Tour guide was knowledgeable about the senior care industry and this facility. She was passionate about her work and the residents, and was a good communicator. Tour was not rushed and all of our questions were answered.

My sister and I visited Atria Willow Park with our Dad looking for an Assisted Living/Independent Living community. We all really liked that it looked very "lodge-like", warm and inviting. The advisor was very accommodating and led us on several tours as Dad would get home and think of something he wanted to look at so we would go back for yet another visit. At each visit the advisor was very kind and considerate and the facility always looked so clean and everyone was very friendly. In the end, Dad decided he was simply not yet ready to leave his home. But if and when is ready, Atria Willow Park will be the first place we go look at.

Atria has made us feel much, much better about our mom's situation. We brought her there because we were worried about her mobility and cognitive abilities. The staff has been really friendly--we met a couple who said they had been working there for more than 10 years--and attentive to Mom's needs. The food, she says, is often very good, and if she doesn't like what's on the menu, they'll cheerfully make her something else. I wish the apartments were just a bit bigger, but hers is bright and pleasant, well maintained. Most important, Mom seems happier and more lucid than she did when she was living on her own.

I’m giving Atria Woodlands 5 stars for the help and support they’ve given my 95-year-old mother-in-law during the critical time of transition from her own home. So many friendly Atria faces came by during her first few hours there…As her immediate family, we felt very reassured that “we’d come to the right place.” I’m also glad to report that the couple of minor maintenance issues we noticed during the move-in were handled quickly and effectively. My mother-in-law was understandably anxious about the move, but she’s now telling friends on the phone that her apartment is “beautiful,” and that she’s “very comfortable.” It’s also a testament to the place that her assigned aide has been there about 15 years. She’s only been at Atria a couple of weeks, but so far, so good.

I toured this facility and loved it! It was beautiful, but just not the best fit for my loved one (no fault of the facility).

I have been pleased with our experience. They have been able to provide the care my loved one needs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. There are three meals a day served to the residents. Some of the activities include pet therapy, games, movies, religious services and more for the residents to participate in.

I had a wonderful experience at Atria Draper Place in Hopedale, MA while I was searching for the right Assisted Living facility for my mother. Every staff member I encountered, from the front desk, CNAs, nurses and [name removed] the Community Sales Director was exceptional. They were nothing but informative, kind and compassionate. The property was beautiful and well maintained. You can tell that they care about the residents and their families. [name removed] especially went above and beyond to make my family feel comfortable with every decision. Atria Draper is a very special place and i highly recommend them.

Willow Park was just as I remembered it when my Mom was there 10-12 years ago. Beautiful grounds, interiors, and well laid out so you feel like you're right in the middle of everything. [name removed] did an excellent job of showing me the facilities. Each tenant we came in contact with was so friendly and happy and [name removed] knew each by name, which amazed me. It appears to me that Willow Park would be a great place to live. I have since my tour and decided not to make a move at this time but when I do Willow Park will certainly be a consideration. From the moment we arrived, everyone at Atria Del Rey has been pleasant and caring. Mom has been there for about a week. I visit with her daily. She is happier than I've seen her in a while. She likes the other residents and the staff. The staff are always helpful and caring. She enjoys the activities. The meals are outstanding, and the kitchen staff are helpful in meal planning.

Atria Valley Manor has been wonderful for our friend there, the entire staff team from top to bottom has gone above and beyond - from the kitchen staff to the house keeping and the staff who helps with laundry everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. This community has been awesome and based on the experience so far we would absolutely highly recommend them to other families.

We could not be happier with Atria Center City, they truly are terrific. Everyone there is very caring and kind to not only the residents but to their families as well. We no longer have to worry and stress out about our loved ones care and safety. They have in house expertise staff including OT and PT. The staff are very responsive and totally on top of communication - they will never rush you off the phone they will make sure you are completely finished before hanging up. If you have to have a loved one in a community this is the place to be. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families we have been so happy.

I recently had 2 family members join the community and the staff helped to ease a difficult transition. From General Manager, Sales, Aides, Maintenance staff, Housekeeping, Food Staff to Activities, Hair Salon and Front Desk- everyone has been warm, inviting and helpful. Thank you!

Our family had an in person tour and they get 5 stars across the board, this community was very impressive from start to finish.

After my mother passed, my father lost his purpose. Atria East Northport gave him a sense of being again. He made great friends with the other residents and friendly staff. We had a lot Of options. I feel we made the right choice.

Aunt is very happy with the services and care she is receiving. She is adjusting and receiving attention and enjoying herself. Happy that the Staff and Directors assisted in making this a smooth transition.

Don't go anywhere else. This is the place to be. The staff work so hard to please everyone all the time. There is no other place to compare which is why they have hardly any apartments left. Look on their website. No other place can say this!!!

Atria Stamford is the most amazing place of senior living in all of Fairfield county. They provide the most attention, the best food and the most programming to cover all cultural, educational, social and physical and mental stimulation of any other community out there.

My parents, both in their late 70s, have not been able to care for themselves so after touring several places, we made Atria East Northport their new home. My parents both love it there, especially the daily activities and the community. And to top it all off, whenever we have questions, albeit billing, we call their CBD. I think her name is [name removed], who goes out of her way to respond to us and makes us feel like family.

We chose Atria Darien after looking at several other local independent living communities. Mom was attracted to the intimacy of the Atria Darien community, the spaciousness of the apartment, and the overall feel of the facility and grounds. Everyone involved, from the administration to the staff to the other residents made her feel extremely welcome. The involvement of the other residents getting her familiar with the community was especially helpful and appreciated. She took advantage of their trial month before fully committing, and we were impressed with how well they furnished the apartment and with them going out of the way to add small amenities particularly selected to my Mom's taste. We are several months in now and all is going well. While Mom values her independence, coming and going as she pleases, she has made a number of new friends, enjoys the group dining experience and is taking advantage of many of the daily activities. So far, the experience has been terrific!

Atria seemed to have more activities than the other two places I considered. As for value I have little to compare it to but it seemed reasonable or I wouldn't have done it.
