My 93 year old Mom loved this place. She felt safe, food was good, employees treated her like family. My Mom lived in the Assisted Living part there. Had a beautiful studio apartment. She had a lot of friends there. Even a boyfriend. The whole facility inside and out was kept spotless. When her health started to fail Sutter Hospice Care work as a team with Atria employees. I live roughly 75 miles away and Atria staff was excellent keeping me informed in between my many visits. I never worried about her safety there. My Mom enjoyed the arts and crafts and she loved the exercise classes. She loved the people and employees so much and loved her studio apartment. She called it her "Home Sweet Home." I'm at peace knowing my Mom was able to finish her life with dignity, and the employees loved her there.

[name removed] went out of his way to help me. He’s always kind, courteous and willing to help. When I have a package that I can’t carry…he carried it to my place. He helped with my microwave issue and always looks out to help us. He makes tough moments easy. Thank you, [name removed]. You’re wonderful.

It has been a good experience , particularly the first year. However the monthly rent then jumped [fee removed] a month. She enjoys it and everyone loves her. I'm sure everyone is facing rising costs but seniors can't keep up. She enjoys the musical entertainment and the staff is very friendly. It's best we saw and was the most affordable

My family and loved one had a good experience with the community. The community is kept clean. The staff are kind, caring, and helpful. Everyone is friendly. Atria Canyon Creek is a well run community. When you walk in, it feels like a small town homey feel, and this is wonderful! We would recommend this community to others for their loved ones.

Our family had an in person tour with Atria Covell Gardens and it was a grand tour, but the community was not right for our loved one.

All a 5 except for #6, Activities. That I would rate a 3. I gave it a 3 because the Activities seem to be geared more toward women. My Father would appreciate more lectures and more frequent ones. Also there are a lot of residents with memory issues. My father doesn't fall into that category and as a result hasn't been very social. The facility, staff and dining are all A+!! Especially when one compares it to the reasonable monthly rate. We were paying 3 times the rate at another facility close by and the staff was no where near as attentive, the food was terrible and the facility itself was run down in many comparable ways. The Atria is stellar!

The building was elegant. The food was delicious. It was an independent living place that did not feel like an old folks home. I would live there again. We picked this community, because they would take us immediately. It would be a great place to live if your tired of being responsible for a house. You wouldn't even need a car.

We looked at many places before settling at Atria Pacific Palisades for our mom. The facility is clean and welcoming, the staff is above and beyond, and the activities and programming are amazing! They fill the days for the residents with lots of fun activities, musical performances and field trips. It really is a wonderful place for your loved one! We highly recommend!

My experience has been that each and every staff member has gone out of their way to provide a very enjoyable new home for me. They call me by name, they check in with me to make sure I am happy and secure. I could barely walk from my bedroom to my living room in my house in Houston, but since I've been here, at Atria Collwood my physical condition has improved dramatically. I think it is because I spend more time walking around the lovely property as well as participating in the many fun activities. I did not think I could possibly find a place that I could afford financially and I am thrilled that this new home is within m y budget. Thank you for making every day a holiday and every meal a feast

[name removed] explained in detail about The Atria at Hometown and we did not have any “surprises “, she followed through with items we discussed before move in and made sure all was completed to our satisfaction.

I came to spend time with my son and his family in Flower Mound shortly after losing my husband. A dear friend and her husband had moved to Atria several years ago and I spent the day with them. As soon as I entered the lobby I felt at home. We were greeted not only by staff members but many residents. Our friends treated us to lunch and told us all about Atria. I immediately told my son that this was where I wanted to be; I wanted to be back in my home state and Atria definitely felt like home. We toured the entire facility the next day and I selected my apartment and moved in a month later. I have been here for six months now and I have made so many wonderful friends. I feel safe, the staff takes good care of us, I love my extended family and I am so happy here. I know I am exactly where God wants me to be.

My loved one is a resident at Atria Oakridge. The staff are great. Communication with the family is good. The meal quality is good. We are very happy and comfortable with the decision we made to choose Atria Oakridge. Every Resident that we have spoken with loves it there and many of them have been there for MANY years! I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

What we really like most about this community is that they understand my brother's needs as a mentally ill man and are accommodating with services he really requires. Management team is flexible and responsive. A please to work with the Atria team. Yes, we would definitely recommend Atria Cranford to other families looking for a place for their loved ones. And I am very pleased with A Place For Mom. [name removed] was terrific.

A spacious floor plan for a fair, competitive rate. Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Transportation that's free up to ten miles, which takes care of almost all of my driving needs. Delicious meals prepared twice a day, breakfast and lunch, with tons of choices and options (and lunches can be held for dinner)! Housekeeping once a week, which helps me greatly (I'm handicapped). The facilities have a handy library, a comfy movie theater, a useful fitness center, a luxurious heated pool, a putting green, game tables (including billiards!), a lovely chapel, and tons of varied activities every single day of the week! And the residents are some of the friendliest people I've ever met! I love living here!

I picked this community, because it's comfortable. There is a talented gal with a daily calendar providing trips and many activities. She reached out to me and i started a knitting weekly group.

We are so pleased with the Atria at Hometown! [name removed] was so helpful and patient during our tour when we asked a million questions! She helped us navigate making sure that my mother-in-law's needs and preferences were addressed even though she was not able to be present and we were looking for her. Then when it came time for the move, that went as smoothly as we could imagine. Now, my mother-in-law in living there and thriving! She loves the food, activities and the friends and we are so grateful! We were worried because she had previously been isolated and we could only help her so much, but now she is happy and thriving and close by! Thank you [name removed] and staff at Atria at Hometown for making this whole experience easy and pleasant and for being a wonderful place for my mother-in-law!

I am happy with my apartment and the staff is always helpful. I enjoy all the activities and being with friends. I love being close to my family too.

We had received a bunch of referrals from “A Place for Mom” and started the process of talking to ones in the area we thought most convenient for our family. I really wasn’t interested in the Plainview area for my mother. But the phone call I had was so enthusiastic and really warm, my intuition said I had to take a tour. The Atria Plainview is just beautiful. That makes a difference to us, to keep my mother’s spirits up. The level of professionalism was unmatched with my other tours. Everyone was happy and really friendly and truly helpful. I feel relieved my mother is in this wonderful community.

I'm going to have to say after only a week it's a 5 across the board. Everyone who works here is committed to making sure the residents in memory care are safe and engaged. No one is sitting alone in their room, or allowed to sleep all day. The floor is immaculate- rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day. Laundry is done on the floor so nothing gets lost in a gang laundry. The engagement staff plan activities and are loving and attentive. The floor is built on an oval so if someone wanders they always wind up back in common areas. Residents can take as long as they like to eat - no one takes the plates away after a certain amount of time. Staff get to know residents and can anticipate their needs and schedules. PT and OT are on site as is a salon. I joke and tell people my mom is at memory care at the Four Seasons... it's that amazingly.
