Atria

The place is more cheerful and active than the other facilities that we visited. All the amenities are on the same floor for easy access. The dining room is less formal. It also has Asian cuisines. The staff and the residents are also younger than other facilities. The fact that 40% of the residents are Asians is a solid plus for Asian seniors who are less comfortable speaking English. The rooms are nice. The only negative is that the rooms don't have full kitchens.

Atria is a great place my Father is loving it there.He is loving the staff ,the food is great,he is making new Friends.At first he was alittle sick when we put him in there but in two months he is a different man .Thank you Atria

Wonderful community for peaceful rest of your life. Friendly staffs, professional services and beautiful accommodation to live in for your family including yourself. The great view from your suite, 24h receptionist, three delicious nutritious meals at the restaurant, plus self- service coffee station in the lounge, daily fun activities, 24h skilled aid staff, hair salon on site, Doctor/Nurse, car service with a private Cadillac black sedan, nice view of garden/patio, friendly atmosphere to live.

North point is a good place for all back ground ,I came to north point to look for a place for my mom and it was a great experience for me and my mom and we like it. My mom is now living at north point.

I have been to this place to check my grandma and I found [name removed]who is the ED he has been helpful and the way my family were so thankful and appreciate how things are now since [name removed] he take over the place it's amazing . Things I would tell others looking into Atria Lafayette Hill: 1- My mom has been there for about 8 months. She really loves the staff and they help with so many things before she has to ask. 2 - The food is great! 3- She's had some medical issues (some requiring emergency care) and staff has always communicated with me immediately, checked in her hourly if needed, and didn't hesitate to get emergency care.

My Mom has dementia and could no longer get the care she needs at home. We looked at several places and chose Atria Park of Vintage Hills. We are SO glad we did! Mom seems content, and more at ease. What a blessing.

They are really good. There is no complaints about the food, and my loved one is eating healthier, is super happy, and seems to have adapted to the community. They have group games, movies, concerts on TV, and dancing. Every single person that I have encountered , knows her name and knows where she is at all times. I would recommend to other families.

My mother loves living there. She has made many friends, and has a nice community. She suffered a stroke on [date removed] while playing Bingo. The lady calling Bingo recognized the facial droop immediately, and said, "[Name removed] is having a stroke, someone call 911". The paramedics were there in minutes and got her to the hospital within 20 minutes of the stroke. The ER took immediate action and administered the medication that dissolves blood clots, and she went home 3 days later. She is doing well. Everyone at Atria welcomed her back, and help her when she needs it. The only real issue right now, which the new Director is addressing, is the kitchen and wait staff. Sometimes the food is either overcooked or under cooked. They are very short staffed, and have been trying to get staffed up. The Palm restaurant is very nice, but they have a Bistro, that also has outdoor seating so residents can have a choice of locations to eat. Overall, I couldn't be happier with Atria Hacienda as a Place for Mom.

Staff took the time to know my mom, her name, her needs. Staff seems happy. It was a lovely experience, the people are friendly, it's a small group that feels like a community/family. They are very responsive if concerns or issues come up.

The staff is very upbeat and positive. The facility offers activities. They provide housekeeping and everything is very clean. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I toured Atria Lincoln Place for my loved ones and it was a very nice place! The facility looked very nice. The cleanliness and friendliness were very good. Even the follow up after my tour was positive.

I go there to visit almost every day during dinner time. The staff and everybody there is really friendly to the residents. They take the time to listen. I've eaten the food a couple of times, and it's pretty good. The facility is clean. It seems like they truly care.

We’re so excited for my dad to move into this community. From the moment we reached out, to touring and arranging move in, the staff has been so friendly and accommodating. Its pricing and beautiful community inside and out make this an ideal place. Most staff have been there for many years as well

I would like to give Atria Park, Pacific Palisades, our family's highest recommendation. From the moment we toured we felt welcomed and so very comfortable in our surroundings. Every interaction we've had - from the concierge desk and the admission office to the business office and the household and dining hall teams- has been impeccable. We have only been here for a few months, so far the experience has been very good. They do a pretty good job on their weekly housecleaning, I think. Everyone is very friendly. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. Food is not how I am used to and will take awhile for me to gain a taste for it. Seems to be out of a lot of things and not cooked completely....maybe just me. They have plenty of things going on to keep you busy if you want to engage with them. Also different entertainment from the outside. I feel it is a little expensive and I may have to revisit it at the end of the year if they increase as much as the rumor is going around. Again, we've only been here for a few months. We are not unhappy, just trying to adjust to a totally different life style. The management and staff have been excellent.

I am exceedingly pleased with my experience here at Coterie senior living. I underwent two complicated surgeries in 2022 and required extensive care. As a career woman most of my life (a PhD psychologist and MD surgeon), I found adapting to dependency very challenging. But the quality of care available here made it far easier. Coterie has managed to hire very competent and caring staff at all levels, despite the post-pandemic paucity of candidates. The care giver staff provide warm, respectful and individualized care. The directors, particularly the top Directors, put the best interests of the residents at the forefront of their decision making. I find this unusual for a for-profit entity. There is much opportunity for open communication between management and residents, which facilitates accommodation to individual concerns. Fine food is served by kind, considerate dining staff. Coterie also provides a rich cultural environment and community to enjoy. I love it here. Just do it!

The person in head of sales NM I want to commend. She is trustworthy and honest. Whatever she saids you can depend on it, from the rooms, the food , the care, and the price. She knows her job and how to communicate with you. She is caring and we needed her to be up on her game and she was. She introduced us to the entire staff and gave us food at our first meeting. She explained the transition and what each staff memeber does. There were no bumps in the road everything was smooth. The plan was made with whom my mom would meet regarding others residents. NM was a tremendous help, at a time we really needed her.

After experiencing having to rush our mother to the hospital her world changed. Along with her, we decided it was time to move her from her home and into an assisted living community. She need to be near medical resources and around people her age, with her life's experiences and in a community that cares, caters to her needs and one that gives her the best opportunity for a quality of life. All of these thing we just can't provide her at home any longer. We toured 4 communities and then walked in the front doors of Atria. We all immediately knew this was the place! Atria is clean and full of smiles. The tenant were all around, being social and active. Many were in the dinning room and told me that the food was excellent, its much more like a restaurant then a dinning room. Since moving our mother to the Atria community she's like a new person, she's full of life and hope. She's enjoying her new home at Atria and for us the staff makes it much more enjoyable for all of us as well.
