My 90 year old mother had a shoulder replacement repair on [date removed], after which she was placed in a substandard rehab (using the term *rehab* VERY loosely) on 12/7. Her muscle tone was poor, and she was unable to do much of anything unassisted. She lost 8 pounds while there, and we discovered she was being given 50mg of tramadol FOUR times a day by rehab staff. Insurance kicked her off as she wasn't showing improvement. Right? Flash forward to the search for an assisted living facility as she was completely unable to return home, and we found Atria Campana del Rio. I got Mom in there on the [date removed], and I had to come home on the [removed]. When I returned to Tucson on the [date removed] to prep her house for sale, I saw profound changes to my mother's physical well-being. She entered the Atria facility in a wheelchair, and by the time I got back, I found she was moving around her apartment well, and using her walker for security. .. as she was on her 90th birthday in June.

We had a good tour at Atria North Point. Like the other communities we looked at, I thought it was really nice and would have been a suitable place. The place we picked was just a little closer and a little newer.

The value for the money was good. It was a very warm and opening community. They were friendly, and everyone smilied. It's a wonderful place. They helped people to fit in. The sales director is absolutely outstanding. She has been most helpful. I would recommend to other families.

Our sister arrived there last week. She was welcome with bright smiles and warm Hello from everyone. [names removed] are fantastic! We are so happy our sister is in their care!!!

All in all we are having a positive experience with Atria. There's been a learning curve for first time using assisted living. My mothers situation with early dementia makes it a little more difficult because lack of information or follow up could be her memory. She's very happy.

Atria Bay Spring Village gets 5 stars all the way around, they are a wonderful facility. Amazing staff, friendly, kind, excellent care... My mother not only loved it but she began to thrive there.... Great communication with staff and went out of their way to help them get acclimated

I went to tour the community and was impressed by not only the beautiful location and modern designs, but the staff and residents were genuinely happy. The atmosphere was overall very pleasant and bright and I would definitely recommend to any interested parties.

What we really like about the Village Walk at Patchogue is the newness of the community, it is conveniently located for us and overall it has generally been a good experience. The staff and quality of care gets a 5 star + they have been very good with our loved one. Even though our loved one was not able to participate in the activities, they have so many different things going on for the residents.

The staff have been super friendly and helpful. They made moving in really easy. The apartment is really nice. Everything is up to date. We had one issue with a fan, and they fixed it the same day. Mom loves their food. She says it's really good quality, and she likes the variety.

My mother is 92 and has lived on her own for 22+ years. She sold her house of 60+ years and joined the Atria Community. She is so happy, has made friends and is participating in activities. She is now living her BEST life!

I had the pleasure of touring Coterie Cathedral hill for a relative and was very impressed by the beautiful building and the friendly, efficient and cordial staff. Feels more like a 5-star hotel than a retirement community. Would definitely consider!

We feel so lucky to have had the Atria Woodlands close by to me and my sister. They have delivered on everything possible to make life for our 94 year old mother comfortable and safe. We have absolutely no complaints! Just a suggestion…. use their doctors and service providers who are on site and make life sooooo much easier for the resident and the resident’s family.

Atria at Foster Square is a great place, and my parents are really happy there. The things that jump out to me the most are how clean the facility is and how friendly the staff is.

What we really like about Atria Cinco Ranch is their staff team and based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to other families.

In November, I suffered a serious fall, compromising my mobility severely. Returning to my apartment to live alone after leaving the hospital was not possible. After investigating several places, my family selected Coterie for my recovery experience. I had not even visited before I arrived there for what was to be a ten-week stay. The staff and residents are friendly, warm, and caring Within two days, it seemed that everyone who worked there greeted me by name. The facilities are beyond immaculate. The food, available continuously from 7:00 am till past 7:30 pm is varied , delicious and graciously provided by servers who respond to every request by saying either "absolutely" or "of course". Mercedes cars are available to go to a doctor appointment or the theatre. I attribute my present well being to the nurturing care I received at Coterie. The many activities, and excursions mean you do not need assisted living support to enjoy living at Coterie.

Very caring, professional, friendly staff, everyone from the cleaning ladies to the director!!! My parents enjoy the activities, food, and their apartment very much.

We have experienced independent living through Life Guidance (memory care) and Atria has been a great place for my parents., They have made friends, enjoyed activities, like their apartment and we are so glad they are close to us. The staff have all been great too!

I would say it's a matter of personal preference. It's an older facility and doesn't have a lot of fancy amenities such as pool, koi pond, multiple lounge areas. My loved one would not take advantage of those things so why pay for them? My loved one has a great rapport with the staff and I think that's the most important thing since it makes me feel that they are always looking out for them.

Our family had an in person tour and we felt the tour experience itself was excellent, but we felt that the memory care side was pushed off to the side and the assisted living side was more of their focus.

The personal touch and consideration for my father in the process made the decision to move into Atria Evergreen Valley the very best experience.
