We chose Atria Valley View because my mom really enjoyed the tour, she really liked the staff and the other residents seemed really happy. This was also a facility that came highly recommend to us. We would definitely recommend them to others looking.

A great staff. A fine atmosphere. I have made great friends. Quarantine is the pits, but necessary.

We have been very happy with this community and the care that my loved one is receiving. All of the staff that we have met so far have been great. They have very caring and compassionate staff at this community and they know everyone by name. They also offer a lot of activities for the residents to do, spiritual, mental, creative activities for them. They also have doctors on site which is very nice.

We have been well cared for during this Covid-19 virus epidemic. All the employees worked extra hard to be sure we sanitized our hands often and wore our masks. Being quarantined to our apartments was an adjustment but was and is in our best interest.

Very grateful for the follow up and patience of the Community Sales Director who checked in over months after my Father's passing. We were debating a move for my Mom from an Assisted Living community 90 minutes away. The studio apartment we were shown and the care plan that was carefully crafted were just what we needed to make the jump. We appreciate the openness to changing the plan as needs change. The staff has been very attentive to seeing that Mom meets new friends and feels comfortable in her new surroundings. She loves joining the community for the weekly sing alongs and music programs!

I can only speak for the level of care that I am on which is independent but it is fine and I would highly recommend the independent care to anyone.

Unfortunately our loved one passed away before getting to experience the Atria community, but the staff members were wonderful. They were so helpful with our families situation and kept up constant communication. The nurses were great and they really did try to give him the best care he needed

We have had a great experience with Atria Plainview, mom loves it here. I really like that is is a smaller community so that way everybody knows everybody. From the second we walked in when we were first looking, you can tell that all of the staff truly care. I would highly recommend them without doubt, I wish I could live there.

Atria Harborhill is absolutely gorgeous, it is like an old time mansion and not only were the staff members friendly but also the residents as well.

My mom was there for a month before she passed but it was happy time for her. We are thankful to everyone at Atria for their compassion and patience.

My mother was a resident for almost two years before passing. The floor director and staff wen over and above to help my mom feel loved, understood, and cared for. I have nothing but good words and appreciation for them.

My mom had a difficult personality but everyone was so nice to her. She called me and was ecstatic that she made friends! I just wish we made the move sooner.

My relationship with my mom has gotten so much better now that she's at Atria! She's busy, has friends, enjoys the meals, and I can focus on just being a daughter instead of care-taker.

Our parents moved to Atria Rye Brook in April 2021 to a nice two bedroom corner apartment with views of the woods. There was a transition for them to move from their own home to independent living, but Atria staff could not have been better in helping with that transition. Despite COVID-19 restrictions, our parents were able to make new friends and enjoy the facility, especially taking walks and sitting by the fish pond. It was here that we realize our mother was showing signs of dementia, and when our father suddenly became sick, it was clear that our father had been covering for her. Atria management and staff could not have been more supportive of our parents when our dad passed away, and working with us to have private care for our mother and other support as needed. I would highly recommend Atria Rye Brook, not only is it a well maintained facility, with stimulating activities and good food, most importantly, it is a caring, support and safe environment for aging seniors.

I can not say enough good things about this place! My mother is so comfortable there and feels so taken care of! The staff is wonderful with a special shoutout to [name removed], who has always gone out of her way to help with any issues we might have!

From the initial tour of the memory care neighborhood the communication, insights and help of [name removed] the Director who toured us to front office, care staff and even the culinary staff we saw greeted us and helped us. The programs offered for engagement, we saw people busy in programs with staff as well as on there own were wonderful to see. We love the care the staff shows encompassing our loved one as if they were family and help with whatever is needed.

Atria Tarzana is an outstanding community that employs individuals who genuinely care about the residents as well as the resident's family. I found the staff at Atria Tarzana to be consistently friendly, extremely helpful and always willing to accommodate. The care and assistance begins with the individual at the complimentary valet service and continues with the individual at the front desk and the rest of the Atria Tarzana staff. In addition to being impressed with the staff I was also very impressed with the Senior living residential apartments. The apartments as well as the surrounding community rooms were very clean and modernly furnished. The food was delicious and it was evident it was prepared by a talented chef. I highly recommend this senior residential community.

We-my wife and I moved in December 2019 and soon after COVID-19 caused a lock-down. We were kept entertained by afternoon visits from the staff. Vaccinated and followed all precaution advised by CDC. The selections are very good, place is clean, and beautifully situated.

The staff at Atria goes above and beyond what you would expect from a community. The communication, pictures, and videos I received with my mom smiling having a great time with friends is priceless.

Pleasant experience, feels safe, friendly no strangers, all friends.
