This community is just great. We really like this community and everything are are providing for our loved ones. I like this community and think so highly of it that I would move in to this community myself. I would recommend it to anyone.

This is a nice facility somewhat hidden from a main street but that doesn't matter. We liked it very much. I will consider this one for a further, more detailed visit.

So far, our experience has been good. We did have some issues with billing in the beginning, which was fairly costly to me. It is a nice, high end place, which is what I wanted. The only issue is there is a lot of turnover in the staff, which means the same people we moved in with are no longer there. The new management really seems to be in charge of things and have done a good job with keeping the residents safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. They are good about communicating with us about my husband's care and let me know if there are any issues. The food is a little underwhelming. They do try to encourage my husband to participate in the activities.

After looking at more than 12 places all around the area The village at Heritage Park wins hands down. It is the best value for a luxury living facility. The main points for me were the backyard for my garden; my own garage; My own laundry room and the happy hour all of this for very competitive prices

Everything is going real good with my mom. We like the community and what they have to offer. Mom likes the food and the activities. We feel that they do a good job with cleaning the community and mom's room.

Every employee I have met at Villa Colima has been helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely happy to be there. They seem to make remembering the newcomers name a priority and then they use them frequently. My mother said she has so many new friends that know her name and that she was working on getting to know them all and that is just the staff! My mom has said that the food under the new style of restaurant eating program is a bit less tasty than it was prior to the change, but that has not stopped her asking for seconds. Other than that, she likes everything about the place and that makes my brother, sister and I very happy too! Thank you for taking care of her.

It is much larger than the place that she was first at. It is a very good place, and much nicer. Much better ran. Interestingly enough, a lot of people that left the Courtyards moved to Regency, so she knew quite a few people there already.

Wonderful place for my parents. So happy we made this decision. They love it here! Staff is wonderful and the other residents have been very kind in helping mom and dad to get acclimated to the community.

The Legacy staff has been very supportive and helpful to my mom moving into her new space. The environment is clean and well kept. There are many social events to keep everyone engaged and make them feel like a family. The food selections are great my mom especially likes the soups , ice cream that is home made and dessert. I really appreciate how everyone works together for the over all good of everyone.

With 13 months stay so far our experience is good except for her adjustment to the new environment. I picked this community because of a referral from A Place for Mom.

I have only had a few meals there with my loved one and I wasn't that impressed with the food. It may still be too soon to judge. It is very nicely situated in a green area and has paths for [name removed] to walk both outside and in. She's in a one bedroom with a modest walk-in closet many of the other places didn't have that perhaps most important of all they were willing to take her in assisted-living versus insisting on immediate memory care. So far the staff has been extremely kind and helpful and understanding.

What our family likes the most about The Village at Heritage Park is just having piece of mind that they can call for assistance at any time. Very friendly staff that checks in on the multiple times per day. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Everything is going very well at Western Slope Memory Care. The staff team is friendly. The activity levels are high and the meals are great. The monthly schedule events upcoming are really handy, but it would be nice if it was available online.

My loved one was previously a resident at Legacy at Highwoods Preserve and the overall experience was good. The staff response is good. The care services are good. The housekeeping is minimal. The nurse is caring. I would recommend Legacy at Highwoods Preserve to others.

The staff turnover interrupts the quality of good care. The private pay is expensive so we have very high expectations. The administrator always listens and is always willing to work and make improvements.

When it comes to the activities I wish they had more variety but they have plenty to do. I love the staff at The Village at Heritage Park. They are so caring, friendly and communicative. I love how it is so easy to get the information I need regarding my Dad and they are quick to respond and react to my concerns. They have been beyond amazing in regards to giving my Dad his medications and following through with his care plan. The other residents are amazing too. The residents reach out to me and give me updates on my Dad. It is a real family like environment in regards to how the residents look after one another. My Dad has made a lot of good friends and reports that he really likes The Village. I would highly recommend The Village. Tina in Marketing was amazing to work with and made my Dad's move in to The Village seamless. She has also made a point to check in on my Dad to see how he is doing. So many amazing staff!!!!

Well, like every place they are always short staffed! [name removed], my friend had to hire 2 private people to attend to her. A person looking for: high end, high class Would not like this place at all. They need to hire a new dietician I think.

The Village at Heritage Park was a great place for her--very caring staff--but her brain cancer was terminal, and she spent the last month of her life on hospice care within the same room, which was made to accommodate her rapid state. The staff, care, food and activities were top-notch. While we were clients, the way payment worked was always somewhat convoluted. There were irrelevant charges that were mistakenly left on future bills. They've recently switched out certain staff, so this is not likely an issue anymore.

Staff were friendly and willing to work with us to provide care that was needed. Generally, it was working together. Generally communications were good. When not, bringing it to attention of the site manager got things worked out. We would recommend them.

I will recommend this place .I chose this place because of the location its close to her hospital and doctors.
