My loved one was previously a resident at Legacy at Highwoods Preserve and the overall experience was good. The staff response is good. The care services are good. The housekeeping is minimal. The nurse is caring. I would recommend Legacy at Highwoods Preserve to others.

When it comes to the activities I wish they had more variety but they have plenty to do. I love the staff at The Village at Heritage Park. They are so caring, friendly and communicative. I love how it is so easy to get the information I need regarding my Dad and they are quick to respond and react to my concerns. They have been beyond amazing in regards to giving my Dad his medications and following through with his care plan. The other residents are amazing too. The residents reach out to me and give me updates on my Dad. It is a real family like environment in regards to how the residents look after one another. My Dad has made a lot of good friends and reports that he really likes The Village. I would highly recommend The Village. Tina in Marketing was amazing to work with and made my Dad's move in to The Village seamless. She has also made a point to check in on my Dad to see how he is doing. So many amazing staff!!!!

The Village at Heritage Park was a great place for her--very caring staff--but her brain cancer was terminal, and she spent the last month of her life on hospice care within the same room, which was made to accommodate her rapid state. The staff, care, food and activities were top-notch. While we were clients, the way payment worked was always somewhat convoluted. There were irrelevant charges that were mistakenly left on future bills. They've recently switched out certain staff, so this is not likely an issue anymore.

I will recommend this place .I chose this place because of the location its close to her hospital and doctors.

The only reason we gave the activities a 3 is because we wish they had more of a variety to offer the residents but the still have plenty to do. I love the staff at The Village at Heritage Park. We chose Legacy of Highwoods Preserve mostly due to the facilities proximity to me. So far we have had excellent care, staff are friendly, there is a nurse on premise, great activities, and it is very clean. On the meals, there are very little fresh fruits served. I would recommend Legacy to other families.

I found Legacy at Highwood Preserve to be comparable to the other places we toured. They seemed average. We picked a different community because we preferred the location of the room within the facility.

My 84-year old mother has had a very good experience living at Tequesta Terrace. The management and staff are outstanding.

We have had some glitches in communication when it came to the medication, but overall it is a good community. It is very clean at all times, and the entire staff is always friendly and willing to listen. More importantly our loved one, loved it there. We did eat there a couple of times and the food was very good.

This community always decorates for the holiday, we did get a chance to try the food and it was very good. The room sizes were just the right size. This is very close to home which we loved. We would recommend this to a family or friend

My mom is delicate when it comes to food so the food has been bothering her. The staff is doing a good job caring for the residents during the quarantine and trying to keep them busy. It is a very clean and friendly community. The apartments and rooms are a good size. They could use a better walking path around the community. They do have a nice courtyard and fountain for residents to enjoy.

Very nice accommodations. Pricing is in the ballpark. Major drawback for us is the distance. Even though it may be in the desired 10 miles, the traffic flow to New Tampa is horrendous.

My husband and I stayed at Legacy at Highwoods for a respite stay and it was a pretty good experience. The staff was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. I think overall I would recommend this facility.

The independent living side was very small, this community was more dedicated to assisted living. I wanted somewhere with a bigger group of independent living residents. The architecture was gorgeous and the woman was very frank about everything.

A nice community. a new and modern community. Seemed like they had alot of active people. They charged extra for physical therapy. Patients were monitored differently then what we wanted. It felt like more of a apartment experience. The staff was great, but this has more of a modern feeling then a homey community. They do offer great activities to help stay active. We would over all recommend this community to other families.

My husband is doing well here at this community. They have a good staff, I know he being cared for well. They do a good job keeping the community well-kept, and clean. They have activities available for the resident, and they have new activities director. He is pleased with the food, the meals are nice. I know he is safe and in good hands. Overall I would recommend this community.

It is a very beautiful facility. There were some things they excelled at and then some things they did not do so well with. He was here for a month and the staff were absolutely wonderful, but one thing that made me upset was that they never got him out of bed until I asked him to. I would recommend them to others looking, the price is really reasonable especially compared to some other places that we looked into.

We chose this because my mother preferred the location to me and she liked the modern, up to date look of the house, it is a very nice layout. Also the size of the closet is huge, it is almost like another room. My mother has not been able to experience the meals or activities due to covid. They are really expansive for what they offer. I would recommend as long as you can afford it.

The location/setting is very nice. The place is well-maintained inside and out the staff for the most part are quite gracious. The food could be better. They just turned over chefs, so perhaps it may improve. In case you didn't know, the director was replaced last December.
