The place is absolutely gorgeous. When you walk in the lobby is so beautiful it is like being at a Hilton. It is large, beautiful, and immaculate. The staff and residents are extremely friendly and helpful. My sister is in a friendship suite and she is very happy. With that type of setup, it makes it much more affordable. She said it is calm and she feels very secure. I highly recommend Atria to everyone. We toured many different places and this facility is hands down the best in the area.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The community is good at taking photos and sending them to the family to show what our loved one was doing to help my one get acquainted with the community. The staff will call the family and loved ones to keep us updated on what is going on in the community with our loved one. The family is very happy with our experience. There are 2 specials each day and a set menu for the residents to choose from. They have even have filet mignon every day as an option. I have had the opportunity to eat with my loved one and the food is delicious. The community has a happy hour bar for the assisted living area. They have an exercise room, movie theater and a place to get a massage, nails, or hair done. My loved one feels at home and is even participating in the activities.

There were miscommunications with a few questions when we first moved in. We were told that there would be an ambassador assigned to new residents to help them get acclimated, get familiar with their surroundings, introduce to new people, and help them get along - as long as they needed. When we met the ambassador they just introduced themselves and took my loved one down to the dining room once. They were also confused when we mentioned what we were told before moving in. We talked to the office and its all been worked out and fine. But my understanding of what the ambassador did was not what it ended up being. Atria Canyon Creek is wonderful and a great facility, everything has been great. Our loved one has a bit of adjusting to do still. If you're looking for independent living and a facility that YOU would live in as well as your loved one, then this would be the place!

We have not eaten a meal their ourselves but every time we speak with our loved one they always talk about how extremely good it is. They usually have a least one activities going on during the day and we enjoy how engaging the staff are with the residents. The value for the money is excellent and we would definitely recommend the Atria Canyon Creek to other families based on our experience so far.

After my discussion of options with [name removed], we had A few interviews for assisted living facilities for my mom. Once we toured Atria, we knew our decision was made! [name removed], and her team, have been responsive and easy to work with.

With all of the above categories, especially the friendliness of the staff - everyone seems to enjoy working there. There have been several times that they've gone out of their way to help us.

This has been a very positive, informative, and transparent experience. They have been responsible, knowledgeable, and professional during the process. The communication could be more timely to the family about our answers to our questions. My loved one in general enjoys the food for the most part. The community does offer laundry service. The community offers medication management, and bathing assistance as some care types.

This is definitely a place to go, they are very friendly here. The staff are great to work with if we have any questions or concerns. They will have breakfast and dinner that will be provided by the community. They don't have enough staff currently, in the dining room to serve dinner to the residents. There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer connections in the apartment.

My family and I decided to place mom into this senior living community. Within several months of mom being there, we found this community to be amazing. We appreciate the staff and management. The management team is very responsive when it comes to asking questions or concerns , that we may have. This is a great place for your loved ones! I highly recommend this senior living community. Neither you or your loved ones will not be disappointed..,Your mind is at peace knowing that your love ones are in great hands.

Atria Southpoint Walk was very nice. But it was too fancy - which was not what I was looking for. Also it was too far away from family.

Atria Woodlands staff and residents are great, great location and amenities!

Love my apartment, how the back balcony is screened in - perfect for my cat! Love the mornings in my apartment as the sun shines in the front. Evenings the sun shines in the back! Love to be able to maintain my independence!

Communication is great with staff. They give notice when anything is going on. Everyone has been very very friendly, I really cannot say enough about them. They are cleaning constantly and everything is always spotless. She has weekly visits with a PA, a pediatrist comes in, she goes to physical therapy, the care has been awesome. She has improved a ton since she has gotten here. My mom is a picky eater and she thinks the food is really good. We have also eaten here a few times and really enjoyed it.

I would advise others to come on down! Atria is a wonderful place with beautiful people. They really care about their clients. What stands out to me the most is the 1 on 1 care for my mom and other residents. Their staff to resident ratio could be better, but all communities are in that boat right now. Everyone seems to be struggling with staffing retention. Aside from that, they have outings for the residents such as; scenic drives along the coast and shopping trips to malls and grocery stores.

I think it's a good thing for people to come to Atria to find fellowship and be able to expand their life so much. It's a much better life than just sitting at home not talking to anyone. Here you can visit with people from all different places and occupations, and it's really interesting to listen to them. And there are all kinds of rooms to choose from, which is nice.

My mom is in the Life Guidance area and the staff has made the adjustment so much easier for her and for us, her family. [Name removed] in particular as the activities director keeps her engaged and focused - and it warms my heart to see my mom smiling and hugging [her]. I know she is happy and safe and mentally stimulated by being at Atria. The one on one attention is incredible. Atria has been a real blessing to our family!! If I could give the staff 10 stars I would!

Atria Lynbrook is a very nice community and they do a very good job keeping up with the cleanliness of the entire place. The food quality is great, our loved one talks all the time about how good the meals are. They do have activities and our loved one does like to go to a few of them. However when it comes to the care service, they could improve a little bit especially with their night shift nurses.

Atria Lincoln Place was wonderful. We really enjoyed working with [name removed], she was great. This would have been our top choice but unfortunately they do not take Medicaid so my loved one would have had to move out after just a couple of years and we did not want to do that.

Our family had an in person tour and Atria Bell Court was absolutely beautiful we loved the experience. The tour director was wonderful and did a great job explaining everything, but it was just to expensive.
