The transportation available is not suitable for those with mobility issues, so assistance with transportation and participation in activities off site can be limited. If they are managing medications for the resident keep an eye on them to make sure the most recent orders have been received and filled. The menus are frequently not followed, so if there are dietary concerns be sure to review them to make sure suitable alternatives will be available. They are not nutrition specialists. Also review the medical services provided on-site to compare to other facilities. Although one is available for consult, this site does not have a MD for primary care, and there are very few specialists that visit regularly. Expect to transport the resident to any specialist appointments.

Great place for your parents to stay but like any other place you must stay on top of them. If they know you are present, they will treat your love ones better.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Reserves at Idlewild and overall the experience has been good. Based on the experience here so far, I would recommend this facility to others.

My family loves the staff and how they cared for my mother. The compassion in your staff is what I really loved about the place. Make it an environment that staff wants to stay. There were a few that have been here from the beginning of my mom's time at Angels. However, there are some staff that have left. Consistency and a familiar face goes a long way with clients.

Our family had an in person tour with Angels Senior Living and Angels just didn't feel like a good fit for us. The community had a smaller apartment for more money.

My loved one is currently a resident at Angels Senior Living at Connerton Court and overall things have been good for her at this facility. The move in process was great. The activities are okay. The meals include a lot of fried foods, so we have had to adjust to that. However, the kitchen staff was just replaced so maybe it will get better. Most places seem to offer reserved transportation, but this facility does not. The staff are very friendly. The facility is very clean. You do have to really stay on top of things like medications, trash pickup, appropriate meals, etc. So, I guess I could recommend this facility for people in the area who are ready to monitor closely. The people are so nice, from the cleaning staff, to the nurses. And the Director really tries, but she may have too much on her plate.

Our family had an in person tour with Angels Senior Living, and it was a nice tour experience but the reason they receive 4/5 stars is because it was much more expensive. Compared to the community we chose for our loved one, the Angels wanted almost [fee removed] more per month.

This community is very nice and very clean - they could use more help just like everyone, but all of the staff members are very nice and really try to be helpful. They are very good with the residents and we do think the executive director is great. The experience has been great and they are terrific to work with,

I toured this community twice, once without my loved one and once with him. The first tour was great, the second one with my loved one not so much. They weren't very accommodating with my loved one as far as his wheelchair needs. He'd just gotten out of the hospital and came to do the tour, they used a broken wheelchair with no footrests for the tour. It was uncomfortable for him.

I only have a couple of issues. First, the after hours communication with the actual site is not good. They have some internal issues with that that they're trying to address, but I don't know that they've resolved those issues yet. I've had to bring it to their attention several times. My other problem is the wi-fi internet connection is not stable in my loved one's room. But those are my only issues, both of them technical. The staff is very friendly and very kind. I've had no problems there. I think the activities are great. And the food looks and smells good.

We chose Angels Senior Living because of the location, the price, and the facility is only 2 years old so it is clean and new. We actually got a locked in rate so it will never go up while she is here which is great. She is in memory care so her room is not as big as assisted living, but it is adequate for what she needs and she has her own private bathroom. Overall, I would recommend them to others who are looking.

My parents are enjoying living at this community. The food is very good. The community does offer daily activities. The staff have been helpful and friendly. The grounds are taken care of and there are woods across the street. I would recommend this community.

I have no complaint about the tour I had taken of this community for my loved one . The staff where very professional during our tour and made sure to answer any questions we had for them. It was just not the right fit in the end decision.

I have no complaints of how things are going for my loved one since he has made the move into this community. The staff are very friendly and have made sure to accommodate his needs to the best of there ability. He has had no issues with the meals and enjoys the different activities they have available throughout the day. Overall we are pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

My mother, and I had a nice tour of this community. Everything looked very nice. The staff was kind, and informative. This is a newer facility compared to others. Our issue was the fact that this is a multi level community, and my mother wasn't comfortable with that. She wanted a single level community. This wasn't the right for us

So far I'am comfortable with my mothers move to this community. Everything is working well, and I'am satisfied. She is doing well, and they are taking good care of her. The staff is kind, and welcoming when I come to visit. They do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. The only issue we had been with her laundry services getting did. They have since seemed to have corrected that issues. The meals are nice. They have activities available for the residents. Everything has worked out well for us at this community, and I would recommend it.

The staff at this community have all been wonderful to my loved one since she has recently made the move. I am comfortable with the quality of care they are providing her and I like that she feels safe in her new living environment. She has had no complaints about the food and has enjoyed a few of the activities that they provide throughout the week. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

This community was our second choice. We liked it when we took our tour. The people were nice and the community is clean. This community did not have a lot of residents when we visited and we were looking for a community with more residents for mom to socialize with.

My husband had a short respite stay at this community. The caregivers were helpful and friendly. The community is clean and the grounds are beautiful. They have a chef on staff and the food was excellent. They offered daily activities including walks outside. He would have stayed there if the community did not change their minds on the pricing at the last minute.

The staff has done a wonderful job communicating with the family. When we tried the food it was amazing. The community is very well kept and updated. We really enjoy that mom has her own living space in her room. They offer many activities such as bingo, jeopardy, and other games.The activities director is amazing! She has come in on her days off to ensure the residents don't miss out. She is spread thin and she could use some help.
