Atria

I'm very happy with Atria Santa Clarita, and I would highly recommend it if you can afford it. The staff is so friendly and so caring. Especially for my mom who is very shy, they really bring her out of her shell. She goes to the exercise classes, which they have every day. And I like that they have a variety of activities - they'll paint your nails, get can get your hair done at the salon, they have happy hours once a week, bingo, trips to Target or out to lunch, etc. They really get people out to participate. The ladies who run the activities are really caring, fun, and friendly people. I'm so happy that my mom is there.

The whole experience was postive, and there was no isseus or problems. I picked this community because, the facility was newer, and we liked the setting.

Being our of state I only get to see our loved one occasionally but the feedback I have heard so far is that the experience has been wonderful and she absolutely loves it there.

This was one of my favorite communities. It was shiny, brand new, bright and absolutely gorgeous. The cost was more expensive, but I loved it here.

We had a wonderful tour experience with Atria Cranford. The staff were very friendly and attentive and answered all of our questions. We took our loved one here to visit and he liked it, but he ultimately chose another location due to the established trees around the facility.

Atria Glen Cove Is a vibrant, warm and special community. My mom moved into the community and is always busy. At first I was apprehensive about moving mom into an Assisted Living. Atria Glen Cove is a home. She is making friends, going on trips enjoys the meals. We are all very happy.

It was complicated getting in, but not that difficult. The people were very helpful, it went pretty smoothly. It's expensive, but they all are, so that's really not a negative. The staff there were very helpful and everyone was friendly; it couldn't be better service.

Our loved one was at Atria once before with a spouse, and he passed while living there. We were so impressed with their service that when we could no longer care for her, we took her back to Atria. When we moved her in, we did have a bumpy start and difficulties with communication. It has been since resolved and they also went above and beyond to resolve the issues we had. I would recommend Rancho Mirage Terrace (Atria) to others, overall we are happy. The staff is really friendly; whenever my husband visits and takes her out of her room, everybody knows her name. The staff all talk to her and they know who she is. After her partner passed, we brought her home for about six months before she had a bad fall and had to be taken back. They immediately knew who she was, there was no need to reintroduce her. They all knew her, they knew what happened, and they were all very welcoming to her as well.

We looked at 4 different places and Atria Lafayette Hill was by far the best. My loved one is doing great here. The management runs a very good facility. The facility is very clean and always cheerful when we go to visit. The staff were very cooperative in helping us get him in here and are very friendly. They have a ton of great activities provided for the residents to do. We have been extremely pleased with our experience.

My son did this tour and he said it was a great experience. He absolutely loved this facility and thought it was beautiful.

Atria Maplewood Place is a beautiful facility. My mother loves it there. She struggled at first, like anybody moving into a new residence. But the people and the care that she's gotten have helped her to get over that. And she is really enjoying the dining room and the meals.

Overall we have had a very good experience with Atria Maplewood Place.

My loved one is well taken care of. There is always someone monitoring her 24/7, which post-op is what she needed. They've had some problems getting food in with what's going on in the nation right now, so her satisfaction with the food has gone down a little since when she first moved in. But overall it's a good place. The facility is REALLY clean, which was the first thing that we noticed and liked about it. It is extremely secure regarding people going in and out. They know exactly who's in there at all times. Her safety was a priority to us, and they're really big on that as well.

We moved our mom to Atria in the Pacific Palisades almost three years ago. We moved right during the pandemic and they couldn’t have been more caring or sensitive to what our loved ones were going through during this difficult time of lockdown! Now the facility as opened up and it’s an even more wonderful place to be! [name removed], the activities director, is amazing! She puts so much care and attention to the activities and there is always so much going on - from outings to live music to exercise and game playing. They even have theme days that are super fun! All the staff is wonderful too. I feel like my mom is in a great place and we are so happy she made the move to Atria Pacific Palisades!

When I visited this community everyone was so friendly and warm. It's a great size so it really has a family feel. You can tell the residents and staff have a great relationship. Moving our loved one into senior living was very stressful but the staff made it so smooth. They supported us through the entire process. They are located right in the heart of the Palisades so we are able to take our loved one into the village for lunch. We couldn't have picked a better place for our mother.

Our Aunt has called Atria Park of Pacific Palisades her home now for 1 ½ years. This has been a safe and happy place for her, making her feel very comfortable and cared for. She likes knowing that there is the caring staff right there if she needs them while having her own private apartment when she likes to be on her own. We feel so secure knowing that she is safe and has a staff that truly cares about her. She is on the Life Guidance floor which is the Memory Care floor. While she has short-term memory loss due to dementia, our Aunt is very aware of her surroundings and all that goes on in her world. She only has the nicest things to say about all of the staff. She tells us that each one of them is "her favorite"! The staff really does care about the residents. They find out what is important to each person and celebrates that with them. Beautiful community!

I recently toured Atria Park of Vintage Hills and had a great experience. It looks like a very wonderful place, but unfortunately they do not have any vacancy at this time in memory care.

Atria on Roslyn Harbor is a beautiful place. It's well kept, and the grounds are beautiful. The interior rooms are beautiful. The food seems to be good, both from my experience trying it and from what I've heard from others. My loved one really liked the activities. She did find them to be a little repetitive though, so they could use some more variety. But all in all, I think it's a great place if you can afford it.

I toured this community and it was very nice, but very large. Not ideal for a resident with mobility needs, ie: a walker like our loved one has. I feel like she would have been very overwhelmed in this facility. I would recommend it for more active lifestyles/residents.
