American House

My siblings and I toured many senior places for our mom and we are glad we chose this place. Everything has been great and could not be happier with our choice. If you are looking for family- go here.

I would be remiss if I did not share my experience with [name removed] at American House in Bonita Springs. After visiting two other independent living facilities in the area prior to meeting with Julia and being underwhelmed, , I was so impressed with her professionalism, warmth, and grace in presenting the lifestyle at American House. Although not ready for Mom to secure a room quite yet, this facility will be our choice. All the women that I met there seem to be having a grand time! The grounds, staff, and overall energy was so nice to witness. Thanks again to [name removed] and the others that I met that make this such a "home".

They have a very caring leadership team. However, they are a bit understaffed. But the facility is top notch - clean and really well cared for. And with the food, we really liked the options, although it can be a little bit bland at times.

Home is where your heart is and this place will have it in no time. From the time I walked in the door for the first time, the atmosphere had me falling in love with the residents, the staff and the overall appearance of the facility, inside and out. It's a beautiful place and perfect to live out your senior years enjoying what you need the most; socialization, good nutrition and all the in-betweens. Residents here are always out and moving around. Whether they are taking a leisurely stroll around the grounds, attending a craft class, watching a movie, singing in the choir, playing games or relaxing in the lounge with friends and family, you are guaranteed to receive a friendly "hello". The staff here treats you like family. The support from the front desk all the way through maintenance will have you feeling right at home.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour was good, the staff were very friendly. The community was just a little to modern for our loved one and still a little to new.

Overall the community had the services to meet our loved ones needs while they were there. Based on that experience we would recommend the community to others.

This has been a great experience for my loved one at Mount Prospect. My loved one is getting socialization with other residents. They do try and engage the residents in different events. There is a hair salon on site for the residents to take advantage of. This has allowed for my loved one to feel more at home in the community. The room that my loved one has feels more like a home. There is a sink, and full size refrigerator in the room. Overall, it's been fabulous. The community moves the residents into the community and their rooms. My loved one was able to walk in and immediately feel at home. There was a big welcome event for my loved one the day they moved in.

American House Staff is amazing. Everyone was very friendly during our tour. The exceptional care for the residents of the community was amazing to see. A true community.

My dad loves living at American House. The staff and care is awesome. This is the best life for dad, lots to do, warm weather, friends and caring staff.

Both of my parents moved into this community about [dates removed]. It made their last years fun, enjoyable and safe. A couple of the employees treated my parents as family and I will always love them. I would 100% recommend this community.

I would recommend this community for your loved one. They could do a few more activities with the residents but other than this everything is good.

I give American House Keen top marks on everything! They have been absolutely fantastic. The staff and everyone there is super kind and respectful. The facility is clean and wonderful. My family member loves it there, and we couldn't be happier.

I have worked with American House Bonita Springs through home health. I have worked with the residents and staff closely. I would recommend this community to everyone.
