Palm Beach Memory Care is a beautiful and well crafted Memory Care Community with fantastic staff that go above and beyond. Their Pathways program and overall approach to Memory Care is top notch and one of a kind. This is by far.....the BEST Memory Care community.

Beautiful facility, lots of activities and the food looks amazing. Residents look happy and well taken care of. This place is close to my home and easy to get to. The staff seem very friendly and willing to answer any questions.

I watched this community rise from the ground up. Covid delayed the opening but its fully open now. This community is unlike anything that I have ever seen. As a local to the area I wanted to tour the property so I could help my family as well as friends and their family members. Unfortunately, this is a big need these days... First impressions were amazing...when I walked in to the community it was bright, clean and inviting. Once I was inside I realized I was in the reception area which is secured from the area where the apartments are and where the residents there spend most of their time. The community is gorgeous. One of the first things i experienced was the multi sensory room. I have never seen one of these before. [name removed] explained the rooms design and purpose which made total sense.. not sure why I had not seen one of these before. The apartments are set up in separate neighborhoods. 4 different sections. Very interesting. This is a must see.

WOW! This community is so bright and cheerful! I have been to many memory care communities and I have to say this community gives you the feeling of love and care as soon as you walk through the doors. The community has a feel about it, and when you meet the staff you can't help but deny how their happiness and genuine care flows and ebs throughout! If you're looking for memory care for a loved one - this is it!

This community is top notch when thinking of Memory Care for a loved one. From specialized training for staff, the thoughtful design of the community, to the high-tech apartment monitoring system they ARE what a memory care community should be!

what we like most about The Village at Heritage Park are the staff. The staff has been absolutely wonderful. Warm and attentive. The community comes highly recommended by me and my family. Always felt welcome and important.

The staff were extremely helpful in customizing the tour to fit our needs. They were personable, and willing to work with us regarding cost. They really seem to care about their residents, and the shared areas like the movie theater room, library, and dining hall were excellent. They even had a large print reader machine, which is great for my mom who has macular degeneration. Definitely seriously considering this place!

Since the new director, is on place, Legacy is moving in a positve direction. The staff is great, except they are short staffed. They need seperate employee to do laundry. The cleaning crew, which is one person upstairs is awful. When I visit, I clean my moms room and it is disgusting. He needs coaching.

My loved one is very happy here at Legacy at Highwoods Preserve. I love the way it is laid out, the common areas are very compact. She loves the staff, they are all very sweet to her and she has been happy with the care as well. [name removed] the manager has such a happy and encompassing demeanor. He knows everyone of the residents name. Everyone knows her name and acknowledges her when they see her. I would definitely recommend Legacy at Highwoods Preserve to others looking.

This a great place to send your loved ones. This has exceeded our expectations. The staff truly care for the residents. The first time that we met the Director and Assistant Director it felt like family here. All the staff know the residents by name, and know the families as well. The dining room is outstanding. The have good food for the residents. It would be nice to have more variety of activities for the residents to participate in. Bingo, movies, and more are some of the activities offered currently by the community. Overall, we couldn't ask for anything better for our loved one.

Tequesta Terrace was awesome. Their management team did an amazing job with helping my mom get integrated. I give them 5/5 stars.

This has been an amazing experience. The community sends a note to me each night to let me know what my loved one has done each day. This allows the family to know what our loved one has been up to. I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. My loved one feels at home and is happy here and this is so important to the family!

This is the 4th senior community that we have been involved with. It's by the best one. They don't use 'fuzzy' math when billing, the caregivers are kind and patient, people follow through on maintenance requests (hanging pictures, etc.)

All around I have been happy with the choice I made to move my mother in here. The management, the facility, the nurses, the food, and the rest of the staff are both caring and competent. Thank you

We are completely satisfied with Legacy at Highwoods Preserve. I was very impressed with the staff in the beginning, specifically [name removed] the director. I liked his availability, forthrightness, and he did a good job making me feel comfortable with our decision and that has not changed since we have moved in. It has been a great experience and we are glad we found Legacy.

If you are looking for a cozy atmosphere for your loved one look no further than the LEGACY.... My mom has been there over 2 years and I cannot say enough for the director and ALL the staff employed at the LEGACY. There is always something to keep all the residents engaged. THE LEGACY is a smaller community, and you have a feeling of a family not a HOTEL. I have recently visited a friend's mom in one of the new communities and although the community was BRAN NEW, the feeling, and treatment you receive at THE LEGACY was just not there. I would highly recommend THE LEGACY for your loved one!

My mom is a resident of The Legacy for 2 years. She moved in just before COVID so we did not get to experience THE LEGACY as we know it now. Things are getting back to normal a bit and I find THE LEGACY to be an amazing facility. The director, and all the staff really take pride in operating this facility. I visit my mom everyday, so I see everyday how wonderful this facility is. If you are looking for a place for your parent, I would HIGHLY recommend THE LEGACY, it is like Disney World for the elderly!!!!!

They take really good care of the residents at this community. They are also very helpful with the family members. They have activities like educational programs, crosswords, music entertainment and more for the residents to do. They also go on neighborhood walks.

Although I'm a vendor at this property, I found the facility to be immaculately clean and it smelled wonderful. The staff and particularly the executive director, [name removed] was amazing. His attitude is focused on the well-being of his residents, their families and the employees and staff. Highly recommended. BTW...lunch was delicious. Jonathan A. Steiner Air Esscentials.

This senior community is tucked away within a preserve off Bruce B Downs. You’ve probably passed it 1000 times like I have. Well now I have a friend at the Legacy. The peace and quiet is really something I didn’t expect. The care is very terrific and everyone knows my friends name and all the things she likes and dislikes. The food is apparently amazing. I’ve seen the menus but haven’t eaten here yet. According to the residents it is as good as it looks. Two thumbs here
