Everything is a 5. It's a bit expensive, and there should more help, but it's a great place. Very clean, and the food is excellent! I do have a private care giver during the day which helps my mom. It's a tough job, and some people need more help than others. So the staff has to work extra hard! That's why I said they need more help

They've hired a lot of new people so it's just getting the new team up to speed. Better communication between residents and families. That their entire focus is memory care. I liked the smaller neighborhoods and various areas to dine, watch TV, socialize. Felt more like a home than a facility.

I moved my mother from another Memory Care facility to Artis. She has a beautiful room and can open her door to the entire community. There are activities all day long and she eats meals with other residents from her “neighborhood”. The entire staff has been wonderful, and there’s always a nurse available. She’s getting excellent care and is so happy!

My dad has memory issues. He moved to Artis two months ago. He very much likes it there. The place is clean, well organized and the staff are professionals. Artis specializes in memory care which my dad really needs. The community has ties with medical, health and beauty services delivered in house.

The Artis Way is an amazing program to allow your loved ones dealing with issues of memory loss to live a dignified and full life in a safe and secure environment. After looking at every venue in Broward and Palm Beach counties we chose The Artis way for our “wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend “ as she lives her life in the moment, we live ours knowing she is happy and secure. Sadly it is the family not the resident that deals with the realities of this horrific disease and the entire staff and community of Artis has made all the difference in the world to our lives. If you are dealing with this go visit you will not regret it .

Artis has been great! I'd give them a 5 star rating! Staff is always positive. Tons of daily activities. Facility is beautiful and clean. My mom is safe and well cared for.

It's a good value for money (although they're raising rent 8% next year)- the staff are friendly and care about the residents' well being. They were already my top choice due to their activities calendar (they had lots of options I thought my family member would like), and were also one of the most convenient locations and in our price range, but the admins went above and beyond to help us get my family member here and safe. We had a difficult situation involving an imminent out-of-state hospital discharge with shifting goalposts/timeframes, a dementia diagnosis, and a move from another state. They were the only place that was able to accommodate a short-term stay on very short notice while my family member's condition stabilized, and I was very happy to be able to move them in permanently at the end of the short-term stay.

From the moment we made arrangements to move my mother from New Jersey to Yardley on 3 days notice, the staff at Yardley took ownership and made the transition as smooth as possible... The facility is in immaculate condition and a pleasant experience for a brand new resident as they get a lot of attention from medical staff, housekeeping, and floor staff responsible for their schedule.

I picked this community because of the location. I would highly recommend.

I would say 5 on all categories. My mother in law has adjusted well and looks better than she has in quite some time. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

We love the community. The staff are wonderful, mom loves the activities and food. The facilities are new and clean. We chose the community because they put a lot of thought into personal care planning for mom. They make her feel loved and valued and she is so happy there.

I would have to say 5's across the board at this point! We couldn't be more pleased with the care and communications we receive from Artis. I researched with you to find Artis however, I live a thousand miles away in NJ. We have been out and will visit again in Dec. but brother [name removed] has 3 siblings within an hour visiting often and all have given excellent reviews of Artis. On behalf of the [name removed] family we have found Artis to be supportive of our concerns through every aspect of the move, transition, programs, outdoor walking opportunities, communications and care!

My loved one was previously a resident at Artis Senior Living of Eatontown and everything about his experience at this facility was very good. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff, care services, activities and value for cost were also great. This was the best place for my loved one and I'm grateful for this facility. I would recommend Artis Senior Living of Eatontown to others.

From the day I toured, the Artis team has been caring and welcoming. I toured several other facility’s but non compared to this one. The activities, patio and staff make the difference. The families of the resident are very supportive to new families. I recommend Artis.

What we like the most about the Artis Senior Living community is the staff team they have working there! We would definitely recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones!

From all of the other memory care senior living communities in the area I choose Artis Senior Living Wilmette for my father, and I can’t express how impressed I was with every aspect of it. From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere immediately put me at ease. The staff demonstrated an unparalleled level of compassion and expertise in caring for residents with memory impairments. The community’s living spaces were thoughtfully designed to promote comfort and familiarity, with beautiful common areas and secure outdoor spaces that residents can enjoy safely. The engagement programs were exceptional, providing meaningful and enriching activities that catered to individual interests and needs. What truly sets this memory care community apart is the genuine, heartfelt care provided to each resident. The staff takes the time to get to know the residents on a personal level, ensuring that their physical and emotional needs are met with the utmost dedication.

We often comment to each other how lucky we are that our sibling is at Artis. Every single person who works there has been fantastic. We have a lot of interaction with the excellent [name removed] who provides us with updates. It is reassuring to receive these updates. Our sibling might not have full-blown dementia, but Artis is a safe, caring environment which is just what we needed to find.

My Mom is a resident at Artis in Evesham for approximately 6 months. I feel that she is getting the best care. All of the people who work at Artis are kind and caring and know her by name. [name removed] sends me photos of my Mom participating in bowling, petting a visiting llama, exercising chair yoga just to name a few. I’ve visited during mealtime and food is fresh, tasty and varied. In fact I was there on one occasion when the chef came to the activity center and wanted to know what were their favorite foods that he would add to the upcoming menus.

My sister and I love the Great Falls memory care community for my mom so much the entire staff is so terrific. He care aids are like family. We feel blessed to have found it. My mom is very happy there. I recommend it for anyone looking for memory care.
