance. I will definitely be referring Atria Newport Plaza to my clients. Thank you for helping our seniors live better.

My wife and I cannot be more grateful for making our decision to move here 2.5 years ago. [name removed] and her staff has made this facility and the residents to all feel like one big family.

I was amazed at the extent of thought and care that the community displayed during hurricane Florence! The staff is truly tremendous, keep up the good work!

Atria Oakridge is second to none. The awesome work they do for the community is world class. The tools and resources they utilize to engage their residents is warming. Don't get me started on staff, like [name removed], who has always gone above and beyond to provide world class service. She is definitely a positive face to the community and the Atria family. Thank you all for what you do, the example you continue to set and the lives you positively impact.

I am grateful that our drivers are always willing to lend me a hand. Since I don't drive any longer, it is so nice to have this service and by such fine young men.

My family looked at many places before deciding on Atria Seville. I am grateful for their guidance in selecting from so many beautiful buildings in Las Vegas to finding just the right one. Atria Seville goes beyond the building. It's all about the people, the care, the staff, the directors. The directors go out of their way to help the residents. There are so many different residents with so many different interests but there's always something for no matter what you need or want or like. The directors make the extra effort and that is what I am grateful for.

Place seems great, but thy cannot accommodate my father. He needs too much care, for what they provide.

Nice facility. Surrounding location not as attractive as some other

This facility has been open about a year from the time of my visit. The location is d in the heart of the village of Patchogue, a plus or a minus, depending on your point of view. The person who gave me the tour was an LPN, and truly understood the ins and outs of making the best fit for my Dad, and the family as a whole. I felt confident that this was a good fit for him. Especially after meeting the maintenance director who was enthused about the new men's club for the residents. The director provides activities support for the group. He explained that the activities would be tailored to each residents ability level, and that the staff would work closely with the "guys". This is the place for Dad.

My sisters and I went hunting for a place for my Mom back in March/April. I tell you we must have seen at least a dozen or so from Nassau/Queens border to mid Suffolk. When we hit upon the Atria at East Northport, we were struck by the difference they made more than any other Assisted Living community we have seen previously. The people here actually care very much. They are kind, patient, and smiling. it goes a long way with everyone there. When my mother is asked how she likes living at the Atria she says "I'd rather be in my own house with my own things around me I won't kid you, but if I can't have that then I'm am content to be at the Atria because everyone is truly nice to talk to."

We checked out 10 assisted living places. This by far was the best. Beautiful grounds with all amenities.
