Atria

They have a very good staff, most have been there for many years. They do not have a lot of turn over like other communities. I checked out 11 or 12 places before I chose Atria. My wife likes the food. My wife is in memory care. The room sizes and layout of the community are good. I am pleased with Atria overall.

It is a wonderful facility and the care was exceptional. My mom's only interaction was with staff though. The food was fine. They had a really nice restaurant with good choices of meals. The place had a lot to offer someone who would want to participate in it things. The staff was good and very nice to my family. We chose this community because we felt it was a very nice place for them and offered many options. It is a great community for those who are somewhat active and offer great care.

My mom has been at Atria for 9 years. She has met lovely friends and the staff takes amazing care of her. Everyone seems to go above and beyond to make sure every resident is happy and well taken care of. There are daily activities and programs to keep the residents happy. My mom’s favorite is bingo and trips to the casino. I am really happy with Atria Tarzana and its staff.

I have been very impressed with how well they have reacted to Covid -19. They work very hard. My wife is in the memory care unit. The room set up is good. The food is good. They have a nice secure patio for the memory care residents to use.

Mom has been here for 3 months and the community is very clean and the staff is very friendly and polite with us. From what I have seen, my mother looks great and always looks very neat and tidy. She also seems to be enjoying the meals here quite a bit. They have told me my mother has been participating in activities with the other residents and it seems like they are keeping her active. We definitely think Atria is a good value for the price.

It is a very well managed community. I have been very impressed with all of the staff from management, to the people who help and give care. I have never ever run into anybody who was not friendly, caring, helpful, and willing to make mother's stay at Atria the best it could be. Particularly, in response to COVID, I have also been so impressed with how they got in front of the curve early, very organized, and have keep the residents there safe.

The apartments are exactly the right size and they are comfortable. The food is very good. They offer a lot of variety with appropriate portion sizes. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The staff and I work as a team together on my mom's care. The location is very good. It is only a block and a half block from the hospital . It is also near a shopping center with essentials such as food, hair and nail salons.

The time when my parents lived here was the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, and Atria was very on top of protecting the residents and following any regulations as they came out. They did a really good job with welcoming my parents to the community and making them feel at home. There were a variety of activities available for the residents to participate in and my parents often did. From what I know, the food was very good. There were several members of the management and sales team that were very helpful through all of this and we appreciate them very much! We felt like we could call them at any time and they would be willing to help.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. [name removed], the employees and residents we met were great. This will be my family's choice for the next step if I can get mom and dad to agree.

She provided all of the information we could use. Very personable. Virtual tour was excellent. Fine location in Austin.

The staff was always paying close attention to the cleanliness of the community. They are also trained very well in all aspects of communication. The food and activities are all excellent, I was very impressed. They really seem to care a lot about the residents; happiness matters here. They really came through for me when I needed it. Atria is definitely worth the price!

Atria Draper Place is always clean. The staff communicates very clearly with families, especially those with loved ones in the life guidance neighborhood. The nursing staff is fantastic. The director of the life guidance area is clearly very dedicated to her job. They are always patient and show respect to the residents and to us, the family. Before the Covid-19 pandemic, they always had great activities available and would take residents on off-community trips to get them out of the community. Every time we walked in they were in the middle of some activity. During the community lock down, they have been very creative with bringing entertainment to the residents. I would recommend Atria to anybody!

They have a very friendly staff. My in laws were 86 and 94 they needed some extra care. The staff is very proactive. The Medical director is wonderful. They have a very comfortable layout. They have several elevators so it is easy for those with walkers. My in laws were not thrilled with the food. It is a well kept building. They are very accommodating. We went to the Christmas party it was so nicely decorated and the food was great. They have lots of amenities like a personal driver, and lots of activities in and out of the building.

Atria offers a lot of activities including bingo, walking club, water aerobics, exercise classes, singalongs, live entertainment, holiday meal celebrations with families, and game night. They have a game room, a swimming pool, and a library. We chose this community because of the activity level, the cost was reasonable, the bus transportation schedule, and it was close to our family. The residents are friendly, and when we visit, they are out and about and socializing with each other. The food is good and we like how that sit residents together at mealtimes so that they can get to know each other. Another selling point for us is that they offer five free meals for families to join their loved ones for meals, which we really liked.

My father was a new resident going straight to the memory care unit in early March, when it opened. It is a beautiful new facility. The care was amazing to the end, when he had hospice care and passed away (he didn't have COVID19). I cannot say enough about the professionalism and attentiveness that was given to my father during his time in Atria Lynbrook. The staff were so warm and loving to my father and to my sister and I.

[Name removed] and I used Zoom for a "virtual tour". She answered all my questions and I was very impressed with their approach and the quality of the facility. They have protocols and policy established to protect staff and residents against Covid-19. Definitely on the list worth careful consideration.

The community is very clean and I have never had any problems. The staff is very friendly and very responsive. They do what you ask when you ask it. The community is definitely worth the price. They have a lot of activities. They have exercise programs and are doing Zoom classes to keep residents engaged. They provide a newsletter every day which keeps residents in the know.

The staff at Atria was very friendly and very accepting. My parents were not able to move into the property. They were set to move in [date removed] but my mom passed away.We would recommend Atria to anyone. We were in the process of selling my parents home, the first buyer fell through and they were patient and helpful. Sorry we will not able to move forward with Atria. The food that we tried was outstanding, first class. Lots of room options available and they were very willing to work with us regarding pricing to find the right fit.
