So far I'am comfortable with my mothers move to this community. Everything is working well, and I'am satisfied. She is doing well, and they are taking good care of her. The staff is kind, and welcoming when I come to visit. They do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. The only issue we had been with her laundry services getting did. They have since seemed to have corrected that issues. The meals are nice. They have activities available for the residents. Everything has worked out well for us at this community, and I would recommend it.

The staff at this community have all been wonderful to my loved one since she has recently made the move. I am comfortable with the quality of care they are providing her and I like that she feels safe in her new living environment. She has had no complaints about the food and has enjoyed a few of the activities that they provide throughout the week. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

This community was our second choice. We liked it when we took our tour. The people were nice and the community is clean. This community did not have a lot of residents when we visited and we were looking for a community with more residents for mom to socialize with.

My husband had a short respite stay at this community. The caregivers were helpful and friendly. The community is clean and the grounds are beautiful. They have a chef on staff and the food was excellent. They offered daily activities including walks outside. He would have stayed there if the community did not change their minds on the pricing at the last minute.

The staff has done a wonderful job communicating with the family. When we tried the food it was amazing. The community is very well kept and updated. We really enjoy that mom has her own living space in her room. They offer many activities such as bingo, jeopardy, and other games.The activities director is amazing! She has come in on her days off to ensure the residents don't miss out. She is spread thin and she could use some help.

I'am satisfied with this community, my father is doing pretty well here.The community looks great, they do a very good job keeping his room and the community neat and tidy. The staff is very good, they have been attentive and responsive to my concerns. He is trying many of the activities surprisingly. The food is good, but a little to southern for my father's taste. Overall everything is well. This is a community I would recommend.

My husband was placed at the Angels Senior Living at Connerton at the end of May of this year. He has alzheimer's Disease. I was impressed by the neatness, cleaniness and modern it was on the inside. We were greeted by several people, explained things to us, had a great meeting with the Director, who was very much up front and we could understand every aspect of the facility. Was taken to the Alzheimers section where my husband would be staying, very clean, organized and the room my husband is staying in is very nice. It is a semi however at this time he is alone which is wonderful because it is giving him a chance to do the transition to his new home. It did however take a couple of weeks before he settled into the new home but with the help of the nurses and others he is doing much better. Have had a few meals with him and they are very good and a good serving too. So grateful I found this place with the help of Mariam [Removed] from A Place for Moms. She was an absolutely angel in getting me thru all this stressful time. Would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a place for parents or spouses . She becomes a friend to you which you will need at a time like this, there has been a tremendous amount of stress over the past couple of years. Thank you all for being such kind, understanding, sweet and helpful people to someone that was so lost when this happened.

I'am very impressed with this community and everything they have done for us. This is a very clean community, they keep everything looking very nice and neat. The staff is wonderful, they are caring for my husband very well. Even my family is impressed with this community. They offer great activities. The food is great, they have a very good selection of food. He is diabetic and they are very accommodating with that. Everything is working out very well and I would recommend it.

Originally they took him but when they went to visit him, they changed his mind. They said that it was because of his rash, but my uncle is very difficult to handle. The facility is very nice. They were good to deal with.

Met with Aaaron. Very impressed with him and facility. However, after sleeping and praying on it, I don't think R needs a refrigerator, etc. Five years ago he may have needed that, but now he needs more attention...

Looked pretty good, but we felt that Horizon Bay would better suit her needs. It was a new building, and the facility looked nice. It was very close to the grocery store.

I think they are very typical/. Response time for the "help button" they provide was GREATLY oversold, as sometimes they have to wait 45 minutes for help. Staffing shortages issues are non-stop it seems. Food actually is pretty darn good, as well their ability to deal with special requests in the food prep. Actiivtes are what you would expect...lame holiday parties, bingo, cards.

They are very friendly and good at getting my mom out the room. There often is no one at the reception desk. The cleaning for the rooms is minimum. I just asked them the sweep under the bed because it has not been done since she moved there. I have to ask them to help my mom shower or make sure she showers. Much of the staff is good. Concerns about the cleaning team and the CNA's. I think is in the same everywhere.

It seemed clean, staff was very nice and informative, and the location is a mile from my mom - so she can easily see my dad there.

We picked this community because, it looked better than other places. They need more staff so they can care for the residents. If your loved one, requires high needs, then this community wont be sufficient enough.

The Angels Senior Living at New Tampa was a very nice tour. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. It seemed very nice with the religious undertones. They answered all of the questions we had and it was a very clean community. We chose another community that better suited our loved one's needs.
