Atria at Hometown is a wonderful community! The staff and residents are very welcoming and are very family oriented! Staff truly cares about the residents and making sure they are happy. Atria at Hometown is located in a safe neighborhood with a beautiful walking trail nearby! Not to mention, it has so many fast food, restaurants, groccery stores, mall, etc nearby!

I thought Atria Golden Creek was a nice facility. It was pretty, modern, and new. If cost wasn't a factor, I would have loved for my family member to go there.

We made an appointment for a tour with Atria in WC and was able to get in within days; it was such a pleasurable experience from start to finish. From making the appointment to checking in (with all protective covid precautions), to the friendly staff an impressive tour...name removed] was very helpful & professional. She answered all our questions and showed us their amazing facility. Every staff member who passes by was very polite & introduced themself. The facility was spotless and smelled and looked amazing. Lots of amenities for the residents. Prices pretty competitive for this area.

When I first toured Atria Glen Cove with my husband and my brother and his wife, I did not know what to expect. From the moment we were shown around , there was a feeling of home. We were looking for a comfortable safe active community for our Independent Mom. She is 92 , and since Covid everything was shut down, namely the Senior Center where she played bridge, ate lunch, socialized. When we Met [name removed] she was wonderful . She took time, explained everything, introduced us to Staff and Residents and it felt like home. I can honestly say my husband and I have been doing this since 1990 , mostly for friends and relatives and we have toured many independent/assisted living places in the past, this felt like home, and [name removed] made us feel very comfortable in a very delicate situation. We are convinced it’s a win situation for my Mom, only time will tell, we are hoping she will feel at home and agree. Thanks again [name removed] for working with us.

Beautiful community. This was be good for residents that are more self sufficient and mobile.

Had to move my parents from another Assisted Living and had a short period of time to do so. All the staff at Atria , Lynbrook were extremely helpful and worked together as a team to do this in a timely matter. From the Sales Dept down to all the aides , everyone helped and made the move a easier one! The staff here are friendly, compassionate and professional! Jackie M

When I die I don't want to go to heaven, I want to go to Atria West 86. The food is by far the best out of any place else I looked at. The other places I looked at had people in the dining room who were sitting down, but not talking with one another. At Atria, they sit and converse with each other. I find that the people are helpful with each other at Atria. When my friend moved in they told him all the things that weren't on the menu, which food was good, and which activities were the best. The residents seem more "with it" than other places and it feels more like living in a hotel. Other assisted living communities felt like living in a nursing home. They have a rooftop garden area that is absolutely amazing. You can see the Statue of Liberty and the George Washington bridge. It sits higher than the other buildings, it's just phenomenal. They also have a resident-run vegetable garden and like most places they have movies in the evening, but they a committee that picks the movies.

The apartment is lovel. The staff has been very accomodatin. My loved one has made new friend. Overall, they are aware of my loved ones needs and they are very repsonsive.

It was very nice, and I liked it but wasn't a good fit for my loved one.

It is friendly and the staff is really welcoming. It's a very light hearted place; they work very hard to know everybody and they have eyes on everybody which is very helpful as a family member. They know more about my dad than I do sometimes, as they see a different side of him - which is nice.

My grandmother moved into Atria Glen Cove. She is so happy, she is making friends, playing games with a lovely group of women. She enjoys the happy hours and all the trips. She loves the staff they are all welcoming and loving. It’s true the community is an extension of our family.

Thank you, [name removed] for helping to make Atria such a great place. There are too many people to thank individually but Mom (and I) absolutely loved [name removed] the minute we met her. Mom especially looked forward to [name removed[ yoga and [name removed] exercise class. [name removed] has been wonderful to mom, always so sweet to her and takes great care of her apt. [name removed] at the front desk is always so warm and welcoming. It’s been such a nice experience overall and I’d be happy to share that with anyone.

It was too far from me and not a good fit for my loved one.
