Atria

Our family had an in person tour and it was a wonderful experience we absolutely loved Atria Campana, but at the time we wanted a two bedroom - two bath villas and they just did not have any available.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great experience, the apartments we got to see were very nice and on a single floor with an outside entrance. However they just did not have as many activities and they did not have assisted living.

All in all, we (my mom and my siblings) are very pleased with Atria Kennebunk. They are super nice and the place is beautiful. The only reason I gave them a 4 for quality of service is because like so many other businesses in our area, they are hurting for quality help. As a family who is very protective of our mom, we highly recommend Atria.

Atria is a caring and compassionate facility. Relocating my mother was a huge decision for our family. Finding the right place was very important to all of us and a bit overwhelming. [name removed] was informative, caring and patient and answered all of our questions. He was a good listener and made every effort possible to find us the right room and assure us that mom's needs would be met. The staff is very friendly and supportive. They do their best to foster a community atmosphere where all are welcome and accommodated. The facility itself is modern and well kept with lovely outdoor space. Residents are welcome to participate at whatever level they feel comfortable with. Overall a very good experience!

Caring staff

From [name removed], in the front office, to [name removed] in the Business office and [name removed], Head of Nursing, along with their staff; you will find some of the most caring and genuine individuals you will ever work with. They are truly interested in their residents and , their families. They readily answer questions, and even pose some of their own to insure you get the support that your loved ones need. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. The facility itself is attractively decorated and beautifully maintained.

I have been a resident at Atria for a little over a month. The staff and everyone is friendly, accepting, and helpful. The care staff is good. I would recommend the facility to others.

I have been a resident with Atria for almost 3 years. I love my apartment. The community and the staff is exceptional. I find most of the other residents to be compatible. Atria is a great place to live and the food is great. I would recommend Atria Park of Tucker to others.

Right away what really stood out to us was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff members. Our loved one has been very happy so far with the meals and dining service. We really like all the nice outdoor spaces they have for the residents to spend time with their families instead of having to sit inside in a room.

My father has lived here for 6 months now. When he first moved in, he would call me every day and say, "I've died and gone to Heaven!" He loves everything about this facility. The staff here is extremely kind, patient and caring to the elderly who live here - from the Sales Director, the Executive Director, the Director of Nursing, the handyman, the van driver, the receptionists, the aids who administer self-care assistance. My father does not have one negative thing to say about Atria Grapevine and neither do I. And the food is good, too!

Atria Park of Sierra Pointe is a gorgeous facility. What I really liked about them was that they had a 100% vaccination policy for the staff members as well as the residents and that stood out to me. I wish my dad would have gone here, but unfortunately they were unable to take him because of the position that he was in.

The most positive aspect of this community is the big courtyard that they have for the residence. The overall feeling is very park like. This community is in a really good location and this was one of the main reasons I picked this community. This was the biggest thing for me. They have activities at this community like live music, art projects, movies and more for the residents to do to stay active in the community.

All of the staff members at Atria Tanglewood have been great and super nice to our loved one. Atria gets straight A's all around except for the sign-in process. Things were kind of all over the place and there was some inconvenient moments that could of been avoided, we think it would be beneficially if there was some sort of signup package. We have not eaten a meal there ourselves but our loved one is really enjoying it all and they do offer plenty of activities. Our loved one enjoys going to the movie premiers and different exercise classes. The staff have been great about sending out notices to families if there is a staff or residents there who tests positive for covid. So far our experience has been good and we would recommend this community to other families.

The cleanliness of the community is just excellent. I visited a couple different community and ended up here and this place is just excellent. The staff members just can't do enough for you - all of the help here is always there for you whenever you need them. Whatever you need assistance with they are right there. Based on the experience I have had so far I sure would recommend this community to other families.

I love the sun & reading in the sun which I can do here! I'm happy I have made friends. Love how everyone is willing to help without hesitation! Love the staff, very friendly & caring!

The tour was good and the community was good in its own way. We found a community that was all inclusive and this was something that we were looking for with our loved one. My loved one needed medication assistance and more and having somewhere that did not charge extra for this was a benefit. This community was just not a good fit for my loved one.

Atria on The Hudson feels less like a hospital and more like a homey. It is tremendous value for the price and based on our families experience so far we would recommend the community to other families

The staff at Atria Grand Oaks did a great job showing us around and answering all of our questions that we had. They do have a pool which is nice and the apartments have balconies. The downside was there is not a whole lot of outside space to sit and that is something my dad loves to do. The lobby is also super tiny, we were sitting there waiting with a few other people and it felt very crammed.

My family member has been at Atria for about 6 years and it has been a life saver for her. She was in an assisted living apartment there for most of those 6 years and recently moved into life guidance due to her memory issues. Atria helped her stay relatively independent for so long! The staff is wonderful, there is always plenty to do, and there is a real sense of community. She had been so isolated living alone with cognitive impairment, but since she moved to Atria, her quality of life and amount of social interaction have improved tremendously. our family is so grateful to the staff who always have her best interest in mind. The move to Life guidance was handled well and the staff there are so wonderful, we have been so impressed and she is happy there as well. Thank you Atria!

My mom recently moved in to St Joseph’s and everything has been phenomenal. The movein process was smooth thanks to Mary and Jessica. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, look no further!
