I like the Directors Philosophy. He is Highly Educated and Experienced. The Community is Very Caring.

It was nice, and I really loved the people there. It was clean, and I liked the set up. I didn't really have any complaints, It may not have been the right fit for my mom, but I really liked the place. My loved one didn't really do any activities so I can't comment on those.

The facility we toured was still under construction but will be beautiful once its done! Kathi snd Audrey were awesome! You can tell they have the residents best interest at hand! Unfortunately it was over my budget.

My overall feedback about the Cypress Springs in Wichita would be be four stars. My father stayed there and we are pleased with their services. I would recommend the Cypress Springs in Wichita to other folks looking for options for their loved ones. We are pleased with their services.

Chrissy and the staff were very attentive and helpful throughout the admissions process. My husband has found some friends there and enjoys the activities they do with him.

Initially loved this place. Thought it was the answer to our problems. They have had so many Corporate "Cuts "in staff, food quality and general everyday care for residents that is inexcusable for amount of money they charge. Food is cold and tasteless. Where is the "chef"? Good employees are leaving and going elsewhere, when they should be rewarded and compensated for their hard dedicated work. Clarity Point you better get it together cause right now your on the gravy train but there are a lot of disgruntled familes with our loved ones in your care. Things better improve, promises are not being kept.

This is a caring community where the staff truly care about each resident. All of the staff work together to make the Cypress Springs community a safe environment with interactive activities to stimulate the brain . The staff encourage residents frequently through out the day. They have a positive upbeat attitude and make it a pleasant and non-stressful environment for residents to meet and create new friendships.

They do a good job with the care. I like the fact that they offer daycare, and the cost is within reason for daycare.

This is strictly a true Alzheimer's unit. It was built right next door to Paloma Landing, where my mother used to live, so we took a quick tour of it but the people there were more in the vegetative state. My mother didn't need quite that level of care.

The men don't get the same amount of activities as the women do. They do things like sing-alongs and crocheting; there's not a lot of guy stuff to do. We are working on that personally. What I like is that the resident to staff ratio is 7:1. It is a small facility and I really like that. We all like that. If we ever have any questions, there is always more than one person that we can ask. I haven't had the food yet, but this Thursday they are having a Thanksgiving dinner!

At times the staff can be helpful. At other times, they can be unhelpful. The facility itself is fine. The activities could be better.

I would encourage you to look around at different communities. Here they are understaffed and controlling with what the residents can have to eat and drink. This has made it hard on my loved one to adjust to the community.

So far things are ok and she seems to be adjusting well. It is always clean and fresh whenever I go to visit. Staff are very personable and caring towards the residents. There are some things I have not been very pleased with, a lot of her personal items have been lost or taken. I pay extra for her level of care and I think they try to do their best, but it could be improved. Just make sure to advocate for your loved one.

It is a good choice for memory care needs. Just like all places I feel they are understaffed, they need more staff. Food is good. The room layout is good, the rooms are all around the central area no dead ends it goes around in a circle. They have two wings so it keeps things in smaller groups. Communication with the families is not very good.Especially now with the Covid-19 they do not have good communication. When we first moved in we had questions and we got different answers from every person we asked. We should not have had to work so hard to get answers to things I thought should have been told to us initially.

We chose Chelsea Brookdale Memory Care because it is a smaller community and I wanted more one on one care provided for my loved one. It is very clean and well-maintained. It is basically well run and they have a good understanding of memory care issues. The staff is friendly and caring and they are doing the best that they can with the amount of staff that they have. The food is okay, they offer a variety of meals, but they do not offer alternative choices. They offer activities and try to tailor the activities to accommodate the different levels of the resident's ability. They have a safe and secure nicely landscaped area outdoor for the residents to enjoy the fresh air. The directors say they are working on improving their staff to resident ratio. I would recommend this community to others if they had more staff.

This looked like a nice community when we visited. This community offers an enclosed courtyard and a lot of nice amenities. The staff I met were nice and they seem to accommodate the residents dietary needs.

Being a new facility, they have some kinks to work out. Staffing ratio is much better than other facilities. They have suffered some staff turnover and people in management have left, leaving open positions. They have state of the art technology related to patient safety (movement monitoring in all rooms). The security systems, cleanliness of the facility and the director/staff's desire to provide a positive, caring environment are why we chose Harvester Place over three others. I think once they get their "sea legs "on, they will be a stellar facility.

My tour of this facility went fine. This is an acceptable community. From what i saw, they keep the general areas maintained, but there was a foul smell lingering at times.The staff was pleasant and friendly, they did answer all my questions. Also they were very knowledgeable. It looked a little to much like a nursing home. Also it had a nursing home vibe. It just wasn't the community for my mother in law.
