She is truly genuine, friendly, patient, understanding and has a great personality. I love your community and all the amenities it has to offer my step father in starting to feel at home. The Lodges of Idlewild is an absolutely outstanding Assisted Living Facility. Not only do they provide superior care for their residents, they also provide amazing support for the families. Living out of state, they have kept me informed and made me feel like I was there with my mother when I could not be sending me photos, texts, emails and even phone calls. When I am able to visit I can see the care and compassion exhibited throughout the entire staff. They definitely go the extra mile for the residents and their families. We definitely selected the right place for my mother when we chose The Lodges.

I am extremely pleased with the care my Mom receives at this facility. It's been 7 months now and I still believe this is the very best place in the Lutz/North Hillsborough county area. The staff is extraordinary.

We toured this wonderful community for care . We were very happy with the staff who were will to answer the questions that we had on the care . This community is beautiful and clean and a great atmosphere . We had lunch and we indeed happy with the meal and the variety that is offered . They have alot of nice activities for the residents that can participate to stay active . This is a community that we highly recommend for the care and the value of other families to tour for them selves .

I have no complaints with how things are going for my grandparents at this community so far. The staff have been wonderful and I am content with the quality of care they have been receiving. They have a very clean facility with lots of great amenities available to all of the residents. They are enjoying there dinning experience as well as the other great activities available to all of the residents. Overall we are very pleased.

I had the difficult decision of moving my Father from a Brookdale facility wherein he had signed a life care contract. Financially, it made sense to keep him at Brookdale, but the level of neglect was becoming increasingly apparent. In the 3 short weeks that he has been at Lodges of Idelwild, he physically looks much better, and it is apparent that the staff cares about him as a person. Each member has made an effort to get him involved with the activities in direct contrast to his stay at Brookdale where he was actually left to sleep through meals. I am so thankful that I chose to move him to Lodges as I know he is treated like a family member as opposed to simply an occupant.

I am happy with the care that my mother is getting. They make you feel important. They are very helpful to her needs. I am always informed on how she is doing. The meals are excellent. The variety is nice. The community is clean They do allow pets for the residents. They have wonderful activities that she is enjoying. If there are additional charges they are added to a month bill. They have the maintenance man on site. I would highly recommend the excellent care and value to families for a loved one.

Mom seems to really like the food at this community. The staff are friendly and nice. The community is clean and well taken care of. They offer a variety of activities for the residents to enjoy. I would recommend this community.

I moved my love one from another assistant living home. We choose the wrong one the first time. The level of care and food was so bad I would not give them a 1 star. When we decided on Palm Terrace in Tampa FL we made a wonderful choice. Palm Terrace is clean, great food, friendly people, caring stuff. Palm Terrace's Administrators really know what loving care means. The stuff treats my sister like she is part of their family. My sister LOVES living at Palm Terrace. She said she feels the warm and caring love from every person working at Palm Terrace, as well as the residents are happy and that makes her happy to be with them. Palm Terrace has all the amenity and activities any one could ask for, if you are looking for a place for your love one this is the place, look no further.

I would give them 10 STARS if I could! Connerton goes ABOVE & BEYOND for the residents and the families. EVERY staff member is so friendly and helpful. Connerton takes better care of my parents than I would ever be able to. The Director of Nursing, Pedro, is so easy to work with! My parents are both 85. Mom had been diagnosed with Vascular Dementia. Connerton has a Memory Care wing and they are able to stay together (after 67 years of marriage, I would not have it any other way) Connerton was an answer to prayer!

The cleanliness is definitely a five. They’re working on getting more activities, but the really do have a good selection right now as well. My loved one is in the memory care. The staff is friendly. It’s a good community.

Toured the new facility on Bruce B. Downs and 42nd--Absolutely gorgeous! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. As expected, currently over my budget.

For the value of the money the place he was before was 3000 dollars more and it wasn't as clean or as nice, this place is just incredible. If he has to be away from home this is the best place it's like a resort. I've eaten there several times, it's very good they have well balanced meals they consider the fiber the protein the carbohydrates, the dieticians there are really really good. It's like a resort. Somethings have gone missing but I don't think that is about Connerton I think that happens everywhere. It's only a year old and when they designed this building it doesn't have that nursing home feeling it's laid out beautifully. You would think you're checking into a hotel. I never expected it to be that nice. Once you see Connerton the other ones are all fours. This place just excels.

I would recommend Connerton Court. The room size and layout of the community is excellent. The food is good. They do offer outdoor space for the residents . Overall it has been a positive experience for our family.

We are using this community for their adult day care services, and so far everything is working out well. I'am satisfied with all they have done for us. This is a nice community, and they do a good job with the cleanliness. Everything looks nice, and clean when I come. The staff is great, my mother loves them. There are plenty of activities offered, and good meals provided. It has been a good experience, and I would recommend this community.

The facility and staff are very good. I won't give an overall rating of 5 stars because every place can always find ways to improve. My mother is very happy at the Lodge. They have excellent meals and a wide variety of activities. There is something for everyone. Every Friday afternoon they have a social "happy hour" with live entertainment from 3-4. They have a theatre and they have lovely courtyards to sit outside. They allow well mannered pets which was a large plus for my mother. There are several deer that live in the woods around the facility which is nice to see. They try to plan outings for the residents which are optional.
