Our family had an in person tour and we had previous experience with this community with our mother. We had such a wonderful experience at the time and this was at the top of my list. The community was very close to my doctors which was a big plus, but at the time the cost was just to high.

I moved to Reno about 4 years ago, my mother came with me and moved into Atria Summit Ridge. The facility is beautiful and clean and the staff couldn't have been more attentive and caring. She made many meaningful friendships and was active in the community. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone who has a loved one that needs assisted living.

This was a nice community but just not the place that I wanted to be. Just to many drawbacks and not the vibe that I was looking for. The other community just had more to offer for me.

I would recommend this community for your loved one. I did a lot of shopping around in the beginning and they have not disappointed. They have activities like a treadmill, bean bag baseball, bingo, wifi bowling, more work out classes and more things for the residents to do.

The Atria Grand Oaks is a very well kept and well managed community, every time we come to visit our family talks about how much they are enjoying their new home. They are so happy there and are being treated very well. They are picky eaters, but surprisingly are enjoying the meals and even though they do not take advantage of the activities there is plenty of things to keep the residents busy. It is very high priced but for everything that is offered it is well worth it and gives us peace of mind.

I loved the community it was not a good fit for my loved one.

I have already recommended the community to others, and will continue to recommend them to others. The staff makes the community stand out. Some of the activities available include bingo, social events, and more for the residents to participate in. There is a calendar of daily activities that is given to the residents.

This is a great place if you have the budget for it. Be prepared for COVID closedowns and protocols. The cleanliness, and the grounds are well kept and stand out to me. The staff go above and beyond in keeping you updated and saying hi to the families and the residents.

We are having a problem with the billing. We were told that as long as we signed by Sep 30th that we would get a promotional offer and they did not follow through with it. They gave us choices as an incentive the faster we signed and they are not making sure in the business office, nor the sales people are making sure that the voucher or credit we were promised has been received. They are not to good on following up with business needs. I am hoping to reach out to corporate to get this solved. In the middle of a covid lock down both of the RN's have resigned and this was not communicated to the families like it should be. The LPN's are doing a good job but they are short staffed and there should be nurses there. I think the Atria corporate office phone number should be readily more available. They also have a underground parking garage that made it a lot better for us visiting. This community is also in a nice city neighborhood and a lot of things close to walk to including my loved ones church.

We liked this community a lot. it was just too expensive for a studio. Also it was not near a lot of things to walk to. It was just near a park and not many other places. Also parking would have been a big problem when trying to visit.

This is a good community for your loved one.

This is a fantastic place for my Dad to live. The entire team is very compassionate and I believe that they truly care about their residents. The team is responsive with communication, the facility and apartments are very clean, and my Dad really likes the food. We are very happy with our decision to have Dad live at Atria.

My mom lived at Atria Marland Place in their Memory Care residence in 2021. The facility is in a very nice building - clean, well maintained, and nicely designed. The standout for Atria Marland Place is the staff. The aides, housekeeping, nurses, janitors, receptionists - EVERYONE is kind, caring, and willing to help! I cannot stress enough how much it helped knowing my Mom was among people who truly cared. During an incredibly stressful time in healthcare, and particularly in eldercare, the staff at Atria Marland place always went above and beyond. In my opinion, the aides, janitors, and housekeeping in the memory care unit deserve medals.

Loved this location for my father. {name removed} gave us the original tour, and he was laser focused on my dad. {name removed} was the difference-maker in helping my father to accept residency.

The community is very welcoming and well managed. The staff members are very efficient and responsive and we can't say enough about the place

My 93 year old father moved in this fall from Boston so he could be closer to family. He was initially resistant, but the Atria Darien made everything so easy from the trial period, supplying the furniture & utilities, and setting him up with a Y membership so he could continue his daily swimming routine. In addition, all the staff was exceedingly friendly and amenable, if he needed something to make his stay more comfortable. The food is also very good. While he is still adjusting, my father definitely sees the positives in living at the Atria Darien and speaks highly of the place.

My husband stayed at Atria Stamford for a month and could not stop talking about how wonderful it was and how nice the staff was, in particular the Community Sales Director who was our initial contact and who made it all happen. The facilities are outstanding - more like a hotel than a retirement home, and the daily activities have something for everybody. My husband is looking forward already to the next time that he can stay there! It gave me great comfort to know that he was taken care of so well while I traveled and visited family.

The setting is beautifully situated around a courtyard and the staff seems helpful and caring.

The location is perfect, the courtyard spectacular. Their care staff goes above and beyond as a regular practice. Atria Santa Clarita understands that there is no traffic on the extra mile. Their sales and management team are kind, compassionate, and accommodating. I truly appreciate this community and the people who work here.

Atria Draper made the transition for my mom as smooth as possible. The staff and residents are all very kind. They put the residents first and foremost. The residence is extremely clean and neat. "The food is great" says mom!
