Atria

I visited Atria Of Forest Hills and met with [name removed]. He was very friendly and helpful. He showed ma around the wonderful community, everyone was welcoming and friendly. They couldn't take my mom but referred me to another facility that would be able to assist me. I even recieved some delicious Chocolate chip banana bread as a parting gift. I would be happy to have my mom here.

We toured Atria Covina during our search for Assisted Living for our loved one. This facility was great! The cleanliness was great. Our tour was very informative. The staff was friendly and answered all of our questions.

With the staff, they're short handed at times. We picked this community, because it had a home like feel to it. It's very good, very expensive as most of them are, but worth the expense. I would recommend it.

I've had a great experience with the community. The staff are kind and caring. Everyone is friendly. There are activities and meals provided for the residents. Please come take a tour and have lunch to see for yourself. I will continue to recommend the community to others.

The staff has been good, they're all very nice at Village Walk at Patchogue. They have a few new staff members in training because what they had wasn't enough for the amount of residents. Communication with the family is very good and they answer any questions that I have. The meals are usually very good, sometimes they have their off days but for the most part the food is good. I would recommend this facility to others. Mom is happy there and they provide many activities during the day so that a resident doesn't have to sit in their room all day.

We picked this community, because of the location, the appearance of the place, all inclusive care and the way the residents looked. Most of the meals they are given seem to be microwaved. They do have another dining room but it's for the assisted living people which all there meals seemed to be cooked to order but myloved one is on the memory care side and they have their own dining area which meals are microwaved. I do like the fact that the care is all inclusive and they don't charge you for every little thing. My loved one seems to be doing well there so I can't complain too much.

Overall it is a very nice, clean facility with friendly staff. As with other similar facilities, they are sometimes short of staff (this appears to be true for most senior care facilities these days). The bedrooms/bathrooms in memory care are a nice size. The day area is also a nice size and has a modern and bright tv/sitting are. There is plenty of table space.

Our family had an in person tour with Atria Draper Place and the director or head honcho who showed me around was great but they did not have skilled nursing not did they eventually go into Medicaid which at the time was important to me thinking my brother was going to improve.

We toured with Atria Cinco Ranch and had a great time. The facility was beautiful and from what we could tell during the tour, it looked like they had great care and it would have been a good option. Unfortunately it was out of my price range so we had to keep looking.

My loved was here for respite. The staff were kind, caring, and attentive to our loved one. Everyone was friendly here. Make sure that your loved one's medications are returned to you prior to your loved one leaving the community, if your loved one was there for respite. Overall, this is a great community and we would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

Atria was great especially the director who was my tour guide. He was very helpful in educating me in the process of moving into a facility such as the paperwork and doctors' input.

The staff at Atria Evergreen Valley is amazing and accommodating, and the care they take to ensure health safety is above nearly all of the other places we visited and toured.

My loved one is a resident at Atria Park of Sierra Pointe and the experience has been great, overall. However, the activities are geared towards women. I wish they had more things geared towards men. Other than that, things really have been great. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

What we really like about Atria Park of Sierra Pointe is the staff, the staff members are great and the community is very clean. The rooms are very big and have a lot of space. It is very quiet and the food has been good. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Atria Park to other families.

Excellent facility, recommended it to a family member, unfortunately they do not have a nurse on staff so could not care for their mother, but they were all set to move in. Would highly recommend Atria to anyone.

We picked this community, because of the relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful grounds separate housing. Caring staff and residents. I really found the right place for me, and it was the right decision. I would recommend to other families.

I never actually moved in there, just made the deposit. The apartment, that I signed up for is beautiful, an Independent-Living one-bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, with lots of room, closet space, 50-in TV, with lots of light, overlooking the courtyard. Perfect!

My mothers experience was good. She did have to stay on the second floor due to her diagnosis of dementia and that was not present for her...felt like a prisoner. The staff were very attentive and most of all she was safe so we could feel like we had a break from 24x7 care givers. She doesn't show signs of dementia most of the time but the doctor gave the word and Atria had no choice but to put her on memory care floor. We plan an another trip next April and will need some help then.

Village Walk is AWESOME! I had to jump on here after meeting the residents and workers this past weekend at the Alzheimer’s walk. Allison, Nicole, and their recreation team brought a bus load of their residents to the actual walk which was so nice to see because they are one of the only places I have seen do that. My siblings and I brought my sister to the walk and the residents and workers of village walk made us feel included by dancing with us and having fun. The workers were so compassionate and loving with their residents it was like all of them were family members. My sister is in the early stages of ALZ but is unable to get out many words. She is able to live at home still, but if the day comes where she can’t village walk is at the tippy top of my list!

My mother in law picked it but it had better ratings than most others. The price was more in line with what she could afford. It allowed her to be independent yet with caring neighbors and prepared food. The food is amazing there. There are real activities not just on paper. Outside was beautiful and the walk park was perfect as she loved walking in the park.
