The staff here is good and they work well with mom. At first there was problems, but they were prompt to get them handled. Mom likes the food and going to the dining hall to mingle. The community and moms room is always clean and neat. I'm glad that mom always have enough to keep her busy.

They offer a variety of daily activities and mom is always involved in one. She is making a lot of new friends. She is on a special diet and she seems to like the food. They keep the community clean. I would recommend this community. The staff are professional, friendly and seem happy to work there.

My husband is doing very well. The staff is wonderful here. Their is a wide variety of food to choose from. They offer activities in which sometimes my husband participates. The community is very well up kept and clean.

I have tried the food at this care home and it is good. They offer healthy choices for the residents. The home is kept clean. The staff are very nice and encourage my mom to participate in some of the daily activities offered. They also help her with her personnel needs.

The helpful staff, the great food, the variety of activities have been more than I expected for my brother. After being in 3 other facilities he is finally at a facility that treats him properly with care and dignity.

My wife needed more care than I could provide. Coming to that realization is a difficult thing. I was not being fair to my wife or myself. Finding the place that feels right and comfortable and has the right direction and outlook is tough. I felt that Artis of Evesham was the right place the first time I took the tour and talked to the people there. My wife has been a resident for 30 days and I couldn't be happier with the care and friendship she is receiving. The staff is great, everyone of them. Food is excellent. The place is extremely well kept and the outdoor area is spacious. I highly recommend Artis of Evesham.

My dad was eager to move in. However, he needed to be conjolled into joining in on the activities. He now admits that these daily activities are making a world of difference. I have not seen him so actively engaged and engaging in quite a while. Although I take him for our regular Sunday breakfasts and for some little excursions, he is always eager to go back and join in with his group of friends. They are all in the same "boat" and their infections laughter and quiet compassion are the best medicines. The entire staff are candidates for saint hood. They allow each individual to contribute in any way they can; whether it is folding napkins or greeting people coming into the community. This goes along way to helping the individual maintain a sence of diginity and self-importance. ARTIS…you got this RIGHT!!!!!

Upon the sudden death of my mother, my main focus in life was to find an appropriate facility to place my 90 year old father who was suffering from dementia. My goal was to find a facility that (1) met my requirements and standards, and (2) provided an environment where my dad would be safe and happy. The Great Falls Assisted Living (GFAL) facility in Herndon, VA, became the answer to my prayers. My family and I are so grateful to have found such is a warm, loving and home-like environment in which to place our father. The staff is outstanding; consistently demonstrating loving care and respect for all residents. The facility is beautiful inside and out and well maintained. GFAL provides a daily activities program that is fun, entertaining, as well as physically, spiritually, and mentally stimulating. Any time I have any issues or concerns, they are quickly addressed by leadership and the staff. All the staff, (leadership, CNAs, nursing staff, activities staff, cooking staff, and maintenance staff), interact with residents on a daily basis with dedication, smiling faces, kindness, respect, and a sense of family. Thank you GFAL for keeping my dad safe and happy.

I have been very pleased with the care my family member has received at Great Falls Assisted Living. The entire team is caring and concerned about each resident and their family. The facility is spacious and homelike, providing safety and a wide range of activities. I used to feel like I was on my own after years of caregiving but I have a team with me now.

Beautiful and very new facility designed especially for dementia residents. Lots of space for residents to walk around and explore, including all enclosed outdoor area. Also plenty of cozy community and sitting areas throughout. Family and visitors are always welcome. There are many activities for the residents and families and a support system for family members. Staff is very caring and welcoming to the residents and families.

The staff is great! They are all so friendly and caring . The management team is a delight to work with! They care for all the residents with such passion. Residents have private rooms within four "neighborhoods". With each "neighborhood" having its own dinning area, staffs on duty, and living room area. They also have various activities throughout the day such as book club, singing and dancing, bingo, trivia, arts and crafts, zumba, and birthday/holiday celebrations to name a few. The activities team is great at coming up with unique and fun activities for the residents to participate in. We have loved they way they care for our loved one so far.

Having toured this community and interacting with both management,staff and residents,I was completely bowled over by how wonderful the atmosphere was.The residents looked clean, happy and well cared for, the staff were so pleasant to be around, I was very impressed with the activities dept, everyone was happy and engaged, the grounds are a great bonus for the residents to walk around while still being kept safe and secure.A community that definitely stands out from the rest. On a final note I got to meet the whole management team who really were like one big happy family answering all questions and offering to help where they could .AMAZING PLACE

They do a wonderful job at Artis Senior Living! The entire community just has a warm, friendly, family feel to it. The staff could not be more caring and helpful! I like that the aides and nurses don't have specific jobs or tasks, everyone helps out with everything, it really makes it feel like one big family. They've got a full schedule of activities to keep everyone active and entertained, and they're great about encouraging the residents to participate. It's just a super place, and I haven't heard a negative word about it from any of the other families I have spoken to with loved ones here!

There are good spaces for them to wander around if their patient likes to wander – and never get out – with lots of little doors to go through, but still be secure. The food looks good. Our loved one eats well. There is enough parking – there is a church right next door for overflow parking. There are nice wide hallways, more windows. The handrails are molding… but it is built out so it doesn’t look ‘hospital-y’.

I believe this community is one of a kind by the staff and care they give to each resident. Not only are they focused solely on memory care residents but they are focused on helping the families that are involved in the process and lives of the memory care residents. If you are looking for a community for your loved one with memory loss...look no further. You will not be disappointed.

Visited on with director. Long visit, very nice place. Didn't actually visit lived-in areas, only unoccupied areas. Neighborhood has central bathroom/shower (no private showers), and central dine-in areas. Very nice grounds inside courtyards. Director is very experienced, well versed in memory care issues and concerns--really good resource, very personable.

We love it. So does my mom. I would highly recommend it. Many of the problem seem to have come from the pandemic and the newness of the place.

The staff members are all very friendly. There are plenty of activities provided for the residents to participate in. I have not eaten here but it looks like the food is good. It is more expensive than the other Artis facility nearby. So far we have had a good experience at Atris Senior Living of Bridgetown.

There was a few key things about the Artis Senior Living community that led to us hand picking this community. The warmth and compassion that is shown and given from everybody who is there is just wonderful. Also our loved one has the ability to have direct medical assistance from her nurse 24/ which has been huge. The meals are absolutely fantastic we would et there everyday if we could and the activities are amazing. It is a safe, clean and overall good place for mom. Based on the experience we have had so far we would absolutely recommend the community to others.

We chose Olney Assisted Living because of the newness of the facility, when I talked to the chef he seemed very focus on being responsive to residents likes, and also just the kindness of the staff members. They did have a lot of leadership turnover while we were here. Another concern I had was that they told us it was an age in place facility, but they were only level 2 certified for memory care. At the very end of my moms life we hade to move her someplace else. Overall I would recommend them to others looking, it was a high quality facility.
