They could use new carpet. The food is okay. Everyone has been very helpful, and friendly, when my loved moved in. Overall, so far it has been a pretty good experience.

This place ranked number one of all the places that I visited especially for the the needs of my loved one. It has a community feeling that is warm and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and allows for walking in nature. Meal time is flexible and menus have a lot of choices.

I can't say enough good things about Atria. Their team is awesome-the welcome they gave my parents was top notch. It is the best run senior facility we have seen - and my extended family plus in-laws have lived at many. There is a lively energy that keeps people engaged. The lobby has residents playing games, visiting with each other, lots of smiling faces on every visit. The team of director, head of marketing and activities director are all energetic and upbeat. I can't say enough good things about them and the extraordinary results they generate.

This is a beautiful community. The campus is perfect for the most independent person to someone who needs Memory Care. Perfect place to age in place. Just the right services to keep the residents active and independent. Friendly caring staff who care about the residents.

Overall very well thought out and deployed. I just quickly realized that my level of care exceeded what was offered. Cleanliness, no complaints whatsoever. Very well kept, homes and grounds. The staff was always on on hand and ready to help. The best way to say it the staff was self engaging and would offer to assist if needed. Quality of care are defined above, it's all there. Meals in any institution could use improvement. Sorry the one draw back. As to activities there are plenty both on site and in structured road trips, very refreshing. Who won't complain about cost? Although with the combined activities and such it's hard to complain. You can always come visit and find relatively happy and engaged residents, thanks.

Community makes my parents feel at home. I had the pleasure with meeting with Miriah for a tour. Sharing my concerns about placing my parents in the community, she was able to calm my nervous and concerns. Very clean, I love coming and having lunch with them. They staff always make me feel welcomed.

The Atria San Juan is a wonderful place for loved one to live. There is a beautiful flower arrangement as you enter the building and the lobby, halls and elevator are always festively decorated for the season. The desk staff is welcoming and helpful even when you arrive after hours. Residents are friendly and helpful to new comers. There are daily activities for those that want to participate. The dining room staff does a great job and the menu is varied. Mom has enjoyed using the provided transportation to visit her doctor. Professional physical and occupational therapy are offered on-site. The staff get to know your loved one and their preferences. They truly care about your parent.

I have found the staff at Atria to be very welcoming and helpful. They always found the time to answer all my questions being a new resident. I would highly recommend Atria to a relative or friend.

It was okay. They were experiencing large turnover because of the pandemic. And the staff weren’t as friendly and helpful as another place that we chose.

Absolutely thrilled with everything Dad passed away in April there and everyone and everything they did for him was so special Mom is there alone now and they are caring for her perfectly

The front line workers, the entire working staff, the caregivers, med techs, food service, food servers, house keepers, custodial/engineering guys…..the in-house, face to face lovely people with our loved ones…. They are the people that make the difference between happy and sad, content and discontent, well-being and not so well-being. Not long ago, my mother who lives in WA was taken advantage by her former husband of many years. He had her sign away 17 years worth of alimony while suffering dementia. She had no idea she was giving away her future financial viability. The story is too long to do justice here but it's deeply sad and left her destitute except for a small pension. I would love to get her in a facility nearby, like that of Atria, because I live in CA but she is locked into the WA system and totally reliant on State assistance programs. It took a fair amount of effort to secure a home for her with her finances. I consider myself fortunate to have her under care I trust. It's a rare gem to find a place in the industry that provides a clean, safe and comfortable home. Atria is all of these. However, it's their people that really take the place to another level! Atria is filled with good people who really care and that makes all the difference for peace of mind and knowing your loved ones are in good hands!

The staff listen to your feedback and act on it. They take very good care of my parents. The facility is great and very easy for the residents to move around. They have a gym on site, as well as a library and a beauty shop. They have activities constantly - movies, card games, puzzles, etc. There's always something going on, and they knock on people's doors and invite them to join in.

The staff is awesome. Dad did not want to be there, but after two months he was okay. They take really good care of him. I love the staff. They do everything, that they can to make him join in. The nurses/caregivers are very loving and patient. Overall, it's a good place. I have a peace of mind, knowing that my dad is being taken care of.

This is a beautiful, modern and elegant community. It offers fresh and appetizing meals that resemble those of five star restaurants. They seem to have a dedicated and passionate team of employees and directors who do their job well and always with smiles on their faces. They offer resident-driven programming that offer many opportunities for excursions, engaging speakers, live music and a fabulous film selection! Did I mention their movie theatre with stunning, velvet chairs? I am ready to move in myself if only I were old enough. For now, I am assisting my neighbor with her transition into memory care but will consider Coterie in the near future.

Atria was a beautiful place and took care of my stepdad very well until the end of his life. The well trained staff and nurses made sure he had everything he needed and that he was as comfortable as possible. My brother in law has been a resident for around fifteen years, firstly in assisted living and fir the past several years in the Memory Care section. I usually visit him weekly on different days and times. The facility is always fresh & immaculate. Over the years everyone from the Director to all of the rest of the staff have been unfailingly helpful prifessional and above all compassionate. I have no hesitation in recommending Atria East Northport to anyone who has need of assisted living or Memory Ynit facilities for a lived one

Each time we met with the Community Sales Director and other staff we were very impressed, The patience, knowledge and warmth made this new process more than manageable. Ultimately it was the human connection that led to choosing Atria Crossroads Place.

Had an excellent experience over the month that he was there was great, we have since moved him into another facility. The nursing director really stood out and was fantastic.
