I have always hoped that my parents would be able to live with me and/or my sister as they got older and we are trying to maintain that now. However, we are seeing that we might need more help in the future and and my parents might want more activities for themselves in a place like Atria. We all visited there together and what a wonderful place it was. My parents loved it. The staff was wonderful, the other residents were wonderful, the grounds were wonderful, the facilities were wonderful, -even the dining was wonderful. I would always like my parents to be in my home or my sister's home, but if not my home -then I would want it to be there.

We are very satisfied with our experience at Atria Lincoln Place and my sister is happy.

We identified Atria for my mother in Spring of 2021 and were able to get her moved in within a week of her touring. The Atria staff was attentive, patient, and unconditionally accommodating during her tour. Since moving in, the staff has maintained this level of excellence even during the pandemic. They’ve been able to stay creative with planned activities for the residents while keeping everyone safe, and consistently deliver excellent programming. The facility is incredibly well maintained, and the residents and staff all make it evident how happy they are to be living or working there. This was a great find for my mom and I look forward to visits with her at Atria for years to come.

We chose Atria because it was a little less expensive and also they are pet friendly and that was a big thing for my brother. They do offer 3 levels of care, independent living, assisted, and memory care. Their memory care area seems to be really nice. My loved ones live in a villa and it is a great size and has it's own car port. The whole dining room situation seems to be a little unorganized. Overall, I would recommend them to others looking.

Stumbling upon Atria Willow Park was the best possible living situation I could have found for my mom. The facility is beautiful, clean and inviting. The Staff has always been so kind, warm and friendly. I truly could not have imagined a nicer place for mom to live. There are so many wonderful activities to keep the residents engaged. Though my mom is quite the recluse, I take comfort in knowing that if she will venture out, she will find friends and stimulation in exercise, games, music, puzzles, lectures, etc...There's always something going on to add quality to the residents lives. In addition, I have experienced such comfort in knowing that should any needs arise for my mom she is well cared for and not neglected. Thank you Atria Willow Park for that peace of mind.

I like living here because it's all on one level. It's not a high rise building, so everything is accessible. It's not an enormous community but a good medium size, which I like. They're very good about keeping things clean. For my taste, the food is not so good. But I'm from a different area and just prefer different things. They have quite a lot of different activities. And compared to other places, the cost is good. Overall I'm satisfied.

My first impression was very orderly, festive, and well kept facility. I moved in as a respite resident post-surgery and wanted a safe transition until I return to my home in Brooklyn. For the past month, my experiences has been upbeat and comfortable. Many details were attended to and I feel safe to have stayed in the facility for a short period of time. When the need arises, I will definitely consider returning to Atria West 86th. I would gladly recommended Atria to anyone looking for respite or permanent stay. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly from both staff and residents.

Finding a place for my mom was one of the most stressful experiences of my life. When I met with the staff at Atria Tinton Falls, I knew she’d be in good hands. She’s been there for two months now and they have only proven that the care and empathy towards their residents does not end at the sales process. Most importantly, my mom is thriving!

It's been seven years that mom became a widow with the past three seeing her social connections dropping off - especially during COVID. So, after forty years of living in Florida, I brought mom to live near me in the Atria Rye Brook. Although there are many Atria facilities located near me the Atria Rye Brook stood out from the others! From the moment we stepped inside the atmosphere was bright and could not be more welcoming. ALL staff are friendly, know the residents by first names, and the daily activities are numerous. No longer alone, mom joins other residents in the dining hall during her meals and spends quality time with her peers - not to mention the card games they schedule on a daily/weekly basis. Mom has the best of both worlds: she is able to enjoy an active social life at Atria Rye Brook as well as spend weekends with me visiting her grand- and great-grandchildren. I truly wish mom had moved here sooner!!!!

They were very adaptive to our needs and concerns. Any concern we had was addressed by them right away. They made sure that my mom was in a room next to people who would be friendly and welcoming to her. And that made her feel at home very quickly. The cost is comparable to other places. She just wished that the food was better prepared.

I really liked Atria Chandler Villas at the time that we were looking. They only offer independent living here and now my loved one needs a little assistance with some things so it probably would not have worked out.

The community is absolutely beautiful. I called so many places trying to find a home for my grandfather and Atria was the only place that felt like a home. [Name removed] was so incredibly kind and so patient with my million questions. Everything about Atria is amazing.

Atria is wonderful! It is clean, homey, but most importantly they are so nice and really care about their residents. They give and charge you for only the care that is needed. They really try to offer lots of different activities to get residents involved and stay native. Everyone there is great! Can't say enough great things about Atria Bethlehem!!

My loved one does not like the meals and prepares her own due to the meat being tough and hard. The potato soup is instant potatoes with broth in it and my loved one just does not like any of it. I feel like they should have food counselors and dietitians on staff in order to make sure everyone is getting what they need. The only thing my loved one does now is a scrambled egg and a cup of coffee. Proper nutrition and meals was one of the main reasons we moved her here. The studio apartment she has is lovely, the staff are great and the appearance is lovely. The meals is the one things that stands out with this community.

People are very nice and helpful to me and my mother. They make her feel like this is her home. They take great care of her. I just want her to be happy and it seems like she is at Atria.

We've never seen anything better. We looked at quite a lot of other places, and this one is far and away the one that is most appropriate for my mother. There were some that were more expensive, and some that were less expensive. This one hits the target. Surprisingly enough, they even reduced the price after they evaluated her level of service required. They're very friendly. 99% of them go overboard to make sure people feel comfortable. They've learned our names quickly, even though we're not residents, and even with mask wearing. I was surprised how good the food was. There's only couple of things that my mother has complained about. She says that sometimes the person who assists with showering is a bit rough for a 92-year old. Also, the dining hall has some kitchen noise that hurts her ears. And the only complaint I have is there was one person at the reception desk who operated like a security guard instead of a welcoming committee. I've given that feedback directly already. They have addressed the issue, and we've been really friendly with one another ever since. And the staff overall - the maintenance staff, care staff, medication staff, and top management - are all just overboard outstanding.

I would recommend this community because they provide excellent care for the clients and your loved one. They also have activities but my loved one does not often participate.

I looked around at various facilities and I chose Atria Willow Glen because of the value for the money, it is close to my friends, as well as the fact that it is only 2 floors. It is on 7 acres and they have pods where you are able to stay. They are all separated and each pod has their own activity room and outside area. The location is great and close to a lot of shopping. The grounds here are absolutely beautiful. There is a great swimming pool as well. I would highly recommend to others who are looking.

We chose Atria Chandler Villas because of the location, the cost, and the cleanliness of the facility. My sister in laws apartment is perfect for what she needs. The staff are all very friendly, professional, and responsive whenever residents need something. She was really enjoying the food but I do know they just hired a new chef. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.
