Anthem Memory Care

I have no complaints about the care that my mother has been receiving from this community. The staff have been wonderful and have been accommodating her needs to the best of there ability. She has had no complaints of the food and enjoys participating in activities with the other residents from time to time. Overall we are pleased.

My sister and I toured many communities with one being Autumn Leaves of Glen Ellyn. The facility was clean and organized. The person that took us around answered our questions and was friendly, but we found another community that for my mother's needs best.

This looked like beautiful community. The people I met were nice and I think it is going to be a good community. This community only offered memory care and we were also looking for independent living.

This community is nice. The staff are nice and they are always willing to make things better if there are issues. The community.is clean and maintained. The activities are good for her and she really likes music. I like being able to take my mom outdoors. I would recommend this community for a good value and care of a love one. Sometimes they seem alittle short staffed, but they are improving that.

The staff is taking good care of my mother at the Chislom Place. They had a lot of outings and activities that my mother is starting to join more of. My father has been with her during the meal time and said the meals look good.

Everything is working out well since my mothers move to this community. It has been a good move for her, and her needs. They are providing her with great care, and I am satisfied. The staff is wonderful, they have been great to work with. This is a community I would recommend, it is working out very well for us.

The caregivers were very attentive. Everytime I visited the residents were being included in group activities that were appropriate for individual abilities. The family atmosphere was very obvious. Even the support staff (business office and maintenance staff were everpresent and knew each patient by name.

We liked the Harvester Place quite a bit. There were a lot of things about the place that we really liked. It was still very new, though, and still developing. it was clean and there was a lot of positive to it.

This community is nice and bright. The food is good and they just recently hired an activities director. This is a newer modern community. The staff are nice and we have good communication with them. They work to try and resolve any issues that may arise. This community is located close to the expressway. I would recommend this community.

Everything is working out very well for my mother since her move to this community. I am pleased with her move here. I know she is safe and in a good place. It is a good community, and they do a good job with keeping the facility nice and tidy. It is a community I would recommend. It has worked out well for us, and my mother is well.

My loved one and I have no complaints about our tour at this community. The staff was knowledgeable and gave my mom and I a lot of useful information during our visit. The community was kept clean and was well maintained with lots of great amenities.

Morningside Place has been providing great care for my husband. His meals have great portions to them and also the presentation is good. The staff is very caring and helpful. One thing i wish could change is if the staff can please make sure that before my loved ones medicine runs out to notify me. He has been without medicine at times because i am not notified with time that he ran out of it. Everything else is great and the community is highly recommended.

The caregivers at this community are great. They have helped with her special diet and really seem to care about the residents. I have good communication with them, however I do have to go through the nurse if I need anything changed. They just hired a new activities director and I have not seen as many activities as before. This is a clean well taken care of community.

Brand new, 16-18 months old as of Aug 2016. Felt "sterile" to me, like a hospital, but people seem to be treated well. Lots of activities. "Reasonable" pricing.

So far everything is working out pretty well. I really enjoy the fact my father is able to get his physical therapy right here at the community. The community looks great, they do a good job with the cleaning. The staff is good, but they are under staffed at times. Also they use temp. care givers that aren't very trained and knowledgeable. I would like to see them get a good permanent staff. He is trying many of the activities they offer. The food is good, he enjoys the meals. I know he is safe and I would recommend this facility.

This is a brand new facility and they are really trying their best to work with us. The community is very nice and clean. We are still working on some things with the staff. The owner is really trying her best to fix all the issues. It is a new community it is expected. There many activities offered, and the staff is very encouraging to my mother. My mother is still adjusting. The is great, they have a chef. They are patient with her, and very willing to work with us. I would recommend it.

I have been very happy with the care my mother has received at Willowbrook. The staff is competent and appears to enjoy caring for the residents. My mother has had the same caretakers for most of her time here which is important with Alzheimer's patients.

We are still new to this chapter but so far things are going well overall. Everyone at Chelsea Place is compassionate and conscientious. I feel we are safe and in good hands. Thank you.
