American Senior Communities

My sister likes the food at Allisonville Meadows, however my mom does not like it and she also does not like the taste of the water. The staff are friendly and helpful. My sister is doing real well since moving into the community. She is excited about where she is. She is involved in the community and goes to the special events. I have no problem with anything there. I would recommend this community.

Very nice and friendly. Remodeling some of the rooms and getting new carpeting.

Mom is still adjusting to life at this community. The staff are working with her to help get her more acclimated to the community by trying to get her to participate in some activities. She does not say much about the food. We are very pleased with this community overall.

This is a new community so they are still working out some minor issues. I would give the cleanliness a 5. The staff are very nice and I have no complaints. I have not been able to try the food but they say my mom is eating fairly well. She is participating in as many activities as she is able to. I would recommend this community.

They are caring for my mother very well at this community and I am pleased. Everybody is very nice and kind at this community. They keep the community very clean, my only issue has been with the cleaning in my mothers room. The nursing staff is wonderful, they are very good at what they do. She is getting involved in the activities they offer. The food has been a big problem for us, they need more of a variety of foods. The rooms are nice and everything is working out pretty well. I would recommend it.

Two counselors met with me, Mark [removed] who has only been on the job for as week or two, and Margaret [removed]. Between the two, all of my questions were answered. I liked what I saw in both the 1 Bedroom apartment and 1 bedroom plus den. Both were spacious and I especially liked having a washer/drier in each unit. Costs of both are within my range. Problem is, moving there would not be much different than my current living---in my own condo and having to cook my own meals or going own to eat (except I wouldn't have to drive). This was my first of many visits and it gave me an opportunity to see whjat is out there. Tnx for arranging it for me.

Everybody was really friendly. I think that my loved one was in the wrong place for where he should have been, because I had to keep going over there and staying with him. But other than that, I think it is a good facility.

Beech Grove Assisted Living and Garden Homes is going good. The only thing is when we moved in the garbage disposal wasn't working. There were just some things that should have been done before move in. It is a nice apartment. It has brand new carpet and new paint. Overall it has definitely been a good experience with the exception of the initial move in.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. However, I don't think the care was the best match for what my loved one was needing at the time. The community seemed a little big and busy for my loved one, and the rooms were smaller than some other places we'd seen. But overall it seems like a nice place, and is definitely worth a look!

Zionsville Meadows is a good place to live. They have great nurses and household services. The Resiodents arn' very friendlly and the their own world. l Lisa and Margaret are great Supervisors. Meals are not very good. Overal I believe it will be a great place to live. Having trouble getting my room straightened out though.

Overall I am happy, they keep a good eye on her. The nurses are all fantastic. I'm not as happy with them as I was when I first signed up. I was told some things, and they haven't really delivered. I am a little surprised at what they charge for. I was told the laundry was four dollars a load, but it's really 8 dollars. Their haircut price is ridiculous, and they charge you 7.50 to come and eat a meal with her. She is happy there though. I hear a lot of complaints about the food, it's overcooked, and there is no flavor. It took a while for maintenance to respond to a request, but there is only one maintenance guy for the whole place. It's really clean, everyone comments how clean it is, when they come and visit. It seems like they could have more entertainment, but my loved one wouldn't really participate anyway.

We ended up not touring the facility as it is a bit farther away from the family than we would like. What I can say is that we got a quick immediate response from the sales director with prices, room options, layouts, etc., and our friends that toured there said how nice it was. Quick information and a friendly attitude make for a great start!

Nice setting and lots of options, really enjoy here - can have independent living with meals and activities, price seems reasonable for the area. Very friendly, and caring, may sadly have to look at transfer to memory care soon though.

My dad really has become more outgoing since living here. He has a new lease on life.

Very happy. I feel care is above average. Food could be a little better though.

I toured Rosegate last Saturday and enjoyed talking to Hannah and seeing the facility. This is the kind of independent living I am looking for. Just not sure about taking them away from the familiarity of the east side.

Great tour. Tiana was just simply fantastic, providing information, assistance, suggestions and just a reat all time listener while I rambled on about my mom. the place is wonderful. I could really see my mom living here and being in very safe and competent hands and being allowed to be herself and get back into a new life making friends and feeling more secure than she is living alone.

The tour was great and Hannah was awesome. If we were going to consider Indianapolis, Rosegate would certainly be on the top of our list.

Zionsville Meadows has come a long way. With the new leadership in management I can see the difference in how the residents are being treated. I like that it is has all service lines so my friend will never have to leave the community. Its located in a beautiful area. I am just glad to see all of the positive changes.
